His calm demeanor is wonderful, absolutely, then couple that with his skill, knowledge, and inventive nature makes him a "miracle worker". I had an emergency on a Friday night (as my front tooth decided to leave), and of course, during after hours. I left a message on the Doctor Vitali's emergency number, but told him not to hurry in, as the emergency was mine, without pain or blood, and wanted him home with his family. Sure enough his Office Manager, Leanne, phoned me first thing Monday morning and scheduled me in that afternoon for a consult. After the consult it was decided that a bridge was needed as both front teeth were in turmoil. This was shocking to hear, but I have faith in this man, from past experiences; yes, was a bit frightened, Both teeth were removed on Holy Thursday and the Monday after Easter, I had a bridge with beautiful teeth. PAINLESS and secure. It had been a long time to eat something with such comfort and normalcy. I forgot what that was like and so very thrilled beyond understanding how he made this happen, but it is truthful. I am so happy., Dr. Bondar's staff has to be commended also, just has to be. Leanne works her magic with running the office and accommodating their patients with regular appointments and those with emergence. I feel really comfortable with her at the helm, always wanting to help and please in a sincere kind and caring way. Federica and Shannon are the doctor's Assistants and where does he get these personal, capable staff members is beyond me. Their gracious persona, and for real caring attitude is very comforting. They made me forget what I was there for. I am scheduled for a cleaning with their Hygienist and have not yet met her, but I've seen her usher her patients out with warmth, and genuine feelings of care, so I am sure, she will be added to my happiness with Smile Design. Exceptional quality and perfection has become the hallmark of this practice. At an age where my husband, who considered Dr. Don a friend for years, has passed, my children have grown and have families of their own, and my medical practitioners have all retired, it was clear that Dr. Don chose the Ultimate Best in Dr. Samantha King to replace him. The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient, so it remains a pleasant atmosphere and experience for everyone. I look forward to my dental appointments, and even through the pandemic, there was a certain relaxation knowing that a secure ventilation system was installed for the safety of staff and patients. I do miss Dr. Don patting me on the shoulder as I sat in the chair, inquiring about my granddaughter (also his patient) at college in Colorado when he often inquired about her, but he still yells "Hi" to me when he cycles past my home in Kittery Point. The Best Dentist Office Around!…read more Dr.Harrison is a phenomenal doctor; she's detailed, efficient, and has a human centered approach in her communication. I always feel comfortable and safe with Dr.Harrison, and I don't typically feel that way with Dentists. The staff is also phenomenal. Megan and Jess, who run the office, and super friendly and accommodating. They always try to work me in the schedule when there is an emergency. They text back and forth which is convenient for me. I get auto-reminders before and the day of the appointments. It's a great experience and these two are a big reason why. Susie, Becky, and Kim and three of the dental hygienists that I've worked with over the past few years. They also contribute to this special culture here. No time is wasted in my appointments because these 3 are always on their game. I know there are other hygienists and I can guarantee if they work in this office, they are good at what they do. What I particularly appreciate about this office is the culture and the way people treat each other. When you add that on top of excellent dentistry, there is not much more you can ask for. I highly recommended this office.

I literally felt like a prop. I was barely acknowledged unless a direction was being given (of course when I complained to the office manager, she told me that he doesn't remember that, which why would he admit to it anyway, the dental assistant was literally half his age). AND, it's only been a few months and that tooth is more symptomatic than it was before he put the crown in and it feels like I'm going to rip it off my tooth when I floss. Now I have to go pay several hundred dollars more to have another dentist fix my crown Additionally, I received a couple cleanings there, one of my hygienists was absolutely lovely but I've just learned that she no longer works there (happy for her!), the other one assured me that getting a cleaning every 3 months would be covered by my insurance, even double checked with the front desk and brought me an printout to prove that it would be covered. Well it wasn't. So I was stuck with an over $100 balance even after my copay than they threatened to send to collections. I deeply regret ever stepping foot into this practice. I paid them a f**k load of money only to be worse off than I was before.
