Middle Black Sheep with delicious coffee and excellent staff.

Absolutely enjoyed our visit and dining at Middle Black Sheep. Excellent customer service with delicious food and speciality coffee drinks. Glad to have found a coffee shop that provides both excellent customer service and really great coffee and food. Middle Black Sheep's longganisa pandesal, tocino pandesal, turon brulee latte, Milo mocha latte and ube matcha (all iced drinks) were on point. The longganisa pandesal was flavorful and plentiful along with the tocino pandesal. They both come with egg and cheese. It was really good. The turon brûlée latte is one of the best ones I've had. It's perfect and not too sweet. The turon simply adds flavor to the latte and doesn't over power it. Milo mocha latte is another one that we enjoyed along with the ube matcha. We also found out that this coffee shop is Filipino American and women owned business. We love supporting businesses that are women owned. Also found out they opened up shop in Tagaytay, Philippines this last June. Sharing with all our family, friends and social circles about Middle Black Sheep's great coffee and food at both Gibson Rd location and Tagaytay. Will add Middle Black Sheep to our go to frequent list for coffee and food whenever in Las Vegas.

So I saw this place on the news & heard that they have Filipino inspired flavor lattes & desserts & they displayed amazing looking ensemadas. So I got excited & made the drive to Middle Black Sheep right after I saw them on TV. Being of Filipino descent, from Hawaii, I was excited to check it out & was looking forward to trying the salted egg ensamada since they said it was their crowd pleaser. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that they were out of all the ensemadas! I understand that things sell out, but this was on Thursday around noon & the young lady behind the counter said she was waiting for their delivery. So I opted to buy the Yema cake, which is made with condensed milk & cheese. Regrettably, I wasn't a fan. It was rich & really had no flavor. At any rate, for coffee (they only have 1 size- 16oz.) I ordered the Turon Latte, which is banana & jackfruit. I couldn't really taste the banana & could taste the jackfruit when I got to the end of the latte. However, the coffee flavor part of my latte was good. My husband is a cold brew guy & ordered the cold brew. He said that it had a bitter after taste, but it wasn't bad. On a better note, the spot is really cute & clean & the staff is friendly & knowledgeable about the items they are selling. This place has potential & I am rooting for their success! So we will try it out again later in the future.

We absolutely love this place! It appears to be pretty popular too! It was busy when we visited, but not too bad. We were greeted upon entering and they were kind enough to talk us through the menu. I went with the iced Ube matcha and the pistachio banana bread, which they warmed up for me. My youngest ordered an iced strawberry matcha and an ensaymada. My oldest had an iced vanilla matcha and an empanada that was off a special menu they had. We opted to dine in and grabbed a cute little table for ourselves. Love all the little sheep around the place. Everything was wonderful! The matcha was perfect, the banana bread was decadent! My oldest still talks about the empanada she had! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Very chill vibes! I love the theme here and cafe is so cute! Very spacious and sheepy! Literally! I love all the black sheep decor and red sheep! I got the Hojicha latte! So good! Not sweet and tea was well made! I love all the options here and want to try the turon latte and matcha next time! I got the spinach feta pastry which was delish when warmed up! You can get a selected pastry for $2 with your drink Monday-Wednesday! I'm looking forward to try the ensaymada but it's pricey--$7...it better be worth that! Service was quick! Staff were so nice and knew their menu! Made great recommendations! Location is not the best..it's hidden in this plaza off of Gibson and las palmas.

    Beautiful interior and wall art!

I was so extremely excited to visit this shop. We saw a Filipino vlogger visit their new branch in the Philippines, and when they mentioned that their OG spot was in Vegas, I knew we had to make a special stop the next time we were around the area. We made sure to get a couple of their specialty coffees--the Turon Brulee Latte and the Ferrero Latte, and then one of their more regular coffees, the Ube Latte. All of them were a hit! Every single one of the cloud foams on the coffee lattes we had were sooooo incredibly creamy and delicious, and tasted exactly like they should. If I were to choose one favorite out of the ones we got though, mine would be the Turon Brulee Latte. That banana and jackfruit puree they have on there was just pure perfection. It went so well with that bold coffee flavor without completely overpowering it, and it wasn't overly sweet. It definitely tasted like the traditional Filipino dessert in coffee latte form! One thing of note--their coffee tasted DIVINE. It was smooth and mellow with a great punch of toastiness to it. I'm a huge fan of coffee shops who roast their own coffee beans so that in and of itself was already a winner for me. But after tasting their coffee? Hands down, just a great experience overall. Ambiance was great--I loved the art they had on the walls and red ram figures they had on the tables. The place was very clean and it's somewhere you'd want to stay and chill at while enjoying your coffee and/or pastry of choice. Service was impeccable--the barista who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. She even gave her own recommendations and made sure our coffees were all made to our liking. We also even met one of the owners, Mr. Armand! He was so very nice and sweet. We love an owner who's hands on and we were pretty lucky to meet him during our visit. I'm already looking forward to the next time we're able to come back here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stopped by and picked up a Turon Brulee latte. Also wanted to try chicken chipotle, beefy onion, and corned beef empanadas, as well as the spam pan de sal. The turon brulee latte was good! Sweet but not too sweet. Consistent flavor throughout. Just like our last experience, the whole staff was very welcoming and warm. The empanadas were good as well. The beefy onion was beefy and cheesy. The chipotle chicken was tasty but chipotle isn't so much my thing. My go to would be the corn beef pan de sal. On point! And the spam pan de sal tasty and filling. All in all a great return for the family. Thank you!

