I remember when Heather, the pool designer, showed up to our home on our consultation day and it was a sprinkling, windy and cold day and while we were doing a home walk through, I noticed that she was so efficient and professional and started measuring the backyard right away. We have known Eric now for over 3 years. We had spent months researching pool contractors in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We had a newly built home and the builder was pushing for us to go with a particular company, but they were not very responsive. We had several other bids for building our pool but ultimately decided to go with Eric at Everclear. Eric is a highly professional pool contractor who just happens to be fair and one of the most honest people I have ever met! That kind of combination is noteworthy in the world of pool construction. It's a difficult business with multiple sub-contractors but only a few who do the quality of work I was seeking. After listening to others who were building their pools at the same time, I can say that we, without a doubt, made the right decision. Eric was the easiest person to work with during the design and construction process. We had even made changes after the contract was written, but Eric was super flexible and accommodating. Not only did he build our beautiful pool, but also our outdoor bar/BBQ area. He never accepted payment for anything that wasn't completed. This was comforting after hearing nightmare stories. Worth noting, is that Eric doesn't just build your pool and say, "Goodbye." No, he is there for you for any follow up pool needs. One of our pool lights went out and he arranged to have it replaced. We didn't have to do a thing. He has done my pool filter cleanings numerous times and most recently did an incredible job acid washing the pool! The pool looks like it did on day 1! He took the time to remind me of some maintenance tips and always has our best interests at heart. This review is long overdue. ERIC and Everclear pool was by far the best experience i could have ever asked for. My wife and I purchased a home with a large yard. We want to a pool but heard all of the horror stories of going through the build process. Eric met us at our home, listened to our ideas, jotted down some notes and our budget. About a week later I received a computer generated rendering that was absolutely perfect. It far exceeded my expectations considering our budget. We met with Eric once more to discuss all options and accessories. He kept our bottomline in mind the entire time. He suggested a few things here and there that would make pool meet our wish list. Once we discussed the price and payment options I knew he was our guy. No crazy upfront demands. He kept on schedule, accepted payment during our prediscussed plan, and checked on the progress during the entire build. We ran into some minor issues with some back ordered tile, but Eric jumped all over that issues and resolved it instantly. That calmed our nerves and reassured us that things would ultimately workout. Once our build was done he didn't just accept the final payment and run. Eric took the time to go over maintenance with us. He also swung by while we were out of town and ensured everything was operational for us. Heather came out very quickly to give me the proposal. She was fantastic setting everything up and designing it for us. Great communication! Eric was there through the whole construction and was awesome start to finish. We had a few changes and he was very helpful in changing everything. We have never built a pool/spa before so it was nice being informed through the process and all of the steps. We had a lot of contractors installing separate things and they were able to schedule perfectly to not overlap working on the same days. What can I say that has not already been said about this company. Erik has built our second pool for us. He is conscientious and very transparent and constantly kept us up to date with the pool's progress. He has great subs who were very courteous to our neighbors. His people are thorough and hard working. Erik is a great contractor and manager in that he keeps on top of his subs and makes sure they get to the job on a timely basis. The work they do is splendid. He designed our pool with a great water feature which included a grotto, waterfall, and slide. It is spectacular looking and will bring us much pleasure for many years. Having dealt with multiple contractors of varying types in my own business I would put Erik and Everclear on the top of my list of go to people. He is reliable and a straight shooter. He will give you know surprises and his projections for completion of his projects is pretty exceptional. Back in February 07, 2018 I wrote an email to Eric saying that my fiance and I were in the process of gathering quotes and wanted to get a spool done in our backyard. Eric reached out to me within a reasonable amount of time and told me the Vince will be reaching out to make an appointment. Vince ended up making an appointment for 1 pm on a weekday. The day of the apoitment itself Vince calls at 11 am saying he is going to stop by at 12 instead of 1.I never answered the phone he left a VM I got a little annoyed at this just because 1. I got woken up to him messaging me once and calling twice. 2. I work a late swing shift and do not usually wake up until after 12 and my fiance works graveyard. Even though I didn't answer he still decided to show up at 12. Thankfully at 1130 I decided to get up and get ready just in case he decided to show up at 12 without my approval. Even though I was irritated already at that time with Everclear professionalism and the fact they can't honor an apt time I was thinking if they give a reasonable quote I'll still consider them. Vince came out took some measurements said that he would get back to me within two weeks but it's now March 11 and I still haven't heard from them. Very friendly and took notes on what our vision of our pool was. A few days later he presented us with very realistic drawings. We asked for minor tweaks and he was happy to do so. They helped with financing through trusted companies, which was super easy and within 2 weeks we signed a contract! Eric, the owner stepped in and orchestrated 100% of the build! He was super helpful and guided us. His crew is world class, they were meticulous about their work. Even the piping that was to be buried under ground was laid beautifully! Tile is perfect, spa is perfect, I've looked and absolutely can not find anything wrong, even cosmetically wrong with our pool. Absolutely no gripes anywhere... We asked for a few upgrades and Eric was very up-front about the extra cost so there was no surprises at the end. We built our dream pool and love it.
