Ask what other charges will be added when they quote you a price for rotation and alignment. Guess what it is, yet? Shop supplies. Do not think you are getting the work done for the quoted price. Also, no Itemized printed receipt. They just want your credit card and will email it later- after 3 telephone calls asking for it. Yes, they did verbally itemize before I paid and unfortunately I did not hear the $14.95 for shop supplies. Not sure they will get my business again. I now understand why their star rating is low. read more

Never again will I bring my car here. They had my car in the shop for 10 hours to fix a flat tire. A manager calls me, tells nether found the nail in the tire and should be fixed soon. Great. An hour and a half later I stop by, my car is in the air with the hood up. For a tire?? Ok. Apparently it's a policy. Whatever. I notice one employee is pacing around on his phone, twirling his hair, another is literally spinning in a chair. Then the guy from the front goes to check, as it's almost their end of day. Turns out the mechanic, who called me a "f******* bitch" which I could hear from the waiting room, mixed up my car and another car. He put a full synthetic oil change into my car, and didn't fix the tire. Claimed my tire "didn't have an issue." Guess what happened when I got in my car? TIRE IS STILL FLAT. But both him and the guy at the front desk who was stoned out of his mind "insisted they soaped it and didn't see anything". Well. So now I have to take my car to another location, to fix what these absolute idiots insisted wasn't there. The guy at the front test told me he doesn't even work there; and was only brought in to help close??? Hello! So I'm just supposed to trust that my car is fine, that it will continue to drive, despite the flat tire, the low pressure sensor, and the fact that it now shifts like it's never had an ounce of oil in its life. Never again will I come here. This is so unsafe. When I asked what oil was put in they couldn't even tell me. They said they'd been mixing up cars all day long. I called to check and see if they had available a tire I seen on their website. She told me "no", but they could get it within a half hour. Which was fine to me since it would take me at least that long to get there. And then she gave me a quote with a discount, but that discount was still $40 above what the website said their price would be. Their website specifies the TPMS, tire scrap fee, installation, and other things that she said the website would not. I told her that it did, and she just continues to interrupt me without me getting in a word. So I just told her "thank you" and hung up. Recently (last 2 months), we took our car in to remove a nail from a tire and fix it. Right after we take the car home with a patched tire, a break light comes on, cruise control stops working, parking break flashes.. will not work. We take the KIA into a KIA dealership and were told a break caliper was broken the exact location of the patched tire. The tire was improperly removed/replaced and damage was done. Improper handling. We are picking the KIA up today and paying $500 for the diagnostic and then more for the fix. read more

1) We spent over $1,000 to fix a noisy fan. Expected they fixed it without trying it (shame on us). 2 days later we turned on the fan and it was worse. Unbelievable. 2) They had the car for over 24 hours and told us the next day "Oh, by the way, your oil level is low and you need an oil change". Really? Couldn't have informed us while you had the car so we didn't have to make another appointment and bring the car back? Scheduled online for a tire change. Already had tires in the car they just needed to be installed and disposal of the old ones. Took 3 hrs pretty much the first 2.5 hrs car was never touched. What a joke . Do NOT go to Firestone, not the Issaquah location, as a matter a fact dont go to any of them. They are trash, and incredibly good at taking more work than they can handle. I made an appt for Saturday at 2pm was told it would take 2 hours so I left to go shopping since I don't live in the area I never heard anything so I came back at 5 and my car was still sitting in the same spot because they never looked at it! The woman working in the front was so unbelievably rude! I took my keys and left. She said they called to tell me they couldn't see the car after all but there was no call. What a waste of time!! On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, I went to Firestone for a simple oil change and was assured it would take 45 minutes, an hour at most. I agreed, expecting a quick service. But after waiting a full hour, they hadn't even bothered to bring my car in. When I asked for my keys back, no one apologized, and it was clear they couldn't care less. I have to say that for a national chain I am very surprised at their professionalism. I have had a few issues with my car, and so far they have been able to take care of all of them. They never did any work without my approval and had suggestions as well. Some are f the suggestions I had them take care of, others I held off, but they always were very friendly. I had scheduled an AC service/repair online for Thursday 8/29, was given a call to reschedule to Saturday 8/31 due to only one AC tech being available on weekends only. So I arrived Saturday at 11am. My concerns were my AC not working properly, it wasn't blowing cold air and when switched to the front windshield it made an odd whistling noise. I was told the tech recommended new wipers, new serpentine belt, new compressor, and new cabin filter. I originally said yes to the wipers, belt, and compressor and no to the filter. I was under the impression the filter affects the quality of the air but not necessarily the temperature of the outcoming air. I then received my car after 3 hours and was told everything is good to go. As I get in my car, I realize the whistling is gone-was told the compressor issue would fix that. But I realize my AC is still not blowing cold air. It will blow cold air in the passenger side but not the driver side. As I was checking out, I was given the impression that charging the AC freon and replacing the compressor had fixed my concerns/issues. I decided to go back in and ask for someone to look at it again. The main tech sent the front desk staff, Michael, to check it out. Micheal comes back with my dirty cabin filter and tells me it's mostly likely the cause for the two different outcoming air temperatures. I decided to replace the filter but none are in stock at Firestone. So I go to O'Reilly's and get one myself for half the price and install it. The AC is still not blowing cold air out of the driver side. Looking through the itemized receipt it states there was an AC quality check done and I was told everything was good to go. Obviously my AC does not pass a quality check and my main issue for coming to FIrestone was not resolved. I spent $650 that visit and still have the same problem. I have continued to use the Issaquah Firestone because I have been dealing with AC issues for about 3 years and every year the Firestone staff tells me either 1) it's fixed or 2) there's a leak but they're unsure where. When I reached out to Firestone over the holiday weekend I talked with a person named Heather that took my statement and told me I would be contacted within 2 business days. I waited from 9/3-9/9 and have heard nothing back from them. I am very disappointed with the service I have received and do not recommend going to Firestone. Side note-I asked for a brake inspection due to some squeaking; and no one told me verbally or written if my brakes are fine or if I need to replace any. read more

