Wow! This was an absolute dining experience. First and foremost the staff is super attentive, cause you by your name and provides amazing service. Secondly, the ambience is very chill and upscale, although the pricing is not. Now onto the food. Everything was bursting with flavor. I started with a Caesar salad, which was absolutely delicious and and so was the grilled avocado. I honestly took a chance with that, but I'm so glad I did. It was absolutely amazing flavor, consistency, and presentation. For the main course, I had the catch of the day over mashed sweet potatoes. I can't tell you what type of fish this was but I can tell you it was delicious. It was meaty yet flaky, and very flavorful especially when you mix the bite of fish with mashed potatoes, tomato, and basil. OMG! Now onto dessert. I highly recommend saving room for dessert. I also challenge you to take a chance and try something new. That's what I did and I don't regret it. The host recommended. I try the brioche served with goat cheese, honey, and chili as he says it was his favorite. I was not sure about the selection, but figured I take a chance since I'm on vacation. It was the most flavor explosion of an experience I've ever had. It had a great consistency. It was Fylling. It satisfied the sweet craving and yet it wasn't overly sweet. It's like no other dessert I have ever tried and it was magnificent. This is a new restaurant from my understanding so I highly recommend making it a priority to try. You will not be disappointed. From the decor to the food to the service it was A+. Don't let the decor fool you to believing that this is an expensive establishment. It is not. In fact, I told them I feel their prices are too low. Then they shared with me the philosophy of the owner, which I absolutely love and support. The philosophy is to have a great place that anyone, including the locals can afford to go to that provides a great experience with good food and great service. Mission accomplished! read more
