Stopped in for a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk. Fairly quick service (about 5-7 min wait). Tasty matcha, I'll be back to try a different flavor matcha next time!
This coffee shop was so good! My colleagues and I were here in June for a week long work trip and we came here one day for our coffees and matcha prior to work. I wanted to come here because of the Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint! The matcha is of really high quality here, you can taste the ingredients, and they offer matcha tonic.. Not many places offer matcha tonic. My other colleague got a strawberry matcha and he loved it also. Their cookie was to die for, too bad I couldn't bring a bunch of cookies to my work meeting...Highly recommend!!
It's been awhile since I came here and I'm glad my daughter wanted to go here. Such a cute coffee shop. I'm not a matcha person but my daughter is and she really enjoyed the matcha order. I had the Bourbon Butterscotch latte. Not overwhelmingly sweet and right flavoring to enjoy a good cup this morning. We ordered this wonderful pastry and it was wonderful with a crunchy outer crust, cheese and a beautiful sunny side up egg in the middle that you break and enjoy it with the crust and cheese in each bite. Each table had a purse hook, we appreciate this. Lots of outlets along the window for those who needs to plug in to work or study. The workers are great. We can hear them with the customers and are so attentive and adaptive and nice. Plenty of parking as it's in a plaza.
We were on the hunt this morning for a new coffee shop and out for a bit of an adventure and this place happened to be on our way to the movies. Their drink menu is really fun with lots of homemade syrup and really great creative options. We decided to split the salmon toast and to be honest we probably should've bought three of them. I'm probably going to sound a bit pretentious with this, but this simple salmon toast was so aromatic, perfectly arranged, with high quality ingredients. We will definitely be back to try some of those delicious bagels and other pastry items, but this was definitely worth it. Besides the great food and coffee, they have this adorable "blind date with a book" section. Gently loved or new condition books gift wrapped with small descriptions of each one. I absolutely love this.

I have known about this cafe ever since it opened 4 years ago and it truly lives up to the reputation it has made for itself: AAPI owned, community-centered, inspired flavor combinations, a dedication to quality, and an ever changing menu that's keeps things interesting. I am so impressed by the clean cafe look, kind staff, and amazing food. I will keep coming back to try their seasonal items and to support Lovely in everything she does! So many things to try. Let's eat!
Stopped by Evergreen Coffee and really enjoyed my visit! It's a cute, small coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to slow down and enjoy your drink. One thing I appreciated is that they seem to be very focused on quality, so drinks may take a little longer to make, but it's absolutely worth the wait. I ordered two iced matcha lattes with oat milk, and both were delicious -- smooth, flavorful, and made perfectly. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more of their drinks and some of their food. Definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out!
Set in the Kohls plaza with plenty of parking is this cute cafe with fun coffee & matcha choices that I found. The staff was helpful in answering questions and with the menu items as I was undecided on what to order and how the choices for the toppings and flavors work together. I finally ordered the ube latte and raspberry cream pastry. The coffee was smooth, with perfect amount of ube flavoring and topped with coconut cream. I wish I ordered the larger size because it was that good! I love this cafe to sit and meet friends with, a place to read, and hang out. Will definitely return with friends & try the other drinks.
This will be a drink review only Tried the seasonal strawberry matcha and it was good. This may be best matcha option on this side of town. But I would only comeback if I'm was just in this direction. Also ordered a pandan coffee, which unfortunately just tasted like a regular latte. While the coffee was good but it didn't taste like it was described Customer service was great, love the interior and the free library is great! So a 3.5 for the drinks. I would love to comeback to try the food but I won't be in a rush to return Note: They use Oatly as their oatmilk
A small delicious coffee shop located in Henderson! They have fresh baked pastries as well as good coffee. Their ingredients are fresh and you can taste the quality! They have a bookshelf with books where you can leave one and take one in exchange. If you're in the area I recommend!

