    Roti & Naan.

Saturday, 3-07-2026: I met up with two of my dear Yelp friends. I've been wanting to try this Indian restaurant for a while and jumped at the invite by our unofficial local Temecula CM. Upon entry you notice immediately that this eatery is designed elegantly with nice architectural elements especially when you look at the ceiling and stylish but simple light fixtures. It made for a very charming ambiance. We enjoyed our meals, which were served family style. I ordered the Chicken Korma and Roti. Servings were generous so we were able to take the remainders home. Every dish was so delicious and our service was superb; we had 2 servers who paid close attention to us. And I enjoyed my lovely company, too, which added to a perfect dining experience. I will definitely return here.

My husband and I had dinner here last night for the first time. The decor is appealing and stylish. There were only a couple of other people at the restaurant. It took several minutes for the server to come to our table. When the people next to us left, the mess they left at the table wasn't cleared for about 20 minutes. When someone finally picked up the dishes, they didn't wipe down the table, leaving it dirty. We later noticed this happened when another party left. I ordered an Indian lime soda, which was okay, and for my entree I went with the Chicken Tikka Tandoori. We also ordered a garlic naan to share. My husband ordered a chicken curry. My chicken tikka tandoori was good, the chicken was moist, and it was flavorful. I couldn't finish it because there was so much food. It is enough for 2 people, in my opinion. The naan was also good. My husband liked his curry, but wasn't wowed by it. At one point, we asked the server for water because he never came to check on our table, but he came and went several times until he finally brought out a glass of water. When we got our bill, we noticed we were incorrectly charged twice for rice, but it was quickly fixed. I wish we had a better experience, but it wasn't great. The food was good, but the service was not, so we wouldn't come back. We will stick to our favorite Indian restaurant in Temecula.

The server was polite and accommodating. The food was delicious! I'm the one who loves Indian food and the fact that my daughter said "good choice" after eating was a plus ~ meaning we will be back! And my husband liked his food too and he's not one to venture out~ lol.

Food was a solid 5 stars for me. Layers of flavor in each dish. Definitely a fan of the garlic naan. It was thin with a crispy bottom and perfect for dipping into the sauces. The butter chicken was a hit with everyone at the table. It was buttery and delightful. They know how to cook chicken here. The chicken in each dish was tender and easily fell apart with a fork. Chicken biryani with a little heat is a must try especially with the yogurt dressing that comes with it. The gobi Manchurian was nice cauliflower fusion appetizer. Chicken saag gave us another way to enjoy chicken with its rich spinach sauce, and it went well with the garlic naan. The lychee drink was refreshing, and the rose drink comes in the cutest little glass. I'm planning on returning many more times to try the rest of their dishes.

I LOvED LOvEd this place!! It's so cute and decorated so nicely. Unfortunately the service is ok. People are nice but the food takes forever which I assume because it's freshly made but also the customer service is so slow. We got our appetizer before our drinks. Then we had to ask for refills. Honestly the 5 stars is only because the food is that good!

Great food, service, and ambiance. Tons of free parking. We enjoyed the Malai kofta. Forgot the other dishes, but I remember leaving happy with our first visit!

I love the interior decorations. There is a mirrored mosaic hand chair. Think: disco ball but in a hand shape. It's a fun conversation piece. We had a good experience here and would recommend it to others. We ordered the chai tea, butter chicken and chicken tika masala. Both were good. Maybe a little on the sweet side for me. We also ordered a few orders of buttered and garlic naan, both were very good. The all star here is the naan. It's a make or break for me with a restaurant. And their naan is worth coming back for. I did like their curries but prefer them to be strictly savory, which isn't as easy to find as l would like. But that is a personal preference. We can see why they have a high rating. The only reason for the one star off for me is just that, l don't love sweet curries. And theirs isn't overly sweet. It's just any sweetness in it is too sweet for me. Service was attentive and kind. We came at a slow time of day but their service and speed of food to table was great. Which we appreciated.

    Beautiful interiors and cutlery!

Ticca Tikka Indian Cuisine was a place I wanted to visit after hearing positive reviews and they did not disappoint in providing authentic Indian flavors to Temecula. Chicken Tikka Masala (4/5): an excellent staple, hit of sweet creamy curry with veggies. The Tandoori chicken (2.5/5): the meat portions were small and bloody on the inside near the bone. It was a very aesthetic dish but not for me! Lamb vindaloo (5/5): my favorite dish, done well. Savory, tangy, spicy curry with lamb morsels. Mango lassi (5/5): right level of mango flavor and yogurt thickness, a tropical kefir drink! Overall, I loved the curries very much. I hope to come back to try more of their dishes and also their desserts!

Our meal here last night was just simply incredible. My wife and I were really in the mood for something different instead of the normal takeout on a busy night for us. Ticca Tikka being semi-new in the area, we knew we wanted to give it a shot... Everything our family ordered was great, but the Chicken Tikka Tandoori and the Butter Chicken absolutely knocked our socks off. We got takeout so we didn't eat in the restaurant (this time), but the staff here was great and definitely look forward to coming here with the family and dining in soon. Hats off to the chef here. 10/10 I recommend you come eat at Ticca Tikka.

