    2024 F150

What should have been an easy 5 star review turned into 2 stars. Went to Evergreen Ford (EF) to purchase a used 2024 F-150. Met with Mark who took me for the test drive and did the initial offer. We went back and forth and Mark brought over Chet who was a sales manager I guess. Chet was a super nice and knowledgeable guy and we all went back and forth quite a bit but I couldn't commit and ended up leaving. I tried to go to another dealer to test drive another truck but ended up wasting a lot of time (that's a story for another time). So after sleeping on it for a day I made a final offer (very close to what Chet wanted) and EF accepted. Went there to give them my trade-in and sign the papers. They made sure that my trade-in had both keys and the expectation was that ofc the 2024 f150 had both keys as well. When I finished signing all the papers with the finance guy we went over to Mark where he told me that he couldn't find a second key and that it was traded-in with only one key. I didn't think too much about it until later when I learned that the price for a new key was $500. I reached out to Mark to let him know that I didn't think it was fair for me to pay the entire $500 for the spare key. I'm buying a 2024 ford f150 from a ford dealership and if it didn't have 2 keys when they got it they should have made the spare. Mark NEVER got back to me. Up until now this was such a great experience but to just ghost someone with a legit grievance that's a big issue. The extra add ons I ended up buying for my truck like extended warranty I ended up buying somewhere else and the service I'm getting is happening elsewhere. That's a lot of money that could be flowing into EF but is now going elsewhere because of a spare key. Evergreen Ford this is what you should have done when I raised the spare key issue: 1. Acknowledge that it was an issue. 2. Sold me the extended warranty with a discount and added "key replacement option" to the contract. 3. Made the spare key under the "key replacement warranty". - You would have made money for selling me the additional warranty. - You would have made money making the spare key for me under Fords extended warranty. - You would have made money servicing my truck every 5000 miles. - You would have a 5 star review instead of 2 stars. Even a customer with a grievance is a potential opportunity for: 1. Making an additional sale and turning a frown upside down. 2. Learning where your organization needs to improve like handling keys etc. The truck is still running great and I love it just such a shame that I need to leave a 2 star review because of Mark not owning up to a mistake with a spare key.

Will never come back to this WA dealership again. And we gotta rip out any license plate frames! Unfriendly sales people and sad sounding Front desk. should maybe model outside or hold signs be better for anyone. Still haven't received any information on my new pickup and Paid $3k down. Ugh thanks for taking my $$ Contacting Washington DMV dealer inspector Monday. Owner seems to never be available or able to return voicemails Great!!! Take take your new auto baby somewhere else than this Cabin looking lot you'll be happy you didn't come here.

Reached out to inquire about a Mustang Mach E they have on the lot, was told that they would only take 10k over MSRP. They have lost me as a customer.

Apparently the whole wheel gets damaged when removing a weight. Or, it's curb damage.

I purchased my brand new 2019 F150 from Evergreen Ford at the beginning of February. The purchase experience was a little slow, as the truck was buried at the remote lot. The purchase took all day to complete. My salesman, James Torres, was helpful and accommodating, as was Anthony Caposio. Unfortunately, during the paperwork process, the finance manager, Benjamin Kalberg, outright lied to me about the extended warranty. I did want an extended warranty, and stated I wanted a factory one, not an aftermarket one. He told me the warranty company from whom the warranty was being purchased was owned by Ford. Upon research when I got home, I quickly realized this was not the case. Anthony was helpful in getting me into the factory Ford extended warranty I wanted in the first place. After purchase, and getting a chance to get the vehicle up to speed, it was evident that there was a vibration. 3 trips into the shop, and I have been told that I have to live with it and it has to get worse for them to fix it. They had damaged all 4 wheels in an attempt to balance them. They removed the weights, and in doing so, were careless in their work, and damaged the spokes and inner face of the wheels. I sent pictures to my service advisor, she advised me that the wheels would be replaced. When I brought the truck in for the 3rd inspection of the vibration, as well as having the new wheels installed, my service advisor proceeded to argue with me, telling me the damage to the wheels was from curb damage. Not sure how an inside portion of a wheel gets damaged from a curb, but whatever. Upon arriving home, I discovered silver paint on all 4 of the tires. I contacted my service advisor in my displeasure, she assured me they were replaced. She said the "new" wheels had scratches on them, so she had the body shop touch them up. So, they ended up lying to me about putting "new" wheels on. This would not have been a big deal, except what they told me and what they did were not in alignment. I'm sure countless other customers are being ripped off, and just do not have the technical sense to notice it. I now get to scrub silver paint off all 4 tires. I have worked in the auto industry as a tech for many years, and I can tell you one thing....stay away from this place for either sales or service.

Many thanks to Ashley Funk who notified me when this hard-to-find Ford Escape Limited model came in on a trade-in.

He gave me the option to replace my spark plugs since I've never done it before and the minivan was like 12 years old. He showed me the spark plugs that he took out and explained his work. During the repair, one of the premium shocks Kim had ordered arrived defective. Instead of hiding the issue or passing the cost on to me, as many shops might, he called me immediately, explained the situation, and took full ownership. To keep the job moving, he installed OEM shocks, reduced the price accordingly, and stood behind the work with a 12‑month warranty on parts and labor. That level of honesty and integrity is rare in auto repair, and it earned my respect. The Miata rides well, no more bottoming out, and for my everyday driving I wouldn't have known the difference between OEM and premium. What matters most is that Kim did exactly what he said he would do, handled a setback the right way, and treated me fairly throughout. Because of that, he's gained me as a repeat customer. I highly recommend Kim's Auto Care.

What a ripoff and untrustworthy service!…read more I took my van in for power door lock and interior lights not working. I told them it may not be the fuse but an integration relay issue which they confirmed upon diagnosis. I also asked for a full inspection of the vehicle and told them do it ONLY if the power door lock and interior light issue is fixed. However, they did not wait and did the full inspection and charged me for it even though the power door lock issue and interior light was not fixed. They refused to give me back the key unless I paid for the full inspection which I unfortunately had to since I had no choice. A very bad experience. I will never trust them with my vehicles again.

(I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they did not put the oil filter back in correctly causing oil to go everywhere) Did not get contacted until Monday afternoon and was told the car was not leaking and was ready to be picked up. Picked up my car, spoke to the guy at the front desk who informed me that I needed to drive it for a week and see if it leaks because they could not find a leak and they tightened everything. Drove home parked my car over a puddle, when I came out your could see some sort of fluid floating in the puddle, opened the hood and my engine was dirty, does not look like it was cleaned at all. Called the office and was told the engine had oil everywhere and they only cleaned that, also he told me to drive it for a week and see what happens and that the leak was probably coming from the oil pan that they cleaned. Still leaking after spending $259.00.
