Regarding pricing, they have always been lower or tied for lowest with anyone else and dramatically lower than the average pricing posted by the state. Since their website is so efficient, I haven't spoken to anyone there, but their drivers are always respectful of our property, do their job, and leave so you might not even realize they they were there until you look at your tank or in your mailbox. You do have to monitor your tank level and place the order as they don't monitor your estimated level, but heck, as a homeowner you should monitor anyway. Also, there are no contracts. It seems like their business philosophy is simple...provide quality product, reliable service and a great price and they retain customers.
