There were no prices on anything and I didn't want to keep asking her. The flowers were kept in the hot warehouse on a 98° day. I would not recommend buying flowers here, you will be very disappointed. Also they are very unwelcoming and rude! if you are not from this area , stay away I could tell she did not want to do business with me by her cool attitude , I would steer clear of this establishment if I had given -0 I would.My husband works in Santa Ana. I will tell him to spread the word to all his clients. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. It's a blessing to have someone who loves me enough to send me flowers every other week. Thank God for great taste, because words cannot begin to describe how absolutely blown away I am with every arrangement I've received from Avante Gardens. The flowers are always fresh, colorful and the arrangements are so unique that there's coworkers who literally stop in just to take a look; it's always the same response... I've never seen anything like this before... they're so beautiful. This florist recently did my niece's wedding flowers and they were simply amazing. Not that I was surprised since my sister has used Avante Gardens to send me flowers at work in the past and everyone there is always impressed with their flowers, too. The bride had chosen a romantic look so the flowers included peonies, roses, hydrangeas and garden-type flowers in ivory and pinks. The bride and bridesmaids carried lush and romantic bouquets that looked like they came out of a magazine. I also especially liked the lights they used under the tall centerpiece vases at the reception since I hadn't seen these before. Gorgeous! I can't wait to see the pictures. read more

I am SAD...I have worked with this company for YEARS and YEARS and YEARS... Just got off the phone with the rudest male ever whom said he was the owner...if you run a business that depends on customers you may want to consider being classy and professional when working with customers... After almost ten years of doing business with this company I will find another place to work with... Had 2 orders, which they pleasantly discounted 1 of the shipping charges because it was the same address but different people at the same home. I was traveling from out of state, and this was my only chance to honor her with flowers. By 9:30 AM, nothing had been delivered. When I called, the person who answered casually told me, "We don't open until 8." That alone was shocking, because I had already confirmed the 7 AM delivery window with them -- otherwise I never would have placed the order. And even if they did open at 8, it was already 9:30 when I called. Then came the first lie: I was told the flowers were "on the way." I asked them to cancel the order because the service was nearly over. I also requested a manager call me with an explanation. What I received was even worse: I was told the order "never printed" for the designer and was completely overlooked. So how exactly was the driver "on the way" with an arrangement that was never made? This wasn't a birthday bouquet or a casual delivery. It was a farewell spray for my niece's funeral. They knew I was coming from out of state. Had I not been physically present at the service, I would have never known they failed to deliver anything at all. They ruined my only opportunity to send her off with the flowers she deserved. Between the excuses, the contradictions, and the complete lack of accountability, this company has shown me they are not trustworthy, especially for sensitive, time‑critical occasions.
