It was very difficult to understand this person because they had a very thick accent which was frustrating but the lack of accountability and not even a sorry we forgot to write the person's name on the card was even more frustrating. If you own a flower shop, it might be a good idea to write the person's name on the card, this seems like something that would happen often in a flower shop. Disappointing.

John was trying to get in touch with me to let me know that he had placed a "perishable item" on my door step and wanted me to be aware since it was hot outside.
