Look, this is pretty special, because I know that this isn't the "Norm" with alot of Management Companies. I will say that the few times we've actually had a complaint about something, they do listen , and try to do the best they can. It's not always resolved & admittedly Security has been an ongoing issue here in the past, But it seems as though they are trying to rectify all the problems that has beset our building going back the last few years. That meant they did not see previous inspections showing the need for repairs. With that in mind, she'll ask agents and inspectors to be more assertive about the potential buyer having a full and complete inspection report before signing anything. So I'm changing my review back to 5 stars because Emmy was amazing, and the owner was responsive once she knew of the problem.
