The Nail Techs listen and accommodate my needs and I am always very satisfied with their work. Tina checks on her customers as services are being performed to make sure they are happy with the job the Tech is doing. I've seen very few rude/unhappy customers in the last 4 years but overall, this is a rare event. I've not ever felt rushed and understand when I ask for "extras", there is an extra cost involved. My suggestion to some of these patrons is to confirm the price - more than once - to ensure language barrier is not an issue and they become disappointed.
