Staff is always wonderful. I love the music they play very soothing. My daughter had orange juice and a chocolate muffin and she really enjoyed it. My co-workers decided to get matcha and coffee during our lunch break. It was Tuesday afternoon around 12:30, the cafe appeared busy. The interior looked simple and small, yet clean. Blackberry Cobbler Latte, iced | The coffee was average. The taste appeared too synthetic with a subtle hint of alcohol residue. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Matcha Latte, iced | Something might have happened over time with the matcha powder brand or how it was kept. The matcha latte used to be decent and better than most coffee shops. However, this time it was truly terrible. The beverage looked pale yellow green color with clumps of matcha powder and tasted rotten for some reason. Great location and plenty of outside seating with minimal inside seating. Inside can feel pretty crowded even with just a couple people in there. Got an iced latte which was basically just flavored milk especially because they do 1 shot for a small and 2 for a medium and large which is not worth the money really. I got a medium and said half sweet which was still pretty sweet. Additionally, the girls working only offered 2% milk option and said they were out of whole milk, however, they still had all the other non dairy options and half n half. I hosted a meetup at the coffee press, and I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. The owner, Bobby, is very responsive to emails and was very generous answering all of my questions. The issue with my event was that I wasn't quite sure how many people would attend, so I had a few options on timing and logistics. The coffee press worked well for my meet up because there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Folks also have the opportunity to go into the library if they need to, but luckily for my event it never got too crowded. The owner reserved tables for me and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this venue for hosting an event or just a place to grab a coffee/tea and chill (I've done both). I also enjoyed trying their different sandwiches. First time visiting this coffee shop and there was no line, one woman ahead of me taking her order and when it was my turn to order next, I was not acknowledged at all. The girl didn't look in my direction, she didn't tell me anything, and when I moved closer to the counter thinking maybe she didn't know I was waiting in line, she still did not even acknowledge that I was waiting. I believe as a small business coffee shop there should be maybe a little better service to their local customers. I waited for about 5 minutes and I know she was possibly working on a drink but to not even say I'll be with you in a minute or something, I felt was a little inconsiderate. Everything went well!, once you walk in, you feel really welcomed and that feeling doesn't go away along the experience; I wanted to try their signature drink: Blue Agave Latte however I decided on a Dirty Chai that had the right amount of spicy and sweetness that I really liked. We had a spectacular croissant and we also saw people having a variety of them. Next time I will definitely try an Affogato and maybe a Grilled Cheese Sándwich. Everyone was friendly, paying attention to what we needed and also they do have an exterior área so it gives you the freedom to stay in or out. I went into the coffee press this morning, and I had questions as I always have questions when there are multiple possibilities of something on the menu that I like. I saw one of their specials, the agave coffee that they have and a banana split latte which sounded amazing on the window. When I went in and asked questions they were very helpful in helping me to determine which would fit my pallet better and I was very grateful for their honesty. I am a sweet coffee drinker and that banana split latte did not disappoint. It was very delicious and you could taste the banana in it. I also had the chocolate chip cookie with espresso on top and it was so warm and gooey. It was amazing. The coffee shop had a feel of what a coffee shop should be and it's very friendly and open even though it's on the smaller side. I'm glad I stopped at the Paseo library and found this little gem. read more

It was OK--The die chose it again and so I finally went back in. Not clean inside, floor was dirty, tables were dirty... Maybe too many people streaming in and out so they hadn't had time to clean... still... Surprisingly awesome library coffee spot! We checked out The Coffee Press for the first time today, and it totally exceeded expectations. A coffee shop inside a public library might sound unusual, but don't let that fool you--this place is legit. The coffee is smooth, flavorful, and made with care. While we didn't try the food or baked goods this time, the menu is surprisingly extensive for such a cozy spot. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I haven't tried there coffee but I did get an large cup of French soda with whipped cream on the top. Coffee shop is right next to library. I visited cafe again today returning some books. I was looking for the espresso coffee cookie which I have tried before but unfortunately there wasn't any cookies left by the time I went(which was 3pm). I forgot the name of the drink when I was ordering but barista was very patient and polite with me. They even had card games so I played Uno with my husband while waiting for my drink. They even have outdoor tables if you don't want to seat inside. If you like to support small local business this is the place to try out! :D read more

