2024 Husqvarna TE 300 Pro Purchase

Nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership! Purchased my 2024 Husqvarna TE 300 Pro here in December of last year. The sales and financing team made the process as smooth and quick as possible and helped walk me through every detail of the bike. The parts department is always quick to respond, always has the parts that I'm looking for on hand, and is always willing to offer any helpful advice and tips when needed. The apparel department has an outstanding selection of garments and apparel and the staff members are always right there to help with any questions I have or insight that is needed when choosing the proper gear for my riding. The service department has always gone above and beyond to take care of me and get my bikes serviced and tires changed as quickly as possible. The owners are very hands on and involved with the dealership which is hard to come by. It is very obvious that all the employees in the dealership are true Powersports enthusiasts and take pride in their work. Everyone here is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond belief. Can't recommend this dealership enough!

    2024 Beta RR Race Edition

Hands down best buying experience we've had! Extremely friendly and inviting without pressure. David was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions on buying the 2024 Beta 200 RR Race Edition. The process was impressively quick working through Jeremy in parts and Angie in finance. Less than an hour and we had our dirt bike loaded. This is the second Beta we've purchased from Everett Powersports in the past 6 months. Looking forward to the next one!

As a year-round rider, with daily 40+ mile commutes, regular weekend excursions, and week-long adventure rides in the Cascades and beyond, Cycle Gear Lynnwood is my go-to shop for in person gear advice and purchases. Employees that work here are great! Always friendly, make me feel like "the customer is always right", and are well informed of company promo sales and return policies. Thank you Andrew and everyone that has helped me over the years!! Bought first set of riding gear here in 2020 - I was a bit overwhelmed with so many brands and styles to choose from. The young lady that helped me out was a fellow rider who knew from experience what types of gear would suit my riding the best (wish I remembered her name). I tried on many helmets and there are tons of options to choose from to fit any budget. If they don't have it on the shelf, the online options are great and were received quickly, with free shipping to the store. Overall, Cycle Gear's return policy has been fantastic. Had an issue with Hotwired heated gloves twice - with the brand's warranty, the shop replaced them both times without question. This has saved me all the aggravation of having to go to the manufacturer to try to replace them. Every time I've called the store, someone answers and takes time to answer my questions, give me options and resolve issues without having to "come in and we'll see what we can do". Thank you Cycle Gear Lynnwood for making in-store and online transactions simple and efficient.

However, as soon as I walked in the store a guys just shook his head before I could even say anything. It's very odd for them to treat e-bike riders this way, especially as I assume my son will continue to want to ride even on to his adulthood, which would make him a prime candidate to be their target audience. The shaking of the head and the way I was spoke to, makes it so we will not ever be back. If they really want to take advantage of their future clientele, they should at least offer suggestions on where to get help with e-bikes. That did not happen at all!

Over the years they've helped me with a ton of parts and accessories for my boats and jet skis and motorcycles. They always have a solid stock of life jackets (which I really appreciate every season) and one of the best selections of boating and PWC gear in the area. Even though they no longer sell new Sea-Doos, they still keep a good inventory of Sea-Doo parts, which has saved me more than once. The location right in Lynnwood is super convenient, and their motorcycle showroom is awesome they always have a sweet lineup of bikes on the floor. Friendly staff, great inventory, and reliable service every time I walk in. Highly recommend Lynnwood Motoplex!

Went into the Service Dept at Lynnwood Moto today, asked young girl at desk if they could test the ignition coil I had in hand. She politely asks what it is and I answer. She says she does not know but her boss may. Just then a big guy, shaved head, appears. Her boss, (for the sake of any rider, hopefully not the service mgr.) She asks can we test this pointing to the object... no response he just stands there... can we test this? Now he says what is it? Simultaneously we answer "an ignition coil". He pauses a second then without even looking at it says "it's fine, ignition coils never go bad" My reply was that the last one did. Pause "yeah we can test it... but not today,... maybe next week" Why is that I ask? "cuz we're closing in 20 minutes" end of conversation. I take a look at the bikes as I walk out, as I will never set foot in here again. Taking poetic license from a line in Animal House, " Son, rude, stupid and lazy is no way to get ahead"

