I went into my house a few steps to grab my phone and call him back, and as I was about to go call from my porch, dude was ENTERING MY HOME. First he wasn't there, then he was entering my home. What the heck?!?! I explained all of this to the chat, and the AI bot IMMEDIATELY said "this is a very concerning incident. I am transferring you immediately to a live agent" 15 minutes later, this "Jester" clown says he is sorry my order is late and please give him a moment to call for an ETA. I told him he clearly had not read what actually happened, and I copy and pasted the conversation with the bot for him. Then he says something else completely irrelevant about the order being wrong, and so I again pointed to the previous chat with the BIGGER PROBLEM of the DRIVER ENTERING MY HOME, and he told me I "need to be appropriate" (I called him illiterate and he deserved it) I told him I am totally appropriate to be shaken up, as a disabled person whose house was just entered by a stranger.
