They agreed to drop charges for June and the late fee and took final payment over the phone. On Thursday they send me an overdue note for the dropped charges.

Myself and three other vehicles were there in the parking lot and two women were there in the office. They were incredibly rude and would just point at a sign on their door (the wrong one) and wouldn't even open the door to have a conversation or to let all of us who were in the parking lot know that they were unannouncedly closed or to apologize for the inconvenience we all went through to load up all our scrap metal (one person even had a fridge) since they made no effort to let the public know they were closed today. I will NOT be recommending this business since it's clear they don't care about customer service and I will be taking my current business elsewhere.
