Dragonberry Bowl: Refreshing and healthy. I'd definitely revisit this bowl again for the dragonfruit alone. Latte: Quality coffee and the right portion of almond milk. Decided to come in here over the weekend because I've been really into acai bowls lately. I've ordered from here before but I have never been inside so I was excited to check it out. Inside is so cute. I love all the plant decor! It made me want even more plants haha. The music was vibey and fun. I definitely think this is a cute place to come and grab a bite to eat with friends or even just to come in and work with your laptop if you want, which I might do one of these days. I was greeted immediately and decided to order the PB&B acai bowl, though I did have a bit of buyers remorse when I saw the two little kids next to me get the original acai bowl, so I'll have to come back and get that. I liked the aesthetic of this place and the menu looked good. I ended up going with the original açaí bowl and changed the granola to gluten free. It was made to order, didn't take long to make. I did grab it to go and went down the street with it, let's just say that five minute drive down the road made my acai liquid like a smoothie. The acai here seems more smoothie based than thick like it should be, and for the price ($14) I would have expected it to not melt down so quickly. The berries on top were fresh, gluten free granola was good but as stated above the acai was lacking the thickness, taste wise it was ok. They do however have smoothies and fresh juices here which if I come back I'd grab one of those instead. They also have different versions of open faced toast, does come in gluten free as well. Treated my mom to a late lunch date at Toastique. We're both on a bit of a health kick these days and I recommended this place to her. Hence the name Toastique, some of their food items are served on a piece of toast. I'm not sure how I found out about this place, I think Yelp recommended it to me when it first opened. The parking lot at the moment is a bit of a mess with shipping containers meant for Target next door occupying about half of it. I believe they're getting ready to renovate or install something, plus there's a new salon under construction next door. So, keep these in mind when you're visiting Toastique. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant, so we were helped out immediately. We both ordered the smoked salmon gourmet toast, which was topped with cucumber slices, pickled onions, numerous healthy greens, and cream cheese spread on toasted sourdough bread. For our smoothie choices, I ordered the Orange Crush and my mom ordered the Blue Mystique, respectively in large and small. The smoothies had such a pretty color to them, especially the Blue Mystique. I had a taste of the Blue Mystique at one point and it was like blueberries and bananas smashed together. The toast and smoothie filled me up so quickly that I didn't feel hungry at all for the rest of the day. Before leaving, we decided to take a coffee back with us, where we ordered their iced latte as a little afternoon pick me up. Their coffee is amazing and they have a little bowl of sugar up at the front that you can use. Another bowl includes those little stevia sugar packets if you're looking for fake sugar in your coffee. Although everything here was super delicious, the only downside to this place is that it was a tad expensive. Still, very good toast, smoothies, and coffee. Love this new cute little spot!! Making its way over from Utah, Toastique has fresh juices, Acai bowls and of course, toasts. This new location is off of Green Valley pkwy and Horizon Ridge pkwy in the Target shopping center. We downloaded the app ahead of time to get the free juice with a $10 purchase. Walked in and the shop is super cute, but small. There are maybe 5 tables for seating so hopefully you get a spot to sit down. We walked up to the cashier and ordered our food. I asked her about the free juice with our $10 purchase and she asked which one I wanted and we chose the Radiance. But when we got our order, the other employee said we never ordered it? Everything is digital so no paper receipt was given to verify. I went back to cashier and guessing it was the owner this time, she gladly gave me the juice. Avo smash toast $14 was yummy and beautiful. Bread was toasted well so it still had a bite to it. Love all the toppings as well as the pickled watermelon rind. PB CRUNCH $12 was super yummy as well with the berry jam. Love the presentation! Just a few suggestions: The Radiance drink was not good. All you could taste was grapefruit juice. No blood orange, pineapple, basil or orange was detected. We didn't drink it, thank goodness it was free. Also when you order, once your order is ready you have to go to the counter and get your food and bring it your table. It would be nice if they were to bring it to your seat instead