This was a large, complicated project with challenging terrain, a mature tree that had to be preserved, and several unexpected obstacles along the way. What impressed me most wasn't that everything went perfectly--it was that the team stayed committed until it was right. Matt deserves special recognition. Throughout the project, he was always there. He coordinated the crews, communicated consistently, and, most importantly, made me feel like he genuinely had my back. Whenever challenges came up, he stayed committed to finding solutions and making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer care is hard to find. The demo crew did an excellent job removing the old deck quickly and efficiently, giving the project a great start. Carlos did a fantastic job leading the construction of the new deck and overseeing the project. His attention to detail and pride in his work really show in the finished product. A huge thank you to Chad and Mike for the electrical and HVAC work. They went above and beyond, finding creative solutions and making sure every system worked exactly as it should. Nothing felt rushed--they took the time to get it right. The sunroom installation by Vlad and Serge was nothing short of impressive. They worked incredibly hard, completed the installation beautifully, and even stayed until 9:00 PM one evening to finish the job. Their craftsmanship and work ethic were outstanding. The concrete crew--Gabe, Miguel, and their helpers--also did beautiful work. Not only did they create a fantastic finished product, but they made the experience extra special by helping me place my dog Yuri's paw prints into the fresh concrete. That simple act created a memory I'll treasure every time I walk outside. Despite the difficult site conditions, preserving a beautiful tree, and working through the natural challenges of the property, the team found solutions every step of the way without sacrificing quality or appearance. Today I have a gorgeous new deck and a sunroom that has completely transformed my home. (06/27/25 update Have reinstalled hasp latch correctly - but, it appears they tried to bend to work with their lack of knowledge as to how hasp locks work... installed correctly, screws are not accessible.... Needed to buy new hasp lock. Their installation had all screws easily accessible, meaning putting a lock on door was a waste of time. I WAS so impressed & pleased with their work, I'm have him bid on completing a pool to deck conversion. Apparently, he didn't want to work with my choice, so, nothing more was said.
