We had my son's 13th birthday party with family at Lucky Strike in Feasterville…read more Our party coordinator, Mia, and our server Brendan were absolutely amazing! They were extremely friendly and very helpful in making our experience perfect for my son's party. I highly recommend Lucky Strike for your events or even just a fun night of bowling. ~Sheri

We had a situation at your Lucky Strike Feasterville location yesterday, National Bowling Day (What…read morea Joke) Your General Manager threatened me and my lady when we attempted purchasing the special for national bowling day. He wasted 25 minutes arguing about a price that was different from what the internet has stated. Explained that we have been calling several times prior to arriving to make sure lanes were available. No one picked up and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message for a call back that was probably never going to happen after realizing how your staff treats new customers to your establishment. Asked for an email or a phone number to his manager, btw Joshua Q is the General Manager one I am speaking of. He needs coaching or needs to find a new job. He started shaking profusely yelling and screaming as he was trying to explain why there are different prices but it made no sense. He asked us to leave when I asked if he was willing to lose a customer for life over a miscommunication on the internet. He told me to pay the prices or get out and go to Bristol Bowlero lanes. He then handed my lady a receipt from someone else's order and it was a hotline to his manager. It was a guest questionnaire that states it will give my $5 off bowling on my next visit but he wasn't willing to waive the 5-dollar discrepancy at the time. Lied, he is a bold-faced layer and a horrible person. I then called him up asking for the correct number for his manager but he refused to provide, he continued hanging up on me as I asked for a contact. He then said guestservices@luckystrike.com, but I believe this is also a bogus contact. Bottom line, this kid needs to be canned or coached on customer service skills. I have owned my own business but never treated my customers the way we were treated. These are the children you employ, time for revamping your Farless Hill Bowlero (Lucky Strike) managerial staff. First and Very LAST time visiting this establishment unless Josua Q is coached and/or FIRED! Maybe he'll be better working with animals, unless he is going to scream at them. FYI Veronica also threatened me when I requested a higher contact. Get some real employees that understand customer service and get rid of your RAT PACK, they lack the knowledge, understanding and cs skills. NASTY kids that work at this establishment.

I pass this course quite often, played there years ago and was disappointed that I couldn't golf. I forget about this course actually. Anyway, as my group finished golf and arrived for lunch most said the grounds were as hard as a rock, not in good shape and I should be glad not to have golfed that day. Hmm. They all said no more golf outings there. In all fairness, it is the first week of Spring and maybe it just needs more time since the season is just starting. Nonetheless...they were very disappointed. On a good note, the 20 of us sat on the outside covered patio and had a really good lunch. I wasn't expecting much based on the bad reviews of the course therefore I was quite surprised just how good the food was at their restaurant. My burger and fries were delicious. Cooked exactly as requested. The chicken cheesesteak was a huge sandwich and filled with a generous amount of chicken. Two could easily share that. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Only one mishap...they ran out of fries! Substituted onion rings. Normally, that would be a good thing however, the onion rings looked awful. Skinny and overdone, more fried breading then onion...not the good kind of onion rings. Glad I was last to get the fries otherwise my review would be less stars. The quesadilla, salads and other meals also looked very good and generous portions. Our service was friendly and timly. I can see going back for lunch at some point to dine outside on a nice day. Not sure about the golf? I was fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars bc 3.5 would be my pick however, I just can't do 4 stars...hopefully next time. And I will try the restaurant again...probably one of the better restaurants in that area.
