First time having Everest Momo and was very pleased with the takeout. The butter chicken was definitely the highlight. The chicken was nice and tender and there was a good ratio to the sauce. The sauce was nice and creamy. I would prefer more spices, but it's perfect if you don't like heavily seasoned dishes. The jhol momo was delicious! The pork filling was plentiful and the dumpling skin was the perfect thickness. The sauce is thin and pairs well, but it was a bit bland for my taste. I recommend adding the spice to it. The garlic naan was amazing! It was great for soaking up the rest of the sauces. I will definitely be back. Also the staff are so friendly. I love trying out a new type of cuisine and glad we found this gem in Malden. Everest Momo offers tasty Nepali and Indian food. Their naan is different from what I normally get from an Indian restaurant. It tasted like an Indian naan and a Chinese scallion pancake's love child. It was incredible because it was super flaky, chewy, and just so yummy. This was my first time trying momo (dumplings) and it was great. Overall, their food is different and tasty. It is lined with Tibetan prayer flags and Buddhist statues. The service was amazing too. Truly a unique experience. read more

I love the concept of this Nepali/Indian and pizza restaurant -- yes there is tikka masala pizza on the menu, but you can also just get tikka masala. Or pizza. The Nepali dishes are great! Don't miss the house special potatoes especially if you like Sichuan pepper! The Indian cuisine tastes delicious also, but the vegetable dishes sometimes are made with chicken stock so not vegetarian. The pizza however is only so-so with thick dry crust and cheap-tasting cheese. Best suited to take-out or delivery, there is also a tidy little dining space with friendly service and limited street parking. read more

Best momos in the North Shore and Suffolk County hands down. Always comes piping hot, even through delivery. All their food is fresh and hot no matter what. I've tried the butter chicken as well and the chicken was sooo tender and the sauce was addicting. Their Naan is garlicky, soft and pillowy and Aloo Parath is flavorful. Sometimes, I have to stop myself from ordering because I will easily gain 10 pounds in under 2 weeks--it's hard not to finish all 10 momo pieces in one sitting. read more

I'm writing this review completely based on my experience of enjoying their food in my home, via GrubHub. I see in pictures that it looks an awful lot like the corner pizza joint, and indeed, in addition to Nepalese/Himalayan food, they do have subs and pizzas and such. So, I will focus on the food only. Quite long ago, I fell in love with Nepalese/Himalayan food when I was living in Amsterdam. That place also had foods that are not Nepalese/Himalayan, except that it was schwarma. Let's start with the chicken momos. To see a picture of them, they look a bit like XLB, those chinese soup dumplings that are Anglasized as "Juicy Mini Buns". But, they are NOT, as those are doughy and heartier. These are light as a cloud. They have them in pork, chicken or veggie. They come with a choice of sauces, both yellow/orange, but one being quite hot, the other, fairly mild. If you like dumplings at all, definitely have an order of these. My other Himalayan fave is called Thukpa, which is a hearty chicken noodle soup, packed with flavor. The pork version has pieces of roast pork in with the pork broth and noodles. While they also have all the expected Indian dishes, I would never go for something generic as a tikka masala (don't get me wrong... I love it) when there is so much unctuous, full flavored food. You'll also see various combos, which is usually your main protein in some hot preparation, with various chutneys, pickles and sauce. Spread your wings and have some momos! read more

Found my new favorite "hole in the wall" type of restaurant in Malden. The steamed momos, chow mein & even the pizza was delicious on first bite! Definitely recommend and I will be going back frequently! read more

Pizza is great. I give it 3 stars because they work with the delivery app Slice. Don't order through Slice. Pizza comes 45 minutes late. Always cold. Driver claims they are lost. What a sham. If this place is smart they will stop using the delivery service Slice cuz I won't order from Everest Momo and pizza again. There are many other pizza places. read more

Only got delivery but the chicken momos are delicious! Tried the beef, it was also good but my family preferred the chicken. I always get multiple and eat it all week to make it worth the delivery charge. read more

Ordered delivery tonight for my Dad as he was suddenly without power and hungry. I have to say, service and staff were WONDERFUL and attentive- such a rare find nowadays. The delivery driver called us to let us know when he was on his way and also when he arrived to confirm drop off. So appreciated! My Dad reports that the food is absolutely amazing as well!!! Got him a pizza and a couple other items. Unfortunately, I live out of state because I'd love to place an order for myself since the menu looks great.
