Pretty good. Chicken a little over cooked but I think only cause it had to stay warm for delivery. Medium Spice level is spicy enough. I know many people who would not be able to eat it, even if they like a little spice. However, In that case, I think Mild would be perfect because the taste was great. And ok LOVED THE CHEESE NAAN. NUM NUM!

Highly recommended!!! Great service and ambiance! The chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and limca were delicious! I ordered this through door dash and the food was still good on delivery!

Saturday, 3-07-2026: I met up with two of my dear Yelp friends. I've been wanting to try this Indian restaurant for a while and jumped at the invite by our unofficial local Temecula CM. Upon entry you notice immediately that this eatery is designed elegantly with nice architectural elements especially when you look at the ceiling and stylish but simple light fixtures. It made for a very charming ambiance. We enjoyed our meals, which were served family style. I ordered the Chicken Korma and Roti. Servings were generous so we were able to take the remainders home. Every dish was so delicious and our service was superb; we had 2 servers who paid close attention to us. And I enjoyed my lovely company, too, which added to a perfect dining experience. I will definitely return here.

Food was a solid 5 stars for me. Layers of flavor in each dish. Definitely a fan of the garlic naan. It was thin with a crispy bottom and perfect for dipping into the sauces. The butter chicken was a hit with everyone at the table. It was buttery and delightful. They know how to cook chicken here. The chicken in each dish was tender and easily fell apart with a fork. Chicken biryani with a little heat is a must try especially with the yogurt dressing that comes with it. The gobi Manchurian was nice cauliflower fusion appetizer. Chicken saag gave us another way to enjoy chicken with its rich spinach sauce, and it went well with the garlic naan. The lychee drink was refreshing, and the rose drink comes in the cutest little glass. I'm planning on returning many more times to try the rest of their dishes.

The food was delicious I had the mild coconut chicken with chili naan bread they complimented each other tastefully. I tried the rose drink it was floral and creamy I will have that again. The service was wonderful our waiter was attentive and kind. They shared stories and recommendations. The decorations and music make the dine in experience lovely. Overall it was peaceful and enjoyable to dine in for dinner.

    The plates are so cute!

Ticca Tikka was amazing. It was my first time trying and I loved it. My husband got chicken tikka masala, I got chicken curry and my son got chicken tenders and fries. We also got the cheesy garlic naan bread. It was soo good. The food was hot and fresh. The flavor was amazing. It was spicy but not too spicy. The decor was beautiful, the staff were nice and very friendly. If you want to try some good authentic Indian cuisine you should definitely try this place! We will definitely be back!

I LOvED LOvEd this place!! It's so cute and decorated so nicely. Unfortunately the service is ok. People are nice but the food takes forever which I assume because it's freshly made but also the customer service is so slow. We got our appetizer before our drinks. Then we had to ask for refills. Honestly the 5 stars is only because the food is that good!

Great food, service, and ambiance. Tons of free parking. We enjoyed the Malai kofta. Forgot the other dishes, but I remember leaving happy with our first visit!

Good priced & super delicious! My wife and I will be coming back frequently now, and don't hesitate to try this, It was our first time having Indian cuisine and I'm excited to keep coming back

First time here, and I can say it definitely hit the spot! Our group feels like we went over to a friend's house and had some really comforting food freshly made with love. We ordered tikka masala, biryani, a sampler plate, garlic naan and spicy naan. We ordered desserts were the top two items listed (I forgot what it was called) Paul took our orders and was very kind and gracious. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

My husband and I had dinner here last night for the first time. The decor is appealing and stylish. There were only a couple of other people at the restaurant. It took several minutes for the server to come to our table. When the people next to us left, the mess they left at the table wasn't cleared for about 20 minutes. When someone finally picked up the dishes, they didn't wipe down the table, leaving it dirty. We later noticed this happened when another party left. I ordered an Indian lime soda, which was okay, and for my entree I went with the Chicken Tikka Tandoori. We also ordered a garlic naan to share. My husband ordered a chicken curry. My chicken tikka tandoori was good, the chicken was moist, and it was flavorful. I couldn't finish it because there was so much food. It is enough for 2 people, in my opinion. The naan was also good. My husband liked his curry, but wasn't wowed by it. At one point, we asked the server for water because he never came to check on our table, but he came and went several times until he finally brought out a glass of water. When we got our bill, we noticed we were incorrectly charged twice for rice, but it was quickly fixed. I wish we had a better experience, but it wasn't great. The food was good, but the service was not, so we wouldn't come back. We will stick to our favorite Indian restaurant in Temecula.

I love the interior decorations. There is a mirrored mosaic hand chair. Think: disco ball but in a hand shape. It's a fun conversation piece. We had a good experience here and would recommend it to others. We ordered the chai tea, butter chicken and chicken tika masala. Both were good. Maybe a little on the sweet side for me. We also ordered a few orders of buttered and garlic naan, both were very good. The all star here is the naan. It's a make or break for me with a restaurant. And their naan is worth coming back for. I did like their curries but prefer them to be strictly savory, which isn't as easy to find as l would like. But that is a personal preference. We can see why they have a high rating. The only reason for the one star off for me is just that, l don't love sweet curries. And theirs isn't overly sweet. It's just any sweetness in it is too sweet for me. Service was attentive and kind. We came at a slow time of day but their service and speed of food to table was great. Which we appreciated.