They told us the car woud be ready in 24 h but the added another 24h delay when they saw that they would not get the tire, then they added another 24h delay for the same reason.....and my car is still not ready. I went into Firestone in Issaquah today and Shane was extremely helpful and kind. She gave me honest feedback, did not pressure me into buying anything and I left feeling good. Every other experience I have had with tire shops makes me feel like I have been taken advantage of (not at Firestone). I went to the Issaquah store to inquire about two rear wheel tire replacement for my BMW 328i. The person who identified himself as Sam H and acting manager was extremely rude and downright racist. He was making sarcastic comment and making fun of the fact that people like me are able to enjoy being at home in pandemic etc. This is not the kind of service I was expecting from a company like firestone, especially in a progressive place like Seattle. read more

Dropped off the car and told the intake person that we would be waiting (vs a drop off) because we just came in that car so we could take a walk and get lunch. They said an hour and a half and this was at 12:40 and we had a 1pm appointment so I figured 2:30-3pm. After lunch and walking around a bit we retuned at 3pm to discover that our car was not even started yet. They claimed a tech was injured and needed to go to the hospital and they got backed up. I get that and hope their tech is ok, but to not call or text us to let us know was poor. I said we cannot wait and so we are going to have to cancel and the intake person treated it like a personal affront that we couldn't wait any longer and was quite unprofessional. I will leave it at that. So bad experiences at multiple Firestone locations has me going to Les Schwab where I prefer to go. BTW - I would not have gone to Firestone again except they were open on Sunday. Just don't go to Firestone is my recommendation. read more

My wife took her car here for oil change, light fix and maintenance. She told them that her tires needed to be fixed due to flat tire issues. She also told them to check the fluids. I came here in hopes for someone humane to help my family and I. We were rejected 1 hour before their closing time. Our rental car got a flat on our way back to the city. We quickly found this place and was cold heartily rejected. We didn't come 10 minutes before their closing time. We came 1 hour before. Never use Firestone Issaquah. They rotated my tires and didn't tighten the lug nuts. A week later while I was driving my front wheel came off and caused an accident. The fireman at the scene said that all the lug nuts were loose and clearly were not tightened after the rotation. This caused $12,000 of damage to my truck. Firestone/Bridgestone offer me $500. I am unable to get compensated because Bridgestone is a huge company and won't respond to you. Please take care of you and your loved ones and never use this location. read more

Purchased a "Lifetime " wheel alignment in February 2022. The Issaquah center charged me $30 extra for cleaning fee, which also was described by the technician as COVID 19cleaning fee. When I checked out the technician said that due to COVID they do not print receipts but he assured me that the proof of purchase would be emailed to me but also it would be saved in the system. Well they never emailed me the receipt but moreover, when I went for another wheel alignment I was told that they did not have any record of me coming that day and even making a purchase. Shame on me putting trust them and taking their word. Also agreeing to go to Firestone instead of Les Schwab who provide much more reliable service despite a few more bucks they might charge. We had a great experience. Drove in on a Saturday morning. Had a tire that was constantly running out of air. The guy at the counter told us it be $35 and about 1-11/2 hours. We went and had breakfast, then went to Starbucks for a bit and hey called to say car tire had a nail and it would be ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. The service was excellent, staff was very curious and we were out of there with tire repaired in under 90 minutes. No pressure to buy or repair stuff. All and all we will come back if any issues with car tires occurs. read more

I bought 4 tires from this store last year. I have a flat tire and came to the shop for repair on Wednesday 726/2023. I was told that they are busy and the earliest time for them to fix it is Saturday afternoon. Waiting for 3 days for fixing a flat tire is not something I wanted. I went to Les Schwab on Bel-Red and they fixed it in a couple of hours. I am very disappointed by this shop who doesn't make an effort to take care of their customers for such a small fix on the same day. I am not doing business with this shop anymore. read more

I don't normally write bad reviews but this experience was so unpleasant that I'm making an exception. I set an appointment for a Friday and had my vehicle there before 8am (as directed). Mike was told that he could have it ready 11am-11:30am, since I HAD TO BE AT ANOTHER APPOINTMENT at noon. It was for a simple oil change, but also to check the brakes and the HVAC fan that was making noise. I called at 11:15am to check on it and NOTHING had been done. I reminded him of the time I needed it and he said he thought it was needed by 2pm (He had repeated the 11-11:30 am time to me when I dropped it off, so I was stunned he was now saying 2pm). If they didn't have time to do the whole list, couldn't they have changed the oil, at least, rather than NOTHING? When my hubby and I went to get it in our other vehicle, our SUV was sitting in the same parking spot where we had left it, untouched. When I've used another Firestone location, this never happened. I was called ahead of time, if there was going to be a delay. No call from the folks at this location and no apology either, when I picked it up. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION.