Wow! This food is packed with authentic flavors. The chicken tikka Marsala is amazing. The cheese naan is naan to the next level, so good. The service from Preet and his team was great, they are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nice and clean with beautiful decor. I highly recommend this spot as it is one of the best Food Indian cuisine restaurants you'll find in the valley.

I ate it all Chili Garlic Naan
    Momo B.

It Absolutely phenomenal flavors! The Samosa was rich and creamy without being overly sweet, and the Chili Garlic Naan was perfectly charred and pillowy. You can tell the spices are fresh and toasted in-house. It's easily the most authentic Indian spot I've tried in a long time. High-quality ingredients and even better service. Michelin Stars First timer and going to return to this place. The lighting and music was very chill you can easily have a party or a small meeting here. Friendly Staff. Vegetarian options Paleek paneers good. Many options.

My husband and I went to Viva Madrid for our anniversary, we went out for the first time alone since our baby was born 1 1/2 years ago. I will say that the drinks and service were great As a chef, I would be so embarrassed to serve the food that my husband and I were served. The mushrooms in white wine sauce were flavorless and slimy. We ordered the pan con tomate and it was like they opened a can of tomato paste and spread it on a piece of white bread. We were informed that any entree would take exactly 1 hour to execute. We ordered the Paella Mixta and Filet Mignon. The mussels were overcooked, the shrimp had no seasoning, and it seemed like they weren't really paying attention to executing the dish correctly. The Filet Mignon was not seared at all, super disappointing for it being a $45 dish! The sauce was drowning the meat and the potatoes were way overcooked. I don't usually expect much but this was very disappointing. I think maybe it's time to reevaluate some of your side dishes or have cooks that care about how your food tastes.

Our 20th wedding anniversary was spent at our true guilty pleasure: Dija Mara…read more We would have loved to get everything on the menu but honestly we get stuffed really quickly and tried to stick with the perfected dishes: Grilled Roti with Lamb Jus Curry Sea Bream Ceviche Actually we noticed the menu didn't mention "Sea Bream" anymore and just said "Local Ceviche". Did they change fish? Tasted the same basically. Still amazing as always. We also tried some new dishes: Beef Tartare Chicken Thigh Skewers Green Curry Mussels The Beef Tartare was just okay. It's the only dish I probably would not ever order again. It wasn't bad, but compared to every other banger on the menu, it's last. Something has to be last. The Chicken Thigh Skewers were AMAZING! OMG, so much flavor in the chicken but the sauce really drove it overboard. Wow. These are a must try, you won't regret it. And lastly, the Green Curry Mussels blew us away. I love mussels and always order it whenever I see it on a menu. We devoured all of the mussels (and added the $9 Roti) and even got a container to-go to save the broth, lol. Truly another banger from Dija Mara. I really appreciate that the menu changes periodically without removing the veteran dishes we continue to enjoy. Just want to mention something besides the culinary spectacles. Dija Mara's decor is every bit as memorable as its food. The artwork isn't an afterthought--it's part of the experience. The dining room manages to feel both trendy and intimate at the same time, while the graffiti-covered back wall adds a playful, street-art feel that contrasts beautifully with the polished food and cocktails. The result is a space that feels creative, unpretentious, and genuinely cool. The industrial concrete and reclaimed wood elements give it a modern edge, while the Indonesian-inspired art creates a sense of place that feels completely unique in North County. This is really our happy place and I hope it never changes.

The restaurant was fairly empty although Resy wouldn't take reservations. Plenty of bar seating. The service was fair, not particularly warm or engaging, which was fine. The food was alluring and beautiful, but the flavors were salty, flat, and mushy. Starting with the Paloma, it was nothing special. Just something you could get with a well happy hour special. Serviceable but unremarkable. Very Instagrammable, however. The pork belly was nicely charred and had nice bite sized morsels on the skewer, good texture, but the sauce was very salty, almost bitter. Forced myself to eat the 2nd skewer, but could not push through the last 2. In contradistinction, the beef rendang was almost bland, like a microwaveable peanut butter Hormel beef stew, and the cardinal sin - the rice underneath was mushy. That was what sealed the nail on the coffin. Bland, albeit tender short rib, on top of smushy rice. Dead. I barely ate one of the 2 pieces of ribs and couldn't do more. The staff wanted to see if I wanted a take out container. When you see a customer that disengaged with the food, you'd better be wary. Being Asian, I don't like to waste food, but when it's so not good, I'd rather walk away and get something else than to finish a terrible meal. Many diners have a millennia of choices in this price point. Sadly, not sure how this restaurant got recognition because it's half as delicious as your typical neighborhood Thai restaurant. Banana Leaf at the Original farmers market in LA is better, though humble and homely. Just very disappointing. Hope it was an off night and that others have a better experience.