Did they change fish? Tasted the same basically. Still amazing as always. We also tried some new dishes: Beef Tartare Chicken Thigh Skewers Green Curry Mussels The Beef Tartare was just okay. It's the only dish I probably would not ever order again. It wasn't bad, but compared to every other banger on the menu, it's last. Something has to be last. The Chicken Thigh Skewers were AMAZING! OMG, so much flavor in the chicken but the sauce really drove it overboard. Wow. These are a must try, you won't regret it. And lastly, the Green Curry Mussels blew us away. I love mussels and always order it whenever I see it on a menu. We devoured all of the mussels (and added the $9 Roti) and even got a container to-go to save the broth, lol. Truly another banger from Dija Mara. I really appreciate that the menu changes periodically without removing the veteran dishes we continue to enjoy. Just want to mention something besides the culinary spectacles. Dija Mara's decor is every bit as memorable as its food. The artwork isn't an afterthought--it's part of the experience. The dining room manages to feel both trendy and intimate at the same time, while the graffiti-covered back wall adds a playful, street-art feel that contrasts beautifully with the polished food and cocktails. The result is a space that feels creative, unpretentious, and genuinely cool. The industrial concrete and reclaimed wood elements give it a modern edge, while the Indonesian-inspired art creates a sense of place that feels completely unique in North County. This is really our happy place and I hope it never changes.

Located on South Coast Highway in Oceanside, unassuming on the outside inside it is a cozy colorful spot for some delicious food. The restaurant is not large, but has a good amount of seating that does not feel too squished. There is a small bar and the dining seating consists of some high tops and regular height tables. I highly suggest making a reservation although you may get lucky and be able to snag a table or a bar spot. For drinks, they have agave wine cocktails, beer, and wine plus other N.A. options like Mocktails. We opted for a bottle of wine. They are clear that the items come out as they are ready, so if you want to course things out or expecting individual dishes to come out together, that will not be the case. This style lends itself to sharing which has the added benefit of being able to try a bunch of dishes and their unique flavors. When we came, there were only two of us, so we did our best to try a lot. We started with the Grilled Roti which can be served with the lamb jus curry dipping sauce and/or the vegetarian rendang curry. The roti was good and tasted fresh but it was really just the delivery vehicle for the delicious curries. The Lab Jus was good had that au jus feel as it should, but the vegetarian rendang curry was so flavorful. Definitely the star of this dish. Next we had the Sea Bream Ceviche which was seasoned with Makrut lime, hijau, Herb oil and coconut cream served with cassava chips. So refreshing and flavorful. Definitely crave-able and perfect for summer or as a palate refresh. The charred eggplant. My BF had heard amazing things about this dish. I am not much of an eggplant person but if it's good, I need to try it. It was chunks of charred eggplant served under fried shallots and basil and mixed with a tomato sambal and lemon labneh. I thought it was very good and went back for multiple bites. He thought it was amazing and practically scrapped the plate. Next up we had the Pork Belly Skewers which were served with sambal matah, black garlic, and peanut aioli. We really enjoyed this dish too and it had completely different flavors than the previous dishes. So flavorful. We finished our tour through the menu with the whole fried market fish with a tamarind glaze. Today they had branzino. It was prepared extremely well. The fish was crispy and flavorful. As warned, it does have the little bones throughout as it is really the whole fish. So be aware in case that is not your thing. Little bones everywhere. But we thought it was worthwhile to try and my BF loved it. We definitely need to come back as I still have my eye on the beef rendang and the chicken thigh skewers.

Never had octopus before but she insisted that it was Chefs specialty. (Perks of a being a member). Interesting. It was very tasty, I'm just not a fan of octopus. I ordered the beef bourbuignon. The beef was so tender it fell apart barely touching it with my fork. The potatoes were creamy and the carrots/onions were like they just got pulled from the garden. Such a hearty and delicious meal with great gravy. Finally, my girlfriend got the pesto pasta (again). Same thing she got last time because she liked it so much. The pesto was some of the best I've had. Really earthy taste to the mushrooms and pesto. The pasta was perfectly cooked. Oh! And since it was my birthday, I got a bread pudding as compliments. We've dined here many times, but on our most recent visit we had the pleasure of meeting the new owners, Raphael and his lovely wife Angie, and honestly, what a beautiful couple. Humble, kind, welcoming, and the kind of people who make you feel like you've known them for years. We were celebrating our anniversary with our children and family, a group of 9, and unfortunately we were running late. I called and told them we'd be there in about 10 minutes, and instead of making us feel rushed or uncomfortable, they simply said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you when you get here." That alone told me a lot about the kind of people they are. They seated all 9 of us comfortably and treated us like family. We ordered a little bit of everything, including almost all the appetizers. The bone marrow is an absolute MUST, especially with the toasted bread that comes with it. The kids loved the Iberico Jamón, which is truly a delicacy and absolutely worth trying. We also ordered the ribeye and specifically asked for it medium-well plus. The chef somehow cooked it exactly the way we had pictured it in our heads. Perfectly done and full of flavor. Honestly, everything that came out of that kitchen was delicious. The seasoning, the Mediterranean flavors, the quality of the ingredients, you can taste the care that goes into the food. But what really stood out were the little things. One of our kids got cold, and the owners noticed before we even said anything and adjusted the AC. Our bread was getting low, and before we could even ask, another basket appeared at the table. Those small details say more about a restaurant than anything else. They were paying attention. They cared. And they wanted us to have a great night. Raphael and Angie, thank you for welcoming us, taking care of our family, and making our anniversary dinner such a memorable evening. You didn't treat us like customers, you treated us like family, and that means a lot. We'll absolutely be back. Wishing you both nothing but success and many beautiful years ahead. See you soon!