I came here to grab coffee with my girlfriends and ended up having a little brunch moment too--and I'm so glad we did. This was my first time at Evergreen Coffee, and the ambiance is really cute. When you walk in, there's a super cool bookshelf on the right, and even though the shop itself isn't huge, there's actually a good amount of seating. The service was great--the girl who helped me was really friendly, answered all my questions, and recommended the coffee flight, which ended up being the perfect choice. All three of us decided to do the coffee flight, which is perfect if it's your first time. You get to choose three smaller drinks, so you can try different flavors. I went with the bourbon butterscotch, soy caramel latte, and pandan latte. The bourbon butterscotch was hands down my favorite--SO good. The soy caramel latte was really interesting because you can definitely taste the soy sauce, which sounds unusual, but it actually works and was still really enjoyable. The pandan latte was good too, just a bit more mild in flavor compared to the others. I also grabbed a pastry, and everything together made it such a great spot to catch up with friends and have a quick bite. I also really like their ethos around how they make their coffee, and the fact that they're on the Good2Go app is a huge plus--it's nice to see a spot actively helping reduce food waste. I've actually been back about three times since, and I'd definitely keep coming back.
I can't even lie, it is so difficult to find ceremonial grade Matcha and have it well prepared. No matter where you are traveling, it seems that the popularity is surrounded by the Matcha latte. Rarely have I seen a ceremonial grade Matcha offered at cafés. Well, thank God, forever, Evergreen Coffee. We usually stay on the strip so obviously things are limited in offerings. This being our first time in Henderson, I was optimistic that the coffee and tea selections would be so much better. My husband is a coffee drinker and I am a Matcha-only drinker so it's hard to find a spot that offers both to the quality that we would make at home. I immediately bookmarked Evergreen Coffee for our way out of Nevada. We ordered the Bourbon Butterscotch Latte, Ibuki Matcha Tea, and scratch-made salt bagels. For the Matcha, they asked me several questions which I really appreciated because it helped customize my order to how I liked it. They asked me whether I wanted the water completely filled up in my cup, and if I wanted it room, temp or cold. For reference, I drink my Matcha with water and maple syrup. While they didn't have the maple syrup, simple syrup did just fine and the Matcha was smooth and nutty. It tasted like home and I was ecstatic! The Bourbon Butterscotch latte was strong (good for our 7 hour trek through Utah!). It could have used more of the butterscotch flavor pulling through. It tasted more of just a simple latte. Scratch made bagels are always a must try. They just hit differently. We opted for two salt bagels with cream cheese and they were delicious. My husband enjoyed the amount of cream cheese that was on the bagel. However, on mine, I did scrape at least 2 tablespoons off because I like mine a little lighter. The bagel was soft and fresh. Definitely do not skip out on trying one! While my Matcha was a highlight, one thing that warmed my heart was the free library and the little nook that has a spot for you to make cards for those in hospice and in retirement homes. So of course, I made one while I was waiting for the drinks. I highly encourage you to do the same as you wait. I can't imagine what our lives will be like at that age, but I pray that we don't forget about each other.
Cute lil coffee shop tucked away but easily visible from the street. Staff were super friendly & helpful for my first time. Now this chili crisp bagel w/ scallion spread is amazing , absolutely will be back for it & will recommend it to others!! Overall 1000000/10 (my taste buds are so happy) I also grabbed a cinnamon roll (because mama llama resparked my cinnamon roll hunt for good ones I decided to grab evergreens. (Haven't tried it, I'll be back to review it) Horchata latte is by far the best one I've ever had & I've tried a few from different spots. Overall 1000/10. Thank you Evergreen! I stopped in as I was looking for a place to catch up on some work. They had a decent amount of indoor seating and a couple of patio tables, but it was too hot to work outside. I was greeted, placed my latte order and within a few moments it was ready. The coffee was good, but as with most Vegas coffee shops, it's a tad overpriced. While there were quite a few other people there, I was pleasantly surprised that it was quieter than many of the other local or chain coffee shops. read more

I've been coming to evergreen for a while now, even if it's a bit out of the way, I always find myself coming back. The food is always super fresh and tastes amazing every time. Their bagels never miss and with all their unique flavors, no other coffee shop compares! My favorite item I always come back to is the gardenwich - its filling and the combination of ingredients just go so well! I loooove capers. I'm also really picky with my matcha as I don't like it overly sweet or low quality grade matcha. They give me the perfect matcha each time! The color is great and the taste is even better. I could go on saying amazing things about them but you really should come in and see for yourself. Don't come in if you're in a rush, this coffee shop is made to hang out and enjoy the ambiance of it all. One thing I also need to mention is their ode to the community and philanthropy. I've done a lot of community service in my life time and I'm always about looking for ways to contribute to the community - they work closely with our community and give back in ways that not many do, so they have my whole support! read more
Love, love, love the pastries here!!! I dream about the chili crisp cheddar bagel. You can have it plain or add salmon and cream cheese. The kimchi egg and cheese was a lot of fun to eat with crispy edges and that perfect egg yolk in the middle. I've been in a couple times for the coffee too which is lovely. And if it's available, sit on the side near the bookshelf. It's a great spot to sit and read or catch up with a friend. read more
This is such a cute coffee shop & I visit it whenever I am in the area. It's bright & has a charming little reading nook with books you can sit & enjoy. I love little touches like that. This place gets busy fast, even with seating inside & a few tables outside. It can be hard to find a seat at times, but the vibe is very cute. This is a popular spot for remote workers. I really respect that the workers make a good wage here, which explains the slightly higher prices, but everything is ethically sourced & you can taste the quality. Their matcha bar is a standout because there are different types, creative flavor profiles, & they're just overall well-crafted. I've been here several times & today I got the horchata matcha. I liked it a lot. The matcha here has the balance & vibrant green I look for. I even put my friend on to this spot because she works just a few miles away & loves tea lattes too. She enjoys the hojicha. The baristas here are friendly & service is always quick. I recommend. read more

