After our second visit today, I was more than relieved that I have no buyers remorse whatsoever!!! In fact, we added some table lamps, bulbs to our existing order!! I think this is a family run operation and jeff alongside his daughter are experts as well as thorough in giving you pros and cons so you can decide before going forward. I visited because my thrift store bought standing lamp broke where the shade connects to the light socket, damaging the wire also. Didn't really know much about the lamp except is was a heavy, quality, unique piece worth fixing. Took it in and they were able to tell me it's a European lamp with an usual size of socket threading, but they found a solution and it was rewired and ready to pick up in under 2 weeks! Well guess what... I put the lampshade on and adjusted it too tightly and the socket cracked... then 2 days later our large 2X3 foot painting fell, knocking over the lamp (shade was not attached at the time) damaging it further and we had picture frame glass shards everywhere! Not our lucky day. We took the lamp back and they had a stronger socket. Our lamp shade was large and too heavy for the first one. Now it's fixed and looking great. Thanks LUXE team, you are great!

The piece has been brought to life and the glow of it feels like my mother is smiling on me. One of the flowers was broken and the enamel was flacking off all over it. I couldn't even tell you which flower had been broken! The old wire has been replaced and I feel safe having it in my home. I will enjoy this piece for the rest of my days, and when I'm gone hopefully one of my brother's sons will want to enjoy it. Thanks Luxe!

We visited the store to educate ourselves on options. We made some pretty significant changes in lighting and wanted lighting to showcase our new kitchen and living room. We made some decisions and came back and placed the order. We picked the order up, and decided on trims and were on our way with the lighting portion of our project. We are homeowners who are not lighting experts so there was a lot of education and guiding us through the many decisions needed. The whole time the staff was very knowledgeable, made suggestions to maximize value for us, helpful, friendly and kind. The gave us the information and time we needed. I don't really have any other experience with lighting companies so I can't give them a 5 star "as good as it gets" rating.

We needed four garage lanterns. We located three of the neatest lights we'd ever seen. But only three. Grrrr. We managed to find a few rare bulbs and in our browsing, bumped into a general contractor that gave us an incredibly cheap estimate to run underground cables and a driveway bore. When my mom mentioned she'd be quick, the employee rolled her eyes and responded with a sarcastic "yeah right," then exchanged looks with coworkers. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. No one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience, especially when they're trying to support your business. We'll be taking our business elsewhere--and advising others to do the same.
