We pulled our permits as "owner builder" which was a hard project, but got through it pretty well. However, I had trouble understanding what this report was all about. Shawn totally gave me the rundown on how it worked, sharing so much information with me so I was able to comprehend what was needed. We had a lil hiccup with our report, it required our plans to be modified, which he took the extra steps to help us overcome. He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. This is very upsetting because the fact that the technician lied and just wanted to take advantage of making money. Do your research and hire a reliable and honest business!

I explained the situation to Anthony and he went above and beyond to explain the HERS testing process and even walked me through setting up an account with CHEERS. We would not have been able to figure it out ourselves and he was super helpful. I received a confirmation e-mail for my appointment, as well as a call the day before as a reminder. Alex called about 15 minutes before he arrived as a heads up. He arrived within the estimated window and was efficient and professional. I even received a receipt before he left. I needed a HERS Report done quickly on an old permit that I thought was closed out from a different company. They got me in quickly and I had signed up for a more expensive test, but they let me know that I didn't need that and charge me for the lower report. They were able to turn around the report almost instantly and stepped me through the Cheers account process. I literally couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you ERE! I did see that they had a five star rating right now, but there was only a few reviews and sometimes that can be skewed. I do really feel like these guys earned it.
