Today they don't have peanut butter which I applied to my online order but when I tried getting back in line to ask about almond butter forget about it there is a line out the door and one staff member on duty. Then suddenly a group of girls walked in that knew her and proceeded to carry on a Conversation About how great the blue Magic was so I asked to try a sample of the blue magic, and slightly reluctantly, she gave me a sample with a plastic spoon as I stood there innocently I handed the spoon back, with my napkin in my hand, then she happily proceeded into a complete verbal thrashing the fact that I didn't even know where the garbage can is or where to even throw the spoon away, which was totally rude and inappropriate. Another customer witnessed the whole thing and she politely said Out-loud, that she was very rude and very inappropriate... Well still in shock as you can imagine, while I was about ready to walk out of There and never come back, The other employee finally intervened and came right up to me and said I'm very sorry how can I help you... well at least somebody had enough professionalism to step up to the plate so kudos to her I thought, So I placed a simple order of a açaí, and spent $ 16.52.... This one has higher prices, is missing toppings, one of the workers does a crappy job and doesn't give you the toppings and things you ask for and rushes you through. We spent almost $70 here, the least you can do is take one extra minute to do it right. I have been to other everbowl locations in different states. Those other locations are amazing. This one sucks! I'm so sad to even write this because I was a die hard everbowl fan for years and always told people to go eat from them. I understand that covid changed things up for everyone and that costs are high, but the changes made here are a huge bummer. Today I went in and waited 25 minutes to be told they were out of all nut butters cocoa, and then kiwi. Soooo... half of my order. They asked if I wanted extra strawberries (that looked under ripe) and I asked if I could swap for blueberries. They said they could only add more of something on the ingredient list so no. The young girl helping me was not helpful whatsoever and was very matter of fact about being out of everything in my bowl. $24 and two mediocre bowls from a place that used to go above and beyond. Bummer! Hadn't been in awhile and boy have they changed. There are a handful of "favorite" bowls to choose from or you can design your own for $2 extra. That's on top of the already inflated prices. A medium bowl is now $10, so a custom would be $12. My daughter asked to swap out shaved coconut for granola and was told that made her bowl "custom" and would be $2 extra. So two medium bowls, one "custom" because of the swap +tip was $27. The bowl was good, but I won't be back. That's L.A. and NYC prices. read more
