Update 4/2026- had to sell the car. 12k to replace the transmission! These frauds sold me my dream car and it was basically destroyed. 2nd gear completely ruined popping out of gear etc. had to sell the car at a major loss! Update: They sold me a car with lots of rust under it. A 2018 BMW M2, totally didn't disclose anything about rust and now I'm stuck with fixing a bunch of stuff in California. Do not trust this place. The car also grinds going into 2nd gear. This transaction is causing me a lot of financial stress. Car is beautiful inside and out just don't look under it. I had a FaceTime viewing and bought it without flying there so I guess that's how they get ya. If anyone from the dealership is reading this I'd appreciate someone reaching out and remedying the situation. Already replaced the suspension as it was literally rusting out when I received the car. Mind you I paid $36k for this. Very disappointed

    2024 F150

What should have been an easy 5 star review turned into 2 stars. Went to Evergreen Ford (EF) to purchase a used 2024 F-150. Met with Mark who took me for the test drive and did the initial offer. We went back and forth and Mark brought over Chet who was a sales manager I guess. Chet was a super nice and knowledgeable guy and we all went back and forth quite a bit but I couldn't commit and ended up leaving. I tried to go to another dealer to test drive another truck but ended up wasting a lot of time (that's a story for another time). So after sleeping on it for a day I made a final offer (very close to what Chet wanted) and EF accepted. Went there to give them my trade-in and sign the papers. They made sure that my trade-in had both keys and the expectation was that ofc the 2024 f150 had both keys as well. When I finished signing all the papers with the finance guy we went over to Mark where he told me that he couldn't find a second key and that it was traded-in with only one key. I didn't think too much about it until later when I learned that the price for a new key was $500. I reached out to Mark to let him know that I didn't think it was fair for me to pay the entire $500 for the spare key. I'm buying a 2024 ford f150 from a ford dealership and if it didn't have 2 keys when they got it they should have made the spare. Mark NEVER got back to me. Up until now this was such a great experience but to just ghost someone with a legit grievance that's a big issue. The extra add ons I ended up buying for my truck like extended warranty I ended up buying somewhere else and the service I'm getting is happening elsewhere. That's a lot of money that could be flowing into EF but is now going elsewhere because of a spare key. Evergreen Ford this is what you should have done when I raised the spare key issue: 1. Acknowledge that it was an issue. 2. Sold me the extended warranty with a discount and added "key replacement option" to the contract. 3. Made the spare key under the "key replacement warranty". - You would have made money for selling me the additional warranty. - You would have made money making the spare key for me under Fords extended warranty. - You would have made money servicing my truck every 5000 miles. - You would have a 5 star review instead of 2 stars. Even a customer with a grievance is a potential opportunity for: 1. Making an additional sale and turning a frown upside down. 2. Learning where your organization needs to improve like handling keys etc. The truck is still running great and I love it just such a shame that I need to leave a 2 star review because of Mark not owning up to a mistake with a spare key.

Will never come back to this WA dealership again. And we gotta rip out any license plate frames! Unfriendly sales people and sad sounding Front desk. should maybe model outside or hold signs be better for anyone. Still haven't received any information on my new pickup and Paid $3k down. Ugh thanks for taking my $$ Contacting Washington DMV dealer inspector Monday. Owner seems to never be available or able to return voicemails Great!!! Take take your new auto baby somewhere else than this Cabin looking lot you'll be happy you didn't come here.

Reached out to inquire about a Mustang Mach E they have on the lot, was told that they would only take 10k over MSRP. They have lost me as a customer.

Apparently the whole wheel gets damaged when removing a weight. Or, it's curb damage.

Brenda in service was 6 stars out of 5. Worked hard to keep our cost down. She is very professional and enjoyable to work with.

Many thanks to Ashley Funk who notified me when this hard-to-find Ford Escape Limited model came in on a trade-in.

No funny business here. Just straight shooters. They tell me what is going wrong, they charge fair rates for reliable trustworthy services. Is the cost more than I want to spend, and borderline high? Of course! but who doesn't have high labor and parts prices when providing outstanding service on finicky vehicles? In the end they understand me and my cars. they do the big stuff, and take pictures and give me parts numbers for the things I can do myself. What more can a car guy ask for? How about more free stuff guys? Oh well. I tried!

I am extremely frustrated and honestly furious with how this entire experience was handled…read more From the beginning, the communication was terrible. I had to repeatedly call the shop myself just to get updates. I was originally told my car would be ready Wednesday. Then I was told Thursday. On Thursday, I was suddenly told they had to reorder a part, so it wouldn't be ready until Friday. After all of that waiting, I finally picked up my car Friday--only to get home and discover a coolant spill. I was extremely upset, called the shop, and was told to have the car TOWED back to them. After waiting days for my car to supposedly be properly repaired, having to tow it back because of an issue immediately after picking it up was completely unacceptable. And it didn't end there. When we picked up the car again, we drove off the lot and received a notification that the hood was open. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable after a vehicle has supposedly been inspected and is ready for the customer to drive. I was told the hood was intentionally left that way because they wanted to "shut it gently." They are an auto repair shop, so the fact that the hood was not properly secured before handing the car back to us is honestly baffling to me. I contacted the owner because I was extremely upset and wanted to give him the opportunity to address what happened. His response was essentially that his team had been on vacation and that this had unfortunately caused a bad experience for me. Honestly, that response made me even more frustrated. I understand that people go on vacation. What I don't understand is why the customer is left to deal with the consequences of staffing issues, poor communication, delays, a coolant spill that required a TOW, and a hood that wasn't properly secured--and then the response is essentially, "Unfortunately, this happened to you." There was no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, no meaningful attempt to make the situation right, and no real sense of accountability. I have never had a mechanic experience this frustrating. I expected much better communication, attention to detail, quality control, and customer service. The entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. For reference, the repair was around $3,700 with the car being at the shop almost 2 weeks. I would seriously think twice before bringing my vehicle here again.

What a ripoff and untrustworthy service!…read more I took my van in for power door lock and interior lights not working. I told them it may not be the fuse but an integration relay issue which they confirmed upon diagnosis. I also asked for a full inspection of the vehicle and told them do it ONLY if the power door lock and interior light issue is fixed. However, they did not wait and did the full inspection and charged me for it even though the power door lock issue and interior light was not fixed. They refused to give me back the key unless I paid for the full inspection which I unfortunately had to since I had no choice. A very bad experience. I will never trust them with my vehicles again.

They would clean it Friday and see what they could find. (I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they did not put the oil filter back in correctly causing oil to go everywhere) Did not get contacted until Monday afternoon and was told the car was not leaking and was ready to be picked up. Picked up my car, spoke to the guy at the front desk who informed me that I needed to drive it for a week and see if it leaks because they could not find a leak and they tightened everything. Drove home parked my car over a puddle, when I came out your could see some sort of fluid floating in the puddle, opened the hood and my engine was dirty, does not look like it was cleaned at all. Called the office and was told the engine had oil everywhere and they only cleaned that, also he told me to drive it for a week and see what happens and that the leak was probably coming from the oil pan that they cleaned. Still leaking after spending $259.00.
