Unfortunately, this place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for an estimate and initially, Mike seemed like a nice guy. He checked out my car and assured me he would get back to me no later than "tomorrow morning." I waited patiently, but after two or three days with no response, I called four times, left two voicemails, and even sent two texts--still nothing. If he was too busy or unable to take on the job, a simple heads-up would have been appreciated so I could take my car elsewhere. Instead, I was left waiting and wasting my time. Make sure you are going to have your car repaired there because 'free estimates' are not free if you change your mind. Once I told Mike 'no, thank you' on their estimate, he sent me an invoice for $1,500 for 'secure storage' (unsafe neighborhood), Admin Fee, Shop Supplies, and an egregious credit card fee of 12%, saying 'that's what they have to pay the CC company'. They held the car hostage until we paid a negotiated $1,000. We were never told in advance of these expected fees. I was fooled by all the positive (fake?) Yelp reviews. I have alerted the Attorney General's office through their Consumer Complaint division and also the BBB. read more

I don't review very many companies on yelp but this one deserves it! Our insurance company was a nightmare in finding us someone to fix our vehicle. The shops they recommended were 3 months out on any repairs. I called around to 8 different shops. Most were the same. 8th call was to Michael's. He could get me in right away and my vehicle was fixed a week later and returned to me. So impressed with his work, timing and communications. He even took care of all communications with our insurance company. Knock on wood we don't need any more collision work anytime soon but if we do, he is the first person we will call. read more

If I could give Michael and his manager Michael lol a million stars I would! My car was involved in a t-bone crash and due to insurance ended up being extremely costly for me. GM Michael was so empathetic during the entire process. Typically car repairs with insurance take 3-6 weeks right now and he understood that as a business owner who needs a vehicle to run a business went out of his way to quickly fix my car. At first estimated at 3 week process, I got a call a week earlier saying my car was ready!!! He kept me informed and showed me exactly what the damage was and why it cost what it cost. Even working with me to find ways to save on cost, including recommending a better insurance company! Not once did I have to wonder what was happening with my car or why the cost was what it was. He was knowledgeable and timely every step of the way. What made me the happiest though was his empathetic attitude the entire time, not once did he have a negative thing to say.