Their installation instructions clearly state that if you plug in their ODB2 connector and hear the ECU making noise to unplug it immediately, the pin in the connector is bent in going in the wrong hole. Low and behold I plugged it in and the ECU started screaming. I unplugged the cable and the pin was straight. Plugged it in again, same thing, ended up frying my regulator/rectifier. I called cyclops and they insisted the pin was bent and going in the wrong hole. I sent them picture showing them the pin was straight, and they still refused to believe it wasn't my fault. I took the bike to someone else who did the same thing with the same results. They also called cyclops and were told they were bending the pin and installing it wrong. We have removed their pin from the cylcops harness and plugged it directly into the corresponding hole on the bike side and the ecu still screams. The pin is going in the right hole and still does not work properly. Every time they told me I was doing it wrong for two weeks, I would try again, and again the ecu would scream. Something is wrong with their harness and their ignorance and arrogance have damaged my bike. It now throws error cods and drains the battery. I even offered to send these crooks a video showing the pin going in to the wrong hole but they didn't want to see it. They know they screwed up, they just have zero integrity. Cyclop's response after I just requested a working harness? They said see you in court. They suck.

But most experiences I have had with Cycle Gear have been weird/awkward or just outright bad. I want to make it clear that I actually kind of like most of the employees at this location and the one in Auburn as people. But the fact is that they do not stand behind their product and are not knowledgeable enough to help you when you have an issue with one of their products. When I bought the motorcycle pictured in my Yelp profile picture I was a new, ignorant rider. Thankfully I haven't crashed it yet. My first experience with this Cycle Gear went as follows: I had just bought my bike and got signed up for the Permit level testing. I came in already decided on the helmet I wanted, the Bell Broozer. It looks nice and has the basic DOT cert and is ECE certified, and was cheaper than a lot of others. I was intending to upgrade after I finished my parking lot testing, which I did. When I brought the helmet up to the counter to pay for it, happy, a stupid grin on my face because I was so excited to ace my test, a female worker asked me what seemed like an innocuous question. She said "Oh are you planning to be a daily rider"? I replied yes, my bike is going to be my main form of transport. She then told me straight up that I don't want the helmet because it is going to be loud, and that I'd essentially be stupid if I got this helmet for daily riding. She, without even asking if I'd want a rec, put a like 600 dollar helmet on the counter and said this is what I actually want. I replied that this is only going to be for my testing, and that I'd upgrade in the future, and that I am a grown man, I don't need other people to offer me unsolicited pointers to me on the gear or bike or whatever I decide to buy for myself. She then acted like I was the rude one. I paid for the helmet and walked out. Weirded me out. It was just unprofessional. After I passed my permit level testing I came in to buy some gear. Jackets, boots, riding pants, etc. I already knew what exactly I wanted. One of the male workers literally tailed me the whole time, asking me every five minutes if I'm good and if I need any rec on what to get. I said no every time, that I already knew what I wanted. I ended up spending about 500 bones on gear that day. Here is the huge kicker. For Christmas my girlfriend's mom got me a cycle gear gift card to try to support me on a bike. So cool! I knew I wanted some bar end mirrors so I came in. I was really ignorant about mirror installation and quality so I asked the worker to rec the best pair of bar end mirrors they have. He sold me some Speedmetal bar end mirrors. I paid about 30 or 40 dollars after the gift card was used up. Now on this bike there is a weight on the inside of the handlebars that you need to get out. I came in a few times to ask for pointers or the best way to get the weights out. These times are the only times I had a nice, chill experience in the store. The guys came out a few times, gave me some pointers. My girlfriend and I ended up getting the weights out cleanly thanks to their pointers. These days where they helped me is the only reason this review is a 2 star as opposed to a 1 star. Also when they helped me pick out a quadlock. I pop the mirrors in (no instructions btw), eventually got them torqued up well, and everything. When I'm on the highway I notice that no matter how I install the mirrors, they always fold in and vibrate at highway speeds. I looked up the mirrors on their website to see if anyone else is having issues with this. Here is an example: "These mirrors look great... however, these mirrors require frequent readjustment following... high speed, which requires me to take my eyes off of the road way too often." I'd post more but I don't want to hit the character limit. I went to go return them at the Auburn location since I was in the area already. The manager tries to install them and it seems he gets them on good. He ensures me that I don't need to refund the product. I trust his work and take my bike on the highway home. I should have trusted myself instead. The mirror pops off as I exit the highway, hits the ground and breaks. Oh my God. Now I have to search for it, run into the street and scoop it up. I call the Tac location and say that one of the employees at the Auburn CG installed these mirrors and they popped off on the highway and I need to exchange them. Says bring them in but and I quote "no promises". No promises to exchange out the product on my bike I must have to be legal that an employee installed? Insane. The replacement was incorrectly machined for the ball bearing. Had to get another replacement. Still had the same issues. Today I go over a bump at 5-10mph and the stem breaks. I'm just done. I will attach pictures w more detail. Hitting char limit.