Far from the Las Vegas strip is Middle Black Sheep in Henderson. This Filipino-owned cafe has a delicious selection of food and drinks, all inspired by the motherland, The Philippines. From Ube Ensaymada to a Turon Brulee Latte, they have it all and more. Plenty of seating and definitely the right vibes for a productive study sesh. Brandon and John were so kind and helpful when ordering, guiding us through their menu and pastry options. They truly brought the meaning of "kapamilya" so shoutout to them!! We ended up ordering a Pizza Croissant and Pistachio Banana Bread, which were both delicious! The Pizza Croissant was just the right amount of savory, which contrasted nicely with the nutty and sweet flavor of the Pistachio Banana Bread. We also ordered a classic Ensaymada, which is this fluffy bread with a light cream on top! Get it warmed, and it is SOOOO good to pair with your coffee. As for our drinks, we ordered a Ferrero Latte, a Pistachio Latte, and a Flat White. The Flat White really showcased the quality of their beans, which was only enhanced in the lattes. The Ferrero was silky smooth, and honestly tasted like a melted Ferrero Rocher. The Pistachio was nutty and subtle, which complemented the Ferrero greatly. If you want a taste of that Filipino warmth, definitely stop by Middle Black Sheep! We definitely plan on coming back to try the rest of the menu, and so should you.

Finally tried this Filipino-owned coffee shop close to home. We ordered their signature Ferrero coffee, Turon Crème Brûlée coffee, and a Milo drink for Ady. We also tried the classic and salted egg ensaymada from Ensaymada Project. Happy to support a Filipino-owned business.

After seeing many TikTok videos about Middle Black Sheep, I decided it was time to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was. Nothing felt too cluttered and everything was impeccably clean. I ordered the pistachio iced latte and banana jackfruit iced latte, which were around $9 for 16oz. A little pricey, but for 16oz it feels more worth it. The drinks were amazing! The two lattes tasted exactly as they were described and made it worth the trip alone. The five stars are well deserved for the ambiance and little details alone. The 3D printed sheep on every table, which includes the shop name, the cute rounded cups, the cleanliness, and the cute merch available. Even the lemon water was fresh and tasty. Will 100% be back.

We have a couple friends who've said Middle Black Sheep is pretty good, so we decided to give them a try a couple weeks ago. The space is clean with a more modern interior and fun pops of red with their sheep décor throughout. There was ample seating, but the tables down the middle of the café were waaaaay too close together. During our time there, we saw so many people struggle with easily accessing the water station and trashcan because of this. I think losing just 1 table & set of chairs would make it more convenient for customers. When we walked up to order, it was a tad awkward while we stood there for about 3-4 minutes with no real acknowledgment of our presence, but once one of the baristas was available to assist us, she was very friendly. We came for breakfast, so I ordered a butter croissant along with an Ube Matcha w/ Oat Milk. The croissant was nice and doughy with a flaky crust; my drink was enjoyable but I did wish it had been just a tad sweeter. My husband LOVES Ferrero Roche so he opted for the Ferrero Latte; he said it was decent but far too decadent and sweet. For breakfast he had the almond croissant which was also good. Overall, we did enjoy the atmosphere as well as what we ordered. Would definitely be interested in coming back to try different matcha/coffee drinks.

Our first time checking this spot out. It's a small coffee joint and it was packed when we arrived around 10:30am on a Saturday. I quickly grabbed the only open table and she stood in line to order our coffee. The Vietnamese coffee is loaded with a quad shot of espresso so it wasn't as sweet as it usually is, but it was a good balance. My girlfriend ordered the drip coffee and it came in a nice mug, I only wished the iced coffees came in mugs or glasses. The staff was busy but polite and helpful.

Our buddies brought us here to check out. The aesthetic was nice. Loved the theme and colors. It reminded me of coffee shops in the Philippines. Come to find out their second location is in Tagaytay! I tried the Turon latte. It really tasted like it, with little chunks of banana in it. I loved it! Didn't try the ensamada although it looked good.

There wasn't much seating available, as the cafe was quite full, and there were a lot of people doing work. Definitely more of a spot for 1-2 people, as there weren't any tables that could accommodate 3 when we went. I asked the staff for a recommendation, so I got the vanilla latte based off of that. I was excited to try this spot since there were many good reviews, though perhaps my expectations were too high. The first thing I check for in an iced latte is the bottom of the cup to see if there are any burnt grounds. To my disappointment, there were, so I knew the espresso wasn't going to be very smooth. Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The others in my group got matcha, and they also tasted of milk and syrup with barely any matcha flavor. Overall I don't plan on going back since the drinks we had were disappointingly mid. The menu is very large, but I still don't think I'd be willing to go back and try another to see if it was maybe an off day or if there are better drinks.

That's how you know it's going to be good. We ordered the caramello yawtte (latte) and the blackberry yawtte, and WOW. I've tried a lot of coffee places, coming from Seattle where coffee is kinda our thing. But none of the places I've visited so far could ever measure up to how absolutely SMOOTH this coffee was. The espresso was perfect, not burnt at all, and undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The caramello was so delicious and the sweetness was perfectly balanced so that it didn't overwhelm the espresso. I LOVED that it came with little marshmallows on top (kind of like the ones you find in hot chocolate packets?). Only thing I'm sad about is those marshmallows getting stuck in the lid of the coffee cup... I want to eat them all lol! My partner ordered the blackberry and it was phenomenal. You could really taste real blackberries, and again, it didn't overpower the espresso. Amazing! Overall, this is definitely a must-stop spot for me each time I visit vegas. I've already gone a couple times now and definitely plan to go many more times in the future!
