I really wanted this place to work for my family, but unfortunately our recent experiences have made me decide not to return. My daughter is autistic and non-violent -- she just wants to play and be included. On multiple visits, whenever one particular staff member is working, her kids and their cousins are there, and the interactions with my child have been unkind and exclusionary. During one visit they were taunting her, and on another I had to step in and ask them to stop following her around and telling her she couldn't play with things. Another parent (the father of one of the kids) was standing there and even told them they needed to stop following her if they weren't going to be nice, so the issue was acknowledged in the moment. The situation escalated when my daughter lost her footing in the bounce house and accidentally landed near one of the kids. The child then told her mom that my daughter pinched her, which is not what happened -- I was standing right there the entire time. As a parent, it's really hard to watch your child be singled out or misunderstood, especially in a place that's supposed to feel safe and fun. What was also frustrating was that when I asked the staff member for the owner's email so I could address my concerns directly, she refused to provide it and said she wasn't allowed to share it. I found that disappointing, as I was simply trying to communicate respectfully with management about a serious concern. I'm sharing this because I hope management takes it seriously. This felt avoidable, and I wish the environment had been better monitored so all kids could play comfortably. I ultimately requested a refund for my remaining play days because I no longer feel comfortable bringing my child back. read more

It was my first time here today and all the equipment is fine but I wish the slide areas ball pit was longer coming down. My son came down the slide and hit his nose on the mesh net area coming down; his nose slammed into the wall and his nose started to bleed. Making it longer and bigger would've definitely prevented that. read more

Hands down the BEST place to book a kids birthday party!!!! Rockin' Kids Play Center truly took care of everything....and I mean EVERYTHING!!!!! As a mom of 3 with all my kids under 5, this was such a lifesaver and completely stress free. Liz was incredibly easy to communicate with and so responsive, and Mia was just as wonderful on the day of the party. Both were kind, patient, and beyond helpful the entire time. I was able to actually enjoy my child's birthday instead of running around, which says a lot. The decor was absolutely beautiful, our guests would not stop complimenting it. I really enjoy taking my toddler to the playground but I feel like lately they haven't been clean at all . The bathroom needs a lot of cleaning mostly the baby changing table . The playground floors they are the soft mats, they need to get a deep cleaning or at least changed them . A lot of toys are super super dirty I feel like they need a deep clean . Really cool place to bring toddlers and kids under 8 years old. It's about $24 for all day play. Walk in hours are from 10:00 am to 5:45 pm every day Monday-Sunday, but call just in case it's full. Only kids are allowed to the bouncers, crawling spaces, trampolín, rock climbing etc., But, if your child is not independent or doesn't understand how to get through climbing areas they also have other activities like dress up, massive cool toys, swings, jumpers, little bikes and the like. From the bounce house/slide to pretend play kitchen, tricycles and cashier stand, this place serves a very wide age range. I'm so sad it's not located closer to where I live. Yesterday 02/04/23 at about 3:30 we took our 4 year old granddaughter here for the first (and last) time. We had heard about this place from a friend at church who said it was ok and was good a couple of hours of play for the younger kids since they don't allow anyone to play in this area older than 7. I loved hearing that since Kids Empire, My Lil Town and other places like this are filled with older kids and they let them just run the place. So we were looking forward to a kinder, gentler place. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This was nothing close to what these places should be. It is so filthy and poorly run you can't even imagine. In the two hours we were there, I became consumed with noticing the two girls up front busy on their phones and not one time did they come into the play area floor to do any sort of cleaning or putting things back/away until they gave the 5 minute closing warning. You can see by the pictures this place is poorly run, filthy and utterly unorganized. What made it worse is the two bullies (both I'm guessing are pre teen and so obviously over the age of 7) were allowed to run and rule the play area, even though I went to the front, interrupted one of the girls on her phone to tell them about two different kids not allowing smaller kids to ride the merry-go-round unless they agreed to go "super fast". They didn't care and went back to their phones. Then we just decided to play away from the play area bullies. It was very clear they were the boss and I didn't want to start parenting them, as it isn't my job. No supervision was around