Terrible service you would think after 9 years I would stop bringing my car here. I took my car in to get routine maintenance (serviced) just a regular oil change. I just got new tires and told them not to rotate them, they deflated the tires, I'm missing my glove department knobs/screws. The guy that checked me in asked me if I wanted to get my cabin air filter and filter changed I said no that I changed them myself. He then proceeded to walk away with a smart ass mouth started to mock me and I sure did say I sure do and what? I went to look for my car because they don't tell you where they park it so good thing for the panic buttons then that's when I noticed my ac was extremely loud without pressure and I didn't have that problem before. This is an ongoing problem with Evergreen kia you take your car to get serviced and come out with more problems. Everyone has a terrible attitude problem. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My parents brought their car in because it was making a very specific noise. Evergreen Kia told them it was the water pump. Let me add: English is not my parents' first language, but they 100% know the difference between gas and water. Yet the receipt magically says they replaced the gas pump due to a "crack." My parents park in a garage and never saw a single leak -- suspicious already. But we trusted them. We paid $1,000 for that repair. Fast forward: the sound never went away. I called the service department the following Monday, and the earliest they could look at the car was almost TWO weeks later, on October 31st. Fine. We bring the car back. Later that evening they call and suddenly it's the A/C compressor causing the noise. So the first diagnosis -- the one we paid $1,000 for -- was completely wrong. I came in with my parents on November 1st. The so-called manager, BRIAN BOZEK, was immediately rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, he acted like we were the problem for being upset after paying for the WRONG repair. We spoke to other mechanics who confirmed that it was neither the water pump, nor the gas pump, nor the A/C compressor causing that noise. Meaning Evergreen Kia was just guessing -- and charging. Brian said he'd review the issue with the tech who "started this mess" and promised to call me Monday. He never called. I had to call him, and the attitude continued. He said he could refund me but only if they reinstalled the old part. I agreed. He said he needed to "check the schedule." Surprise: he never called back. He dodged every call afterward. I left at least 3 voicemails. Nothing. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, evasive, and absolutely does not care about customers. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. DO NOT GO TO EVERGREEN KIA. They lie, they guess, they avoid accountability, and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. read more

The fact that I'd been approved by my bank they totally ignored the fact being approved for a certain dollar at 9% interest it didn't cover the entire amount of asking price but was willing to pay out of pocket for remainder. They used their finance company and presented an exorbitant offer amount to pay each month for a used vehicle even with my good credit rating. They are notoriously slow, so make sure you have 2-4 hours to get any service done. my oil change took 2 hours and I was the first person there. now I have to take it back because the technician didnt secure the under car cover tray, so when i get on the expressway you hear this loud flapping. Owned my 2024 Kia Telluride for one year and it is the best car I ever owned. But I brought it from Evergreen Kia and I would not recommend them to anyone. From the signing the paper for the car all all the experiences with the dealer have been terrible. Leading to last week them telling me I need rear brakes because they are at 2mm. I said no for the brake job. I went to Pep Boys and paid for the evaluation and they told me and showed me pictures of my rear brakes and said they were at 8mm and that I do not need rear brakes at 21,500 miles. They also didn't tell me I had a recall which I found out from Kia international the next day. So I decided that with all the lies over the year I will not be going back to Evergreen Kia. My recall is scheduled for this Friday at the Orland Park Kia. I will bypass all my free oil changes at Evergreen Kia and pay for the at Orland Park Kia. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPT, READ BELOW WHY: The service dept is incompetent, negligent, unprofessional and dishonest. My car was damaged while sitting in their shop for months for an engine replacement (yes, Kia engines are very cheap and cause major problems after 70k miles). The repairs from the damages caused by their stuff caused significant delays, and this shop is too cheap to offer rentals/loaners. So, if your car is here for a long period of time, be ready to foot your own transportation expenses. When calling to get updates, they place you on hold for hours. They are so disorganized. One time I called, and they couldn't fine my file. The service techs are also so unprofessional. I caught them smoking while in the shop while attending to vehicles. I brought it up with the top manager, Maurice Bird, who is just an incompetent and apathetic manager. In short, this service department do not care about your car, your concerns, or customer service. If you must have your vehicle serviced by a Kia dealer, DO NOT go here, or you will regret it. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle, stay far away from Kia because, being a Kia customer is an abysmal experience, from its quality to its customer service overall. I took it in and was told by service that I would have to pay for the service because I installed an after market remote start. I replied that they were the ones that sold and installed the remote start in the first place and why would Evergreen Kia install a part that wasn't authentic Kia parts and their reply was the one installed was better. 