I cannot speak for everyone who lives here, but we have had an amazing relationship with all the folks from CPM ; literally all the people who I've interacted with, from the Leasing Dept. , to everybody in the Office, the Eric (the Main guy ) & especially the Maintenance Dept ... they have all been friendly, helpful & very Professional almost every time we have had to reach out to them with an issue, question , or need something fixed , they get on it right away, and seem to really care that we are satisfied. Look, this is pretty special, because I know that this isn't the "Norm" with alot of Management Companies. I will say that the few times we've actually had a complaint about something, they do listen , and try to do the best they can. It's not always resolved & admittedly Security has been an ongoing issue here in the past, But it seems as though they are trying to rectify all the problems that has beset our building going back the last few years. The "clientcare" email isn't monitored so she's having it removed. As far as my concerns about feeling unprotected and stumbling into this mess, she explained they don't have access to previous transactions not involving their own company. That meant they did not see previous inspections showing the need for repairs. With that in mind, she'll ask agents and inspectors to be more assertive about the potential buyer having a full and complete inspection report before signing anything. So I'm changing my review back to 5 stars because Emmy was amazing, and the owner was responsive once she knew of the problem. I'm satisfied with the outcome. ....now, the FLIPPER--that will be a different review altogether.....