The first time I went here, I came back in the same week - it's that good. Evergreen is a small cafe tucked away in Henderson right off the highway. The service is so friendly and quick! Now for their food/drink: Both times I got a matcha. The first one was a Pandan matcha and the second was a blackberry matcha. Both were a 5/5. The Pandan flavoring didn't taste artificial. And the blackberry syrup they use is so clearly fresh. This has honestly got to be the best matcha cafe in Henderson (and trust me I've been looking). I only wish it they were open longer . Both times I also ordered their kimchi egg danish. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU WILL FIND THIS. I've never had such a delicious savory danish. The kimchi, mixed with the cheese, and the egg is the most insane combination that you need to try. read more

Me and my husband go here we love it here so much I love the unique take on pastries ! But the chili crisp bagel is our favorite. I love their Matcha. I can actually taste a Matcha doesn't taste like straight sugar. We recently love the maple blueberry pancake latte so much. I hope they bring it back I can't stop thinking about it. read more

An easy, comfortable spot when you just need something quick and low-effort. The space feels relaxed and welcoming, and the service is genuinely good--friendly, efficient, and not overbearing. That said, the food and drinks are pretty average. Nothing bad, but nothing that stands out or makes you want to come back specifically for it. It's more of a grab-a-quick-bite-and-go kind of place rather than somewhere you'd linger or go out of your way for. Overall, solid for convenience and comfort, just not memorable on the menu side. read more

ANOTHER DICE ADVENTURE. The die's choice. I have heard of this place but haven't bothered to stop by--and wow, what a fool I am! Cute inside, dozens of tables and a nice couch, there were a TON of young adults inside and i was like, wow, that is a good sign. My brother (who is also my driver and dicing companion) ordered The Breakfast sando--He LOVED IT and cannot wait to go back! Its egg salad he says with sausage and cheese. on an everything bagel. I got a Horchata Matcha and its vegan according to the menu and WOWSERS!!!! DELICIOUS. So, when are we going back? We won't leave this one up to chance, we will be going back sooner than later! The interior is super cute. I love the decor, the way they highlight local artisans, and the free little library is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing. After ordering our drinks, we let the employee know that we wanted to look at the pastries and place that part of our order afterward since we were checking with coworkers to see if anyone wanted anything. Despite there being no one else in line, we felt rushed while deciding. The interaction became even more uncomfortable when the cashier asked the customer behind us if they wanted the last pastry we were considering before we had finished ordering. At that point, we ended up ordering only two pastries out of the six we were considering so we could wrap things up and leave. We ordered a latte and a matcha. The latte tasted more like drip coffee than a specialty latte, and the matcha was fairly lackluster. In my opinion, it's worth driving a little farther to Aware Coffee for drinks. That said, the pastries were excellent. They were flaky, delicious, and tasted like they were made with high quality ingredients. While the pastries were tasty, I wouldn't recommend this location. There's so many great coffee shops in the valley with super friendly staff! Not really worth the bad vibes. read more

I came to this little cute coffee shop with a friend and I will have to come back soon. We went in around 11am and all seats were taken except the ones outside which was perfect, as the weather was just right that day. I ordered the iced horchata latte with a kimchi tartini? Not sure if it's in the menu or a special / seasonal item but that was 10/10. I've never had anything like it. The perfect spice level, cheesy, thin crust and doughy texture AND soft egg in the middle. Perfectly cooked. Not sure what my taste buds were feeling but it was just as good as that sounds. The people behind the counter were so sweet and very attentive. read more

Was near the area and my husband and I were looking for a coffee spot we haven't been to. The cafe was cozy and inviting. We had a house drip coffee with their Bourbon Butterscotch syrup, regular drip coffee, raspberry danish and a chili crisp cheese bagel. The BB syrup went well in the coffee. I'll probably try that syrup again but in an iced latte. The cheese bagel with the chili was good. Tasted more like bread than a bagel. It wasn't too spicy as I asked for cream cheese which mellowed the chili. Looking forward to coming back and chill on the couch. Friendly staff. read more

