From the beginning, he was very responsive and communicative about his services, expectations and things to consider for the big day. As someone who was planning her own wedding and did not have a coordinator, I very much appreciated his guidance and wisdom since he has so much experience with shooting weddings! He was very understanding and patient when it came to details regarding my timeline (which I sent to him only a week before the event). On the day of, we were running late in the morning, but Justin showed up early and even kindly stayed 20 minutes later than scheduled to make sure we could squeeze in all the group pictures that we wanted. Also, to both of our surprises, my uncle showed up with a camera, but Justin was very understanding and accommodating about the matter and made sure both he and my uncle were able to capture shots without getting in each other's ways. Justin did such a wonderful job positioning my husband and me for shots. We did not really come with any ideas in mind, but Justin had such a wide array of poses, both direct and candid, that we absolutely loved. He also did such a great job showcasing both of us individually and fluffing my train/highlighting the beauty of my wedding dress! Andrew, his son and the second photographer, was also so sweet and helped make sure the full effect of my veil was captured on camera. I am also so appreciative that they went out of their way and captured some special moments via video for us to have (we did not have a videographer). Overall, Justin and his team are extremely friendly, professional and flexible with the best possible attitude and careful attention to detail. I cannot believe the sheer amount of pictures that I received from the wedding day and how much time it must have taken them to carefully touch up and edit each and every single photo. Most of my pictures were taken indoors, but the lighting in the photos is immaculate. Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us. You also get to work with Shannon, their design person, and she was easy to work with and did a great job customizing our photo layout and flip book cover. He never took any special photos of our rings. No photo of me with just my flower girls. He won't even send us the color versions of the photos he turned to black and white. My guests complained that he was flirting with them....I'm starting to wonder if that's why I don't have more photos. I just want my photos. It's my wedding. I'm a cancer survivor. I thought I was never going to live long enough to even get married. And now my dad is losing his vision and there's no photo for him to see of him dancing with his only daughter. The other- plain and simply, high caliber of professionalism, authenticity, and warmth that I've had the pleasure to experience after hiring KLK to work their magic for my engagement and wedding photos at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, this past July. Firstly, my fiancé is not a fan of taking any kind of photos (downright hates the mere thought of it), but Paul changed that all for him during our short engagement and wedding photoshoot so that deserves an extra thank you, as I thought that was not possible.
