Next morning I called back when the office was open and someone was round within an hour and sorted everything. It then turned out there was a small issue that needed sorting out that he'd missed and I called and within a couple of hours someone else showed up to fix it. Having dealt with a number of the team they've shown themselves to be honest, responsive, friendly and really committed to looking after customers. Happy to say as a result I got an almost immediate response from Paraco who sent an updated bill removing the fee, leaving a balance of zero. So I am satisfied with the result. I think in a more ideal world situations like this could be resolved more directly but at least this was easily resolved and I hope the next time somebody has a problem such as this that my experience will be helpful.

Then they doubled down and forced me to fill the tank before locking it, so no one could use it till new buyer decided if they wanted it. After almost 8 months the house sold. Somewhere in the shuffle no one asked the buyer what they wanted. Now Paraco will not remove the tank (I paid for the gas not the buyer). I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Maybe it's time to fix your issues. You got too big.

So that's 5 months in total. Isn't it funny how checks always seem to go missing when it's a refund? They told me to basically go take a hike, literally. Plenty of other suppliers that don't tack on extra charges, which makes Nolan's service more expensive, hence why I changed to Tank Farm. Turns out they are Cowboys, and I doubt I will see my refund without going to small claims court for it.

I had a under ground propane tank installed by Star Gas. They recommended RF-Scapes to do the…read moreexcavating. Ryan did a great job digging the hole. No damage to the area around where he dug. Also the area was cleaned up. Leaving only some light raking and putting down grass seeds. Star Gas had two man on the job as soon as the tank was in the ground it was hooked up and tested. they had the tank filled and back in service with in a half hour. We were down total of 4 hours great job guys thank you.

So they replaced it and said that would fix the problem. Well it didn't. 3 days later I still had no heat in that zone. Once again I call them and the same technician comes out and now tells me I need over $1000 in new equipment. The next day they send out a technician to replace everything they said I need. The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Would never recommend using them.