I've already left a review from another visit. Just stopped by my Paseo Verde Library to take a bag of books on to the library and stopped by for an iced chai latte which was so good! Cute little coffee shop attached to the local library! Several coffee selections, pastries, cold beverages, and energy drinks, so no matter what you are in the mood for, you can snag it here! This place also has free wifi and tons of seating inside and outdoors. Service was fast and friendly. It is a bit on the warm side. Super cute coffee shop located in the Paseo Verde Library. it's right across from the Dollar Loan center and Henderson Multigenerational center. I enjoy coming here after visiting the library to check in and out books. I enjoy the Matcha latte here with soy milk. The matcha latte has no added sugar unless you ask for it. Which I enjoy. The service here is always pretty quick and the workers are always super friendly and attentive. Cute cozy ambiance with bar stools and bar table along the window facing outside so you get a lot of natural light inside. Great place to eat, drink, and relax while reading a book, doing homework, or even working. They also have a couple of board games to play as well. This week when I stopped by I got a free fresh baked cookie of your choice when I checked into Yelp. I first discovered this cute little coffee shop from a Yelp Elite event where we received a complimentary iced agave latte. This latte was pretty darn good and we promised ourselves we'd come back in if we were in the area again (which isn't hard, we don't live too far). I could see myself getting addicted to this latte. But that doesn't mean other stuff isn't good as well. We didn't eat anything this time (we grabbed caffeine while running errands) but I did get me an iced agave latte and my mans got a hot mocha. He loved it. Said it was top 10 mochas he's had. That's some good compliments from my mocha lover. I'm excited to try some of the food next time. It's hard not to be tempted, even if you aren't hungry, by some of the good looking items, especially those with exciting flavors. My only regret is I forgot to take photos! My husband and I wanted to check out this little coffee shop inside the Paseo Verde library, right next to Lee's Family Forum to support my friend, the new owner, Bobby Gill. I had an earl grey tea latte and an avocado toast. Scotty had an orange cranberry muffin and a coffee. I've never had cucumber on an avocado toast before, but it gave it a nice little crunch and the seasoning on it was great! Scotty gave me a taste of his muffin and it was moist and delicious! I recently visited Coffee Press, hoping for a decent lunch, but instead left feeling like I'd been served up a bad joke. I ordered the Pinocchio Panini expecting something delicious and satisfying for a price tag of almost $20 which included a small coffee and the sandwich. What I got though felt like a slap in the face. First off, they used the end pieces of the bread loaf--the sad, crusty bits that no one wants unless you're desperate. You know, the pieces that you push aside when you're making a sandwich at home? Yeah, those. The sandwich had no love, no care, was over cooked and felt like I was going to loose a tooth trying to chew it. It definitely had no taste to It too. The coffee was pretty tasty but when your sandwich leaves you feeling like the butt of a joke, it's hard to enjoy anything else. I'll be thinking twice before heading back to Coffee Press. read more

First time here. It's connected to the library. Definitely not quiet where you can take a conference call. Ppl come and go. Wifi connection was ok. Overall, a nice coffee shop with ample parking in front and lots of seatings outside with a few tables inside. Not only can you order coffee, you can get pastries and sandwiches. Looks like they do panini's as well. Good service. When there were no one ordering, one worker walked around to clean the tables and asked how patrons are doing and if anyone needed anything else. The whole place is kept quite clean and tidy. Coffee were served in paper coffee cups but I don't mind as it's a grab and go kind of place. It was a nice change of pace for me as I work from home and now, I found a new coffee place and a library. read more

Amazing, flavorful one of the best tasting coffees I've had in Vegas! The baristas were VERY friendly and helpful with our order. We decided on the Pinocchio Panini and added ham, it was delicious! My son also had a smoothie which he enjoyed. The prices were reasonable. The location was interesting but I think it works being attached to the library and next to the events Venue across the parking lot. The only issue was the temperature inside the Coffeehouse. It was hot! I understand, it's Vegas and the sun can really wreck havoc on our AC units! I've visited a few other establishments with troubles the past two weeks. They (and the other businesses) may need to take into consideration the comfort of it's staff and guests and get some fans, swamp cooler or close temporarily until it's fixed. Other than that, it's a lovely place with plenty of patio seating out front to read books to the littles or a study sesh for the tweenagers and college students alike. read more

The Coffee Press is conveniently located in the Paseo Verde Library. I come here because it's convenient when visiting the library, but their coffee drinks are hit or miss. The shop has more seating than you'd expect. Inside they have four or five tables. On weekdays there is usually a table available. The outdoor patio is large with most of the seating. It has fencing around it so you can safely enjoy this area with little ones. For a coffee shop inside of a library they have a large menu. In addition to coffee they offer food and pastries. Sometimes they have donuts. They also have a large selection of packaged snacks and cookies. I haven't tried their food, but my husband and toddler love the muffins they bring in. The best drinks here are hot lattes, but the iced lattes are pretty good too. I've enjoyed the Toasted Marshmallow White Chocolate Latte and the Caramel Butter Rum Latte. The Caramel Macchiato was a miss. It was so much syrup that there was barely any coffee to drink. Their version of a Frappuccino was watery and flavorless. Stick to more basic drinks and you should be good. Stop in if you find yourself at the library, but don't make a special trip. read more
