He wasted 25 minutes arguing about a price that was different from what the internet has stated. Explained that we have been calling several times prior to arriving to make sure lanes were available. No one picked up and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message for a call back that was probably never going to happen after realizing how your staff treats new customers to your establishment. Asked for an email or a phone number to his manager, btw Joshua Q is the General Manager one I am speaking of. He needs coaching or needs to find a new job. He started shaking profusely yelling and screaming as he was trying to explain why there are different prices but it made no sense. He asked us to leave when I asked if he was willing to lose a customer for life over a miscommunication on the internet. He told me to pay the prices or get out and go to Bristol Bowlero lanes. He then handed my lady a receipt from someone else's order and it was a hotline to his manager. It was a guest questionnaire that states it will give my $5 off bowling on my next visit but he wasn't willing to waive the 5-dollar discrepancy at the time. Lied, he is a bold-faced layer and a horrible person. I then called him up asking for the correct number for his manager but he refused to provide, he continued hanging up on me as I asked for a contact. He then said guestservices@luckystrike.com, but I believe this is also a bogus contact. Bottom line, this kid needs to be canned or coached on customer service skills. I have owned my own business but never treated my customers the way we were treated. These are the children you employ, time for revamping your Farless Hill Bowlero (Lucky Strike) managerial staff. The check in process was very easy, and had no issues at all and straightforward. I was asked which floor and side you'd like to stay on, which I found to be convenient, because I enjoy being at high level with a nice view. I had no problems in my room, with a slight minor confusion, the strip lights located above the bed and TV switch is turned on and off from the power strip (don't have photos), but I was wondering if there was even a switch for it. Nina is an talented approachable instructor who is very patient and insightful. Her studio/workspace allows for a good number of visitors to create without feeling bunched together. She has a variety of other classes which all look very exciting and the room is surrounded by eye catching pieces of work. My friend and I recently tried the newest workshop of candle-making and it was AWESOME! Nina and Rich showed us the step-by-step process and explained any questions we might have had. They had a lot of different scents to chose from and while we waited for our candle creations to complete we enjoyed conversing with them about many things. These two are a great team and if you are looking for a place to finally try out a new art, look no further!
