I just returned home from my lash visit with Deidra today and I'm extremely disappointed. I've been getting lash extensions for the last two years, and although my natural lashes are thin, the prior lash technicians could give me very full and beautiful results. I believed Deidra could as well based on her Instagram and pictures on her website, so I asked for the mega volume set today. What I got instead was horrible!! my lashes look like a very thin classic. Nothing at all what I paid for. Extremely disappointing!! Especially due to the high pricing. There was a special that was also not honored, but at this point, I actually don't care. Just happy to move on and I have to get these removed and get some real lashes now. From someone who can do what's advertised. The biggest issue was that she didn't share her limitations before we started when she first looked at my natural lashes. She should've shared that she could not give me the volume or length that I needed. Not everyone has that skillset. Instead, she waited until the end and started making excuses even before I looked at my lashes saying that my lashes are so thin, she couldn't give me volume. Huh??? Didn't you see my lashes when we got started? Why not just say you couldn't achieve the look I was going for and let me decide what I wanted to do?? But instead, she waited until the end so she can get paid. Lol. My last two lash techs were able to do volume and they looked very beautiful. But due to distance, I wanted to find someone closer. Lesson learned!! This was a waste of time and a large investment. So definitely make sure you can get what she advertises in her pictures before you get started because this was poor service. I'm very disappointed in the results. I did reach out to her and share, and all she gave was excuses. But I angered it when I questioned the authenticity of her Instagram before and after photos . She then began to send me harassing text messages, and I had to end up blocking her. So buyer beware! read more

I've got my lash done in classic style by Amber and I can't be more satisfied! The shop is clean and sanitized after a customer leaves and I was the only customer in the shop which was relieving in a times like this (covid). Amber was super chill and I had a great time talking to her. I didn't smell any glue during the procedure which some salons have and my eyes are so comfortable like I don't have the extensions. I found Deidre on Yelp and was amazed by the pictures. I'm from Boston and decided to get my lashes down while I was out in the Atlanta area. What can I say? First of all, the salon was not hard to find. It is located in a business park, so there was a lot of free parking. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the salon is extremely clean and welcoming. You can tell the place is new and very modern. Now on to the lashes... Deidre is amazing. She is very professional and sweet. It was my first time getting individual lashes and she explained everything to me step-by-step. She taped my bottom lashes and the fun began! She used the J-Curl 11, 12, and 13 on me. The entire process took about an hour and a half (I actually fell asleep for the first 45 minutes or so, ha!) and my lashes came out GREAT after. They look very natural and beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments from my family, friends, and co-workers. Going to Deidre was a good idea for my first time getting eyelash extensions. I found Deidra on yelp and I made an appointment through her website. The business is located in a private, small office building, near Kennestone hospital, and the skin Cancer specialists, where there is plenty of free parking on a flat lot. Once I parked, she waved out the door to greet me and let me know which office I was heading to. This was so much better than being lost walking around, knocking on doors. She was friendly and introduced herself, and then sat me down for a consult about my experience and my goals. She used pictures and lashes to really get a clear idea of what I wanted and what I did not want. She talked throughout the procedure, explaining exactly what she was doing, step-by-step, and what she was using to do it. I appreciated the instruction. Throughout the process, she checked in with me to make sure that I was OK, and when she was finished, she handed me the mirror and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. She offered me some tools, suggestions, and an aftercare sheet. She then handed me a loyalty card and gave me my first punch credit for a discount next time. I'm a huge fan of loyalty cards so I may just come back just to get a second punch. Kidding aside, she was down to earth, professional, and went out of her way to make sure that I had a comfortable safe and clean experience. I really do feel like she cared about my experience and the results. The ending result is beautiful. Deidra was amazing! This was my first time getting my lashes done and I wanted something super natural but still noticeable, and with enough of an impact that I could skip doing my makeup in the mornings if I wanted to. Deidra fit me in next day which is rare to find for a lash Technician in Atlanta. When I needed help finding her exact suite, she responded very quickly and greeted me when I arrived. The location is great- very peaceful and professional. She explained how the process worked and was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered. We went through some paperwork together, just to make sure I didn't have any allergies or anything that would keep me from being a good candidate for lashes. After that, she turned on the music and got started! The whole process took maybe an hour and a half and was so relaxing that I fell asleep once or twice.