for those two and they were not together or in the same party either. Well, the kitchen and store and dollhouse area was disgusting. Just sitting on the floor made me want to shower. All the doll's hair was so matted and so very gross. There was not a single item in the store area or the kitchen area and once we opened the door to the "pink Princess house" we could see someone threw everything in there (see the picture), you couldn't enter that either. This stayed that way the entire two hours we were here. Not a single employee was working the playroom to clean or put anything away. In this business, that alone needs to be a round the clock concern for all paying customers. They should have one attendant just for cleaning, wiping down and returning toys/items where they belong. Not here for sure. Like I said, this place is so ill cared for. There is duct tape on the floor everywhere, the rugs are curling at all ends causing a tripping risk for sure. Even the items to play with you can tell haven't been cleaned or washed in a very long time. You can feel the grime on them all. In addition, look at the children's couches behind the train (that also doesn't work), they're so filthy I wouldn't let my dog sit on them. I have one of these couches and their covers are easy to wash in the washing machine. This place doesn't care, and it is very obvious. I felt so dirty when we left and totally ripped off, even though the money isn't an issue, but it is when you feel that it wasn't anything that it advertises itself to be. My toddler I really liked playing here. There's a wide assortment of things to do, and I feel like all the equipment isn't totally outdated like most places are. I think I remember it being 20 bucks when I went, but it's nice that they let you enter back later on in the day. I took my 3 year old triplets here for the first time today and they had a blast! I wanted to find an indoor play place that was geared towards their age group and this place exceeded my expectations. The place is very clean and organized. I saw employees wiping down toys throughout the entire time we were there. The employees are are also super friendly and helpful. There is a couch area near the back, where the bathrooms are so if you had a baby you could feed there. I brought my 15 month old here for a private event with some of our friends and we had a BLAST. The equipment is definitely geared for those 7 years of age and younger. They take your temperature when you arrive and give you hand sanitizer. We felt very safe here and the kids had a blast. Was looking for a fun place to take my 2 yr old daughter for an hour and two and stumbled across Rocking Kids. I called and they are only doing it by appointments but it was easy to book one for the same day. I called at 9am and was able to book an appt for 1015am that same morning. It is only $20 for an hour which isn't to bad and they have passes. I believe $80 for 5 trips so you're essentially getting one free trip . I've never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised . The place is pretty big and it has a huge indoor playground with tunnels and slides and trampolines and things for kids to climb on . Not to mention a HUGE bounce house with a slide and just about every toy you can imagine for kids . They had little cars kids can sit in a move around it. Big playhouses , even a little sports area with little basket ball hoops and a little soccer net if you want your kid to kick around some balls. In the back is a little room for parties and some games. So I think it'd be the perfect place for a little kid party I might even have my daughters party there. There is toys galore , a little kitchen set , see saws , a big turning wheel kids can sit on and you can rotate them around. My daughter really enjoyed the trampoline they had in the play place. It was only us and one other family so we basically had the whole place to ourself. My daughter had so much fun that we will definitely be going back. They sanitize after every appointment and it feels clean in there and overall my experience was wonderful . Decided to bring my daughter here because the winds are really strong and she is going stir crazy. For $12 she gets to run around and play on all kinds of kid stuff. Bright colors, lots of toys, lots of slides, bikes, just fun. She gets to run around and play without a time limit. It's very loud though lol, so don't think you can get any reading done while your kid plays lol. From the looks of it they have an area for birthday parties as well. This place is such a gem! It was so life changing to have a safe enclosed space to bring all three of my children to play. My twins are 18 months and they like to head in opposite directions... so being in a place where I could see both of them (and my older child) play at the same time and a place where they were also safely enclosed, was such a breath of fresh air. There is so much for the kids to play with and even the older kids can lounge on the couch and watch a show or play a game (or air hockey) if they don't want to play in the play area. My 7 year old loved it just as much as my 18 month olds. I will be back again and again. I wish we had something like this closer to T.O but it's only a 25 minute drive and 100% worth it. read more
