But today two men were there an older man and a middle-aged man, and they were extremely rude when we asked where items were they ignored us and when we said we also made an online order. The guy went to the back and did not return when the other guy ended up helping us. He said this part is not returnable at all clarifying the statement we asked if it's not installed can we still return it? They said this part is nonrefundable because it is an electrical one. We said we understand that but if we don't install it, can we still return it then he said really again don't you understand and we said well if we don't install the part it's still brand new then he simply said well maybe you should go to another store and return it there. That's exactly why they have no employees there because they have a sign out that it says they need somebody to work there. These two are chasing people away from good jobs with their bad attitude lack of communication skills. The manager really needs to take a look at these two people train them properly and communication and customer service because what we have received there was absolutely deplorable.

I ordered a replacement driver side mirror for my 2007 DTS I either order the wrong one or the…read morewrong one was sent. I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. I wI'll recommend Areo Auto Parts to everyone looking for used replacement parks.

This place is the best. Due a mistake performing a DIY repair on my 2015 Dodge Caravan I destroyed…read moreone of the heads. I ordered a remanufactured one from Autozone and their vendor was not able to provide them one after a 2 week wait. I found Northlake Auto Recyclers online and they had the head I needed in stock and already pulled. It was off a 2018 Dodge Journey. Cost for the head was $125. They come with a disclaimer that heads are for use as cores to be rebuilt only and are only guaranteed not to be cracked or warped. I took the head to a machine shop and the tech said it was in such good condition that he did not recommend rebuilding it and only did a quick milling of the sealing surfaces to be sure it was true and clean for the head gasket. Just started up the car and it runs great. I highly recommend this place. It is not a junkyard. It is more similar to a parts store but all the parts are used. You go in, tell the guys at the counter what you want, and they go in back and get it off a shelf for you. They have tons of parts for late model cars. The employee said they specialize in cars 7 years and newer.

On a whim one day I stopped in to see if I could get a oil change and tire rotation while I took the kids next door for a haircut. Not only did they get the car in, the waited until I returned to take me to our car and show me the brake pads and rotors indicating that they will need to be done within 5k miles. There was no hard sell. Just an FYI. I've since been back for new tires, a tweak on body bushings, and this past week AC recharge along with another oil change and tire rotation. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They aren't offended when I do my own brakes, oil changes or tire rotations. As it sits now due to a major injury to my leg ive been unable to do any of that on my own. And they don't hose me on the work. I'm Happy to have found a shop and mechanics I can trust. My daughter bought a car from a dealer and when she drove it off the lot she found out the back suspension wasn't attached to the frame so we brought it back and they told us to pound sand (as is) well Gabriel wrote a nice letter and the dealership started to be really nice to me and refund my money. When you find a mechanic like him you keep him. Just hope this rating doesn't hurt me seeing him if I need service.
