    Butter chicken medium spice

We have been to Everest Golden Moon on many occasions. I have even already left a review from our first visit a couple of years ago. This place continues to impress and is consistently great. The service is outstanding, the food is a great value and tastes amazing every time. We have not even attempted to try another Indian Food restaurant, because what's the point when this place is so close. This trip we had the Keema Kulcha (lamb stuffed naan), the chili naan, coconut curry chicken, butter chicken and lamb korma. All of them were ordered medium spicy. My wife does not like spicy food, but she devoured these and they only have a little kick, not killer spice at all. The staff is always great, but Raj is our regular server and he is so attentive and friendly. Give this restaurant a chance and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience everything was so good including the mango Lassi. They offer spacious seating with good lighting and the menu offers a wide variety of options.

It's really nice having a good Indian restaurant in a small town like Hemet. It's always good to have different options. This was my 2nd time coming and the food hasn't disappointed me. The server was very helpful and friendly. Me and my sister both loved our food. I got samosas and the lamb curry combo special and she got the Gobi Manchurian which is fried cauliflower-It kinda looks like orange chicken I'm not gonna lie I was very skeptical at first but that cauliflower tastes divine!! I will b going back just for that. My combo platter and samosas were really good as well. Def come here if u want to try some good Indian food or just to try something you may never have before.

Delicious, absolutely fabulous curry! I've gone a few times and every time the food is great and the service is wonderful! If you're looking for a good place to get a solid meal, give it a try even if you've never had Indian food. It's 1000% better than any chain place. My favorite is the tikka Masala!

Back at it; service is great, food is great; make sure to get the garlic na'an. On the protein; the "spicy" is not too spicy if you like a little spice. The flavors all pair well together; the salad balances out the spice a little along with the rice to soak up your main course and of course the na'an. This round went with the special and the little rice desert was suble and delicious. Enjoy these family owned spots for sure.

A group of friends from the gym met up here for our monthly lunch. This restaurant is very clean from what I could tell. Raju our server was very patient with each guest explaining the menu. It didn't seem too long waiting for our food even though there was about 20 of us. I ordered Saag Paneer and Lamp Chops I really enjoyed my food. I will definitely be back!

If you're looking for some AMAZING Indian food in town look no further because this place is it!! My partner and I tried Indian for the first time and landed at this place, the staff was extremely welcoming, place was quite big and clean, good music and of course amazing food. Definitely a must try!

We dined here again and the food was excellent. Two of us had the special Chicken Curry dish which included: rice, lentil soup, salad, garlic Naan bread and rice pudding. The variety of sauces on all the dishes were tasty. My friends had chicken and shrimp dishes also and they commented how great all the food tasted. There wasn't much dressing on the salad. Rice pudding smoother than traditional puddings. The waitress was helpful in us selecting which level of spice we wanted on the chicken plates. The restaurant was quiet and clean.

Two of us went for dinner here last night. I ordered my usual favorite Indian cuisine dish of Chicken Tikka. It was served sizzling in a flat cast iron pan over onions with fresh lemon sections. It came with rice and I ordered Garlic Naan which was enough for the two of us. It was delicious. There was one thing that was different. The vivid green mint chutney that I've gotten as a condiment with this dish at every other Indian restaurant I've ever been to was missing. In its place was a light green creamy mint sauce. It had some type of dairy in it. It still tasted good just not my preference. My dinner companion ordered his favorite dish: Chicken Tikka Masala. He liked it very much. His dish did not come with rice so he needed to order a side. The ambience is very nice. Also, there was a large TV on the wall playing Indian music videos which was entertaining.

My empty basket of nann bread and the most amazing paneer and potato curry. My favorite dish of the night!

We ordered: - Spicy Naan - Garlic Naan - Plain Naan - Rice - Lamb Sukha (spicy) - Saag Aloo - Vegetable Samosa - Shrimp Tikka Masala (spicy) - Butter Chicken - Mango Lassi for the kids - Taj Mahal 22.oz beer ALL OF THE FOOD WAS MORE THAT PERFECT! The spicy food was sooo soooo good, we had a decent amount of leftovers to take home. Everyone was so kind in there, and very attentive! When we go back, we definitely need to see if we can sit at a larger table so we can order more food I can't wait to go back!

Tandoori and Naan are cooked in a CLAY TANDOOR OVEN at this location…read more Most entries are served with a complimentary bowl of Basmati rice that is fragrant with spices (cloves can be found). The food feels like a home cook meal and I was told from Northern India province. This was definitely not an Americanized India fusion nor anything served in any India California buffets and definitely a level above it. ========= Tandoori are served on Sizzling Platters and placed on top of sauté vegetables (onion, bell peppers with spices) that are pre-marinated for hours. A lemon wedge is provided to squeeze additional citrus flavoring to the meats. The spices in the tandoori meats were well embedded that I could smell/taste the spices hours after eating as well as the next day upon reheating leftovers. 21. LAMB CHOPS (RACK OF LAMB / 5 PCS) Pre-marinated lamb with each leg cut and blacken char in the clay oven. It was cooked to well so a bit dry/over done for me. However, I was told the meats can be cooked to any wellness a customer prefer. If you want medium make sure to specify upon ordering. It came with a paste made from fresh mint/cilantro to help with gamey taste associated with lamb. 16. CHICKEN TANDOORI Bone in chicken thigh/drumsticks pre-marinated with spices. Additional hot spice paste can be requested, but I ask to put on the side. It was cooked well done, so could be juicer if cooked less. A side of marsala could also help with the dryness of the meat. ========= Boneless cubed meat are slow braised in India spice sauces: 61. LAMB ROGAN JOSH ** Delicious in flavoring ** Braised cube boneless lamb in a stewed tomato sauce filled with India aromatic spices (onion, garlic, India spices: black cardamom, cumin, cloves, etc). It's similar to saltness of a rustic tomato cacciatore sauce but w/ India spices. 60. LAMB KORMA Wanting to compare it to Al-Noor (Pakistan) in Inglewood is Spicy, Salty, Tangy, the taste was a total opposite to a Sweet Floral Nutty and Creamy (Himalayan is India). In the usa, most restaurants are called India to make it simple for non-India customers. The flavor is different because these are two different cultures/regions but use the same name Lamb Korma. Although I could taste the cashews, it was more bland in comparison to the Rogan Josh and other Korma I've tried elsewhere. I did not add additional hot spice. All the sauces come in the same dish and fits in a 24oz plastic container including the rice. Meats are cubed and seem to be about 4 oz of meat on my 1st visit. ============ Garlic Naan is at ala carte prices and not complimentary. It had garlic with cilantro flakes. It was OK but not as buttery as Al Noor. However, this restaurant's Basmati rice had more flavor than the Naan to go well with their dishes/tandoori. Restaurant is small café style, it's can hold a party of 6 per table. Bottle wine or glass is available to purchase besides beer and soda. It does get busy after 5pm and parking does get tight since it shares it with other eating establishment. For quieter setting, go before the dinner crowd. Staff is friendly and nice. During my visit, many of patrons (are not India) and happy/eager to experience a place with exposure to dishes that provided different blend of spices. Service/experience and attentiveness was much better the 2nd time around that I look forward to trying a new dish on my next visit.
