I love down the street from here. It was the 2nd time I came here. First time I had to go back because my mirror's weren't clean right. I didn't make a big deal out of it. 2nd time was an interior detail. I paid 140 plus 15 extra for ceiling cleaning. Last time I've went to car washes, they include the ceiling. So I paid 155 in total. I have 2 door car. I dropped it off at 9am. He said it's going to take 4 to 5 hrs because the seat need to dry. It actually should take 2 hrs if you have the plastic to cover the wet seats. They don't have that. So I came back at 2pm and my car still isn't ready. I seen them working on other cars while my car just sat there. I get a call around 530pm that my car is ready. Since it was dark I couldn't see much so I left it alone until next day. The mirrors aren't clean correctly, my seats were washed and cleaned right. My dash wasn't clean correctly. If you pay for a detail I expect at least 100% but no I got at least 75 to 80% clean. Very unacceptable for time and amount I paid for a small 2 door car. I will never go again. Never get a detail. They do horrible job and they take their sweet time and still doesn't do it correctly. read more

My leather is still shining after 3 days & it doesn't look like it's wearing off anytime soon. Isaac walks up to every car before turning them in to make sure it is how it's suppose to be. This place is a just a humble hardworking small business owened car detail shop. They take pride in their work and just because the facility isn't all fancy , doesn't mean that they are not good at what they do. I have been here a couple of times in the last 4 months. Although most of the employees are the same, there are some new ones. That being said the quality of work never suffers and that has to do with the leadership from the top and instilling that in their employees. Will continue to go there when I am in town. read more

I came here for the 1st time due to being in the area and needing a car wash badly. No regrets, I was greeted right away and the service was very friendly and professional. My car was washed and vacuumed except for the back, they don't vacuum the back. I have an SUV and paid $50 for an Xpress wash, totally worth it! My car was clean inside and out. I will definitely recommend this place. I came during the week, so I did not wait long at all. This amazing place deserves 10 out of 5 stars! They accommodated me the next day. Delivered on promise. The quality of the work was outstanding. My truck was in much need of a deep cleaning. With stains worth 3 years with the help of two kids, the stains came totally off. As long as I'm in Downey and this place rains in Downey I will be coming here for all my detail needs. I was in the neighborhood and in search of a car wash. Everett's popped up with the 5 star review, so I decided to give the place a try. As soon as I pulled up, I was pleasantly greeted and felt welcome. The services were explained to me, and if I had more time I would've got a detail, the other cars there looked amazing so I knew they'd do me justice. Next visit for sure. Anyway, I got a standard wash which was $20. Now I know for many, that price for a wash sounds a bit pricey when compared to other places that charge around $8-9, but OMG! When they finished with my car I felt like I cheated them, $20 was not enough for the amazing level of clean they did to my car. They were so incredibly thorough, they were able to clean in crevices that I thought were impossible to clean. Stubborn marks and stains that I just knew were permanent are gone. My car is happy. The cast of people here are so kind and sweet and humble, definitely left an impression. They take their time with your vehicle which is why I'm sure they're able to ensure quality every time. I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash!! I came here on a weekday and there was 1 car ahead of me. The good thing was there were 4-5 dedicated staff cleaning cars that day and I was out the door in 30 minutes. I paid $20 for my interior and exterior cleaning and ended up tipping $5 because of the dedicated staff working on a hot day. My car was in pretty bad condition but I left with a sparkling clean car. I don't think it's been that clean since I brought the car home from the dealership!! I'm not kidding. I truly felt like my car was detailed. I was greeted very kindly and was told about the different packages. The basic package is $20, and that does not include leather cleaner. I actually don't have any leather in my car so that worked better for me. The next package was $40 and that includes leather cleaning. Of course there are also detailing packages which I don't need YET, but I will consider for the future. Basically the detail the staff took in getting every inch of my car clean (and quickly) is one of the best I've seen in the car cleaning industry. To top it off I did receive an air freshener with the scent of my choice that is included in the cost of my car wash. Generally at other places I've had to pay more for that, but here it's included which is a great perk. I would also like to mention their customer service is superb. 10/10. I was told where the seating area was (there is outdoor and indoor seating, with shade) and the office lady was nice as well when I had to pay. I was also given clear guidance as I backed out of the driveway of the building, which was helpful as it can be a busy street. my first experience was really good so i decided to come back. this time i got the $70 wash which conditions the leather inside. i really wasn't happy this time around. the wood inside was cleaned with something that left streaks and they polished the doors after they cleaned the windows so there are oily streaks on all of my windows. they also didn't clean off all the dirt on the outside of my car. i had asked them to remove some stops on the back of the car but i didn't want to be rude and point out everything they missed in front of all their customers. it's a white car so the dirt is not hard to see. there were spots all over my doors and the rocker panel was left untouched. for $85 (70 wash with 15 tip) i would think this would be standard to clean. they all are very friendly but sadly, i won't be back. read more

He has taken care of probably 20 - 25 cars for me over those years. To say he's the best is an understatement. They definitely have the "We Care" motto about them. The customer service was the best everyone was so nice, I brought my black Jeep Patriot to get detailed. Due to parking next to my neighbors sprinklers my car became stained with water spots completely, I'm talking bumper to bumper windows, rims everything on the passenger side of the car. Took my minivan that was recently purchased used in for a basic car wash. It seemed like it would need an interior detail to get clean because it looked pretty dingy inside. After the basic car wash which includes vacuuming, the interior looked almost like new (I guess it was just really dusty in there). They did an excellent job in the exterior of the van as well.
