I wanted to really like this place, but after I arrived home, the rims were dirty. He cleaned the bottom of the rim, but forgot to do the top. The car was sparkling when I left, but the filty rims killed it. You must clean 360 degrees not 180. read more

i just want to say that the service was great, but what i paid for, i expected for a little more detail. it was great that they worked on my car once i pulled up. i decided to go to this place because of the 5 star reviews. the reason why i was disappointed was that it took 3 people to clean my car. cool, more eyes to see what needed to be cleaned. problem was, i still had dirt between my rims. there was still leftover tar on the side of my car, i saw someone doing the inside of my front window, still left streaks and didn't clean a spot that i noticed. also, when i turned on my car, someone totally messed with my blinkers & washer wipes. i was afraid that i would screw up the window because it just got washed. these are little things, but when i wash my car, i pay attention to detail. i also noticed that the main guy there kept telling some guy on how to wash, what to do, being detailed. he was the one that also cleaned my wheels. i would love to come back another time. but this time i will actually check my car out before leaving. read more

I've had my car detailed before and thought they did a great job. Then less than a month later... I came here and they amazed me. I was content with the previous detailing job because I thought there was no way to get to the nooks, crannies, and crevices of my car that had accumulated so much dirt throughout the years, but they did just that. My dash was foggy and hard to read and they were even able to clean that. Spots missed by the previous job, they removed!! My little Nissan Versa is back to looking and smelling brand new. I'm the type of person who thought it was OK to just drive my car through a car wash and call it a day. After taking my tic-tac sized Chevy Spark on a pretty lengthy road trip, I decided I needed more than your standard machine car wash. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a gentleman who explained their car washing services and prices. I chose the $40 Express Wash and as I sat and waited, I was greeted by numerous staff members - one young man even brought out one of those personal sized TV folding tables so I can set down my food and eat properly. Everyone there was courteous, professional, and I left with my car looks and smells amazing! They did such an amazing job, and I can definitely see the difference between a handwash and a machine wash! I highly recommend tipping, because these guys work really hard to make your car look great! The entire time, I saw everyone was busy, professional, and knew what they were doing. What's going on! A nice little place to get your car washed/detailed. I did the xpress wash for my car and they vacuumed my trunk for me. For that price is awesome they pay attention to detail and I mean detail. They are friendly and fast at least what I see. I forgot to tip them but once I come back again for sure I'll be tipping well. Don't forget to tip them they deserve it. My car was really filthy and needed a good wash and vacuum job. I kept saying I was going to take it to the car wash but other things kept getting in the way and I kept putting the car wash off. So while I was out taking care of some business, I decided to stop in after driving by and they took care of me right away. My car was so clean when I left there, I told them that the car "might run off and leave me"! They pay great attention to details. They even cleaned my headlights which had the buildup and was making it difficult to see at night. I had a bad incident where I had to take my car in for detailing, the man was very nice and clear with what was going to be done to my car, and explained how long it will take. I told him that I would catch an Uber home and come back for it, he then asked where I lived which was down a few blocks and offered his sweet sister Flo to take me with no charge! He's not locked up in an office like most others, instead he engages in conversation with his clients, inspects the vehicles before giving the "OK" and will pick up a towel and actually do some detailing himself. I brought my Black Lexus is250 here to remove above surface contaminants like Overspray that had gotten on my car. I was quoted $250 to remove it and bring the paint back to life as it is a black car. I dropped my car off at 8:00am for a day to have it detailed, came back to pick it up at 5:30pm the same day. When i got there the car looked good due to the wax that was on the car, it was hiding the crappy job they did to it. I saw the interior and saw that it was shiny due to the insane amount of grease from spray wax that they spread all over my interior. I sat down and felt like i was sitting in oil. What pissed me off was the fact that the wax or whatever was on their spray bottles got on to the plastic parts in my navigation systems leaving it with non removable gray spots that i couldn't take out. I opened the trunk and saw that my plastic parts in there were white again due to the wax they spread and it got on plastic, they did nothing about it. Days past and the wax starting coming off then i began to see all the scratches that were installed with their crappy buffer that from what i saw picking up and dropping off my car was always in the floor. In the sun i saw all the hazy spots from the buffer. These people call themselves detailers, they are not, the guy Spencer say he has years of experience, but they don't know how to properly wash cars. They don't use the two bucket method to prevent scratches from what i saw, which is how i believe all the scratches in my car got there. I told him that those scratches weren't there before he told me he that the buffer doesn't get them out its for showing defects in the paint, are u serious guy, a DA Polisher will u even said u had one. This guy knows nothing about detailing. I blame myself for bringing my car to this place. Now i have to go to a body shop to a remove all that crap he did with his crappy buffer, he even burned through parts of my hood, i didn't see these things until the wax came off when i washed it.. Dude was telling me the buffer brings out all the defects, but ur a detailer u have to correct those defects. Im paying you $250 bring the paint back to life, not install scratches and damage my car like you did. His equipment is trash, his towels are trash from what i saw. Crappy microfibers they pick out from a bucket. They sell u on customer service but they don't deliver in quality results. The thing is the guy said to my face that black cars are hard to clean, but that he gets aways with anything cleaning white and light colored cars. Which to me sounded funny, meaning he doesn't car about his customers cars. So he gets aways with using crappy equipment on cars that don't show defects that much. This place is horrible, if you have a black car or dark color car stay away from this place. This place is crap. A cheap car wash is $20 and they use the crappiest equipment to wash your car. They have kids doing the washes, and black guys that love scratching your paint. I saw this when they were washing another persons car. They say they are special because they dry cracks in your car with a leaf blower and other car washes don't. This place is so un professional, wasted $250 now i have to get my hood repainted. read more

My wife and I came in on a Saturday morning. We were greeted with smile by the owner and were told the car would be washed and cleaned on the inside in about 25 minutes. We waited in the garage and sat on a few car benches. I could see that all the cleaning products were well organized. The employees were all working hard and focused on their job. None of them were fooling around with each other, making a commotion. Our car was completed pretty fast. The young guy who cleaned the car was professional and courteous. Our car was very clean both inside and out. They did a very thorough job and I didn't pay for the more expensive washes and detailing work. Their job is much better than the common drive through washes around town that leaves your car with a sloppy rinse and hard stains. Our car looked brand new practically. I can only imagine what their more expensive detailing work would look like. This place is for both regular and expensive cars. I will definitely be coming back. read more