as it's a little cramped inside and hard carry multiple items by yourself. Also, if you are sitting facing the window, the sun comes blaring in the windows. I could barely see bc the sun was I. That perfect position hitting everyone that sat along the wall. Maybe some shades to help. I would love to give 4.5 stars but yelp doesn't give us that option. So I rounded up to a 5 bc the most important part is the food and that was delicious! The tomato burrata toast was good, however it lacked a lot of flavor. The burrata was creamy and spread well, but the toast could use more balsamic, just more flavor overall. The Cocolada bowl was refreshing. This was probably my favorite. The candied ginger was the only thing I disliked as it became rock hard in the bowl. Blue Mystique Smoothie: we opted to add protein powder and it was recommended to do unflavored over vanilla or chocolate. I would've chosen the vanilla because this smoothie was super grainy unfortunately and just tasted like you were drinking protein powder. No other flavors shined through. I witnessed a friend eat 2-3 different things on the menu and still crave a cookie. We came as a party of 4 and there was only one table big enough for us and there were 2 people sitting in it so we had to piece together some tables but they were heavy and hard to drag around. The place had high ceilings, which made it feel spacious, but very limited seating and tiny tiny tables. I guess it's fine since you won't be eating much. This new breakfast and lunch spot got a lot of social media coverage when they first opened, and a visiting friend picked it for us to meet up over the weekend. The GOOD: The space is modern and cute, and the menu is more expansive than the name initially led me to expect - several toasts with different proteins (lox, crab, prosciutto), plus acai bowls, juices and smoothies. They also have featured monthly special toasts and juices, and I like how they bring the orders out to our tables (this may be from feedback in other reviews). I got the tomato and burrata toast, which was $13 and excellent - I actually had to take some of the tomato off to eat it without making a giant mess, so it felt like a better value than I had expected. The pesto was also nice and vibrant and the used just the right amount. I also used a promotion to get a free juice - the featured "seasonal special" Heartbeat juice (pomegranate, fennel, mint?). My daughter liked it so much she stole it from me! I would come back and try another toast if I were in the area. I appreciate that they have changing tables in the bathrooms. The Not So Good: The inside is smaller than expected and tables are pretty close together. Hopefully they add pull-down window shades to adjust with the sun, as another review mentions, because it was quite bright. Despite having changing tables, they did not appear to have high chairs - bringing a stroller in with the tables as close as they are was less than ideal, but it worked since they weren't too busy. In contrast to finding value in the toast, the regular price of $9.50 for a 16oz cup of this juice is very overpriced - this is not a cold pressed, made to order juice, it is kept in a dispenser like what Mexican restaurants use for their aguas frescas. Staff were very quiet and not especially friendly, no one really smiling or checking on customers after receiving orders. There were a few minor issues during our visit (drink ordered hot, received iced), and an odd delay for one order in our group. Nothing huge, just a few little things that stood out as easy things to improve upon. OVERALL: I live far from here but would go back if a friend suggested it, sticking to the toasts or trying their coffees. Definitely get their app or join their loyalty club on the website to be able to get promotions like a free juice with $10+ purchase, like we did. I saw pictures from Toastique on social media so I decided to invite some gal pals here for brunch when I was in town. The place is tiny. There are only a few tables and a long bench to sit at. Felt very cramped. The storefront is made up of floor to ceiling windows and that made it hot and bright in the cafe. I couldn't imagine sitting there in the middle of summer. Staff seemed a bit off their game- maybe they are still learning the ropes. My avocado toast was so loaded with tomatoes and other toppings that it quickly turned into a mushy mess. I went here to catch up with a friend on a Sunday morning. This shop is super cute inside very cozy and welcoming. It's not huge but there's a good amount of seating available. I love all the savory toast they offer. Usually a toast place has a lot of sweet ones so I like the savory variety. I ordered the Tuscan tuna and my friend ordered the smoked salmon. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and patient that she literally read me the entire menu because my phone wasn't cooperating.