07/26/2022- I took my vehicle to a scheduled appointment. When I walked in, a woman with blonde hair asked who I was there to see. I explained I had an appointment to inspect my engine (it went out due to a manufacture defect). She told me there was a long wait, as she pointed to the stack of papers and said, "you're basically just another number". How is this quality customer service? Back track to my last service there for my "free" oil change, none of my fluids were topped. When I called the service manager to let them know what was being done, so they were aware, he proceeded to tell me it was Kia's fault for offering the free oil changes and they couldn't keep up with the demand. How is this the customer's fault? This is my second KIA purchased at this location and believe me, I will never be purchasing a vehicle here, again. The customer is not valued. I purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage in August or 2022. I have had two free oil changes of the 10-years provided. I called yesterday to confirm my 7/24/23 appointment for my next oil change and was told I have to pay. WHY, ten years of oil changes are included? I was told because I gave them a bad review, the owner took away my free oil change privilege and he has that right. The lady in the service department seemed very confused when I asked does that mean they pay for good reviews. I have emailed Kia's corporate department and hope they do the right thing. Just for the record, the bad service was the second visit. I sat outside in the car with my ride waiting for a call stating my call was ready. When I received a call I stated I was on my way in and walked into the service department within 1-minute. When I walked in no one was there. Someone eventually walked by and asked if I needed help. I told the I was picking up my vehicle. I was advised to have a seat and sat for about 10-minutes before someone walked by, saw my paperwork and said here, you're good to go. Evergreen Kia faces the same post-pandemic challenge as all other dealer service centers: more business than it can handle, with appointments booked 4-6 weeks out. Evergreen Kia told Kia HQ that it no longer wanted to offer online appointment booking; it was too much. So, the system was disconnected... but the Kia Evergreen website still takes appointments, and will send you multiple confirmations via email and text. However, if you show up for that online appointment, you are not in the system and you will not be served. This is such an absurd and frustrating situation it's hard to believe no one's investing the energy to fix it... but it's not, for the same reason the appointment system was taken offline in the first place (more business than they can handle). Well, apparently, they want good reviews no matter how much they lie or not follow through with what they are supposed to do. The manager is not using logic. I told them to fix a small piece from my trunk panel 2 times while getting an oil change and they didn't. One of the times, the manager told me he would order the part and call me when it comes in. I never got a call. So I gave a bad review. The very first time I gave a bad review was because upon purchase of the vehicle, the salesman told me a cheaper price. When I went to sign the paperwork the car price itself was much higher. I bought a car here last September, at first everything was peachy, until I took it back to have a remote starter installed (it was part of the closing deal), so I'm back to pick it up later that day only to discover that they had scratched my brand new car, so I obviously complained about it and they promised to call me back with a solution on the next day because they needed to "talk to the owner", they didn't call me back, it took me 2 weeks and several calls and visits until I was offered to have it repaired. I even had to complain because an employee named Marcel was super rude to me and my wife when I was asking for a solution, he raised his voice and was evidently mad, I was never rude to him and I spoke louder only when I was being spoken that way. So after that finally agreed to fix it the repair was not great and up to this day you can still notice it on the car, I will never buy a car here again and I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I called this dealership over a month ago to have service done on my wife's Kia Sorento regarding recalls. I was told the entire month of November was booked and that there was availability for dec 12th at 11am. I booked the appointment. I called on today's date at 10:56am to let them know I will be a few minutes behind for my appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment nor was I ever entered in the system. The supervisor told me even if I did have an appointment, the type of recall I needed fixed can't be done on a Saturdays. I waited over a month for nothing. Complete waste of time. I would give 0 stars if they had it. I asked what can be done so that no other customer goes through the same problem in the future. They didn't try to assist me until I contacted and said that I would be filing a complaint, even after I had been phoning and texting the salesman for days. I had to get in touch with them once more to find out the status of things, even though I was assured that I would be assisted and would even get a call once the store opened. I had a truly disappointing experience at this car dealership. They scratched my brand new car on day of delivery when changing the license plate last week. (Sep 2023)No apology was offered. Had to drive 2 hours and waited several hours more for them to buff it out and still have visible scratches. Cant stress enough on the bad customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
