This is my go-to Nekter location. It can be a bit hard to find since it's nestled in the back of a shopping area. It's near Trader Joe's, around the corner. Staff are friendly. Whatever I have ordered has been good. I have tied their açaí bowls, protein waffles, cleanses, drinks and smoothies. My fav is the AB Health Nut and PB Health Nut. I use to get the cleanses a lot. As a tip, it's best to order the cleanses on the app so they can have it in stock or prepared since people buy the cleanses a lot like I did. I like the place but please don't put a tip section (which I tipped them too instinctively!) on your checkout when your staff reads the orders in the back (in full view of the customers) repeatedly to know what was ordered. It's still pretty warm outside so this franchise is really nice to go to for some healthy hydration options. Greenie juice: I recommend asking for less apple juice to make it less sweet. Don't be discouraged by the list of green veg in this drink, it is surprisingly tasty. Don't worry it doesn't taste like one is eating a grass. Toxic flush: tastes like the greenie juice but with a nice kick to it because of the added ginger. Sublime juice: sort of tastes like a mix of a greenie juice and mojito. Difficult whether I like the toxic flush or sublime better. Little beet juice: it can be on the sweeter side due to the beets. I think next time I order this drink I will order it with more fennel to make it more spicy and less sweet. I loooove this place, mostly because I have a serious green smoothie and juice habit. I have a wonderful Blendtec, but it's a lot of work to juice with it (think cheesecloths and lots of straining). I'm too lazy to own and clean a juicer, making this place top-notch in my book. I juice because I like to eat fish, and juicing helps remove heavy metals and other toxins. It keeps my skin clear and provides a nice vitamin surge. They have cold-pressed juices in a cold case, and a nice menu of fresh pressed. There's also wheatgrass and ginger shots. If you don't want to drink, there's acai bowls and such. A huge plus is, that you are paying for ounces of juice, minus the ice. It is a peeve of mine that places will charge you for a cup that's all ice! You can purchase cleanses here, but honestly, if you eat clean, you don't need to detox so strictly. There's many clean recipes online. Now, if you are trying to jumpstart a clean program, this might be for you. You go all-in for 1-5 days, and it can be a great motivational tool- "I just spent $100 on juice, I'm not gonna let it go to waste. Time to eat better!" Be aware that with juice, you lose the fiber content that a smoothie (whole fruit/veggie) would have. With a lot of fruit, you are sending a sugar-shock through your veins. Choose accordingly.