Today was my second visit to Evergreen Coffee and I just love this space so much. Everyone, especially Kacey (sorry if misspelled), is so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is also very inviting with comfortable seating and calming décor. A great place to read a book, work remotely, or catch up with a friend. I absolutely love their matcha. I definitely consider myself a bit of a matcha connoisseur, so I'm extremely picky about where I go to enjoy a cup. Evergreen makes some of the best matcha in the valley. I love how they carefully curate their matcha offerings they have on the menu and that they take their time to craft the perfect cup. Both times I've had the Ibuki Matcha as an iced tea with a hint of vanilla added & a splash of oat milk. You really pick up the light earthy & herbal notes of the matcha and the vibrancy in color tells me it's of high quality. My husband really enjoys their cold brew coffee. With so many places focusing on dark roasts, he appreciates the light roast offered at Evergreen as it opens the coffee up for more flavor and is non-acidic. Even though I personally don't tend to drink coffee, I find myself stealing sips of his cold brew whenever we come here because it is quite delicious. We've not yet tried any of their delicious looking pastries because we're addicted to their bagels, which are filling yet light and fluffy. I'm simple and enjoy their sea salt bagel with butter. My husband likes both their everything bagel & their chili crisp cheddar bagel with cream cheese. Next time maybe we'll indulge in a pastry to enjoy later in the day. I also love everything Evergreen stands for. Their packaging is 100% compostable, their cups come from the company "New Roots" where they plant 1 tree for every 100 cups sold, they work with fellow local coffee roasters by using their beans for coffee, and they have a small cart featuring beautiful handmade mugs for sale by local craftspeople. This coffee shop is truly perfect in every way possible and is worth the 25 minute drive for us. I'll likely be back next week :) read more

See my IG for a cutesy reel I made while inside Evergreen Coffee: @_.r.h.e._ This coffee joint is my Henderson go-to. Hands down! It's so good. And hey truly stand for supporting small growers and ethical sourcing. Just warms my heart. I always get the bourbon butterscotch and it has to be half almond and half oat. I've also tried the chili crisp bagel with cream cheese to share with the office staff and they enjoyed it as well. Once it starts to cool down, I'd love to try my drink hot. I'm sure it'll be just as tasty! Although it says bourbon, know that there is no alcohol. It's a chill vibe inside and depending on the hours or day of the week I stop by, it could be either pretty empty or every chair in the house occupied. I can't wait to go back! read more
Wonderful coffee shop in Henderson. Located in the strip mall, it takes an effort to discover this gem! Organized to look like a living room, Evergreen has home feel! Staff is always nice, and every time I come here I order a latte! I also had bagels and pastries as well both of which are yummy. In particular bagel with cheese is to die for! I was craving a bagel with lox and was recommended this cafe, and it definitely hit the spot. The Salt and Smoke Bagel was probably one of the best bagels I have had in LV. So soft and warm; all the ingredients inside were also very fresh and flavorful. I also ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ Almond Milk which was not overly sweetened, allowing the quality of the matcha to shine. I went on a Thursday morning around 10am, and while it was busy, the staff was super kind and attentive. There is limited seating, however, seats tend to open up every 15-20 min. All in all, I highly recommend this space for dates, meetings, studying, or if you're just looking for a coffee spot where you can tell quality and community are a priority. read more

OKAY HOW DID I JUST DISCOVER THIS PLACE?? The pastries are so good!! This is a small asian owned shop that has a really cute aesthetic inside. It's a nice place to study and get a delicious snack. Service was good and friendly. Not that many people working so it can be hard to serve everyone quickly. Porksung 1000/10!! Omg this is prob the best porksung bread I've had. Not only is there porksung on the outside but also the inside! It was also so moist and buttery. YUM. it was a savory umami flavor along w the crispy outside and soft inside. I would for sure order this again. Garlic onion? 8/10! This one was also so delicious. It was a bit on the heavier side and I'm not too big of a fan of cream cheese but this def hit the spot if you want a filling snack. The bread is the same as the porksung but just different toppings/ fillings. Come support this small business bc it definitely deserves it! also make sure to look at the hours. They close at 2 everyday I believe. So pretty early compared to other coffee shops. read more

When they first opened years ago they were good now they don't have basic drink flavors like caramel only soy caramel and they don't offer 2% milk , but have almond/oat .. I stopped going because of there prices but just went today because I was in the area , disappointed I couldn't even get a drink . read more

The servers are so sweet and the cafe has such a homey vibe, it has couches and their bathrooms have sanitary napkins which is so considerate!! They're environmentally friendly and they support other small businesses. I got the drinks made how they regularly make it and they are so yummy! Good flavor but it's just the tiniest bit too sweet for my liking, I don't have much of a sweet tooth. But overall, I recommend this place. It's everything I'd like to see in a cafe/coffee shop! read more
Great coffee and great customer service! I have no idea why I haven't tried this coffee shop out before. I had a vanilla latte which was not too sweet and I loved it. I also tried the blueberry danish and cheese bagel both were delicious. This place is small but cute and definitely a must try. read more
