Dr NGO is flippin' awesome! I knew I have severe dry eye even though my last eye doctor (Dr Janis…read moreBeck) never acknowledged my discomfort. Also, Dr NGO diagnosed me with cataracts and suggested I get surgery asap because my sight is compromised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR NGO! He's young, experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about eye health. I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon him and hope he sticks around TriCities for a long time! Wolfie Lustig, Kennewick, WA

Sadly it's gone from bad and could need some improvement, to feel bad for the doctors there having their staff represent them so poorly. When the doctor and owner of the company tells you it will be the cost of the contacts after insurance due at pickup, and snarky Victoria adds a fee then proceeds to tell you that payment needs to be made in full before lenses are ordered after you question the additional fee added, there is a problem. This is not an isolated incident either. Contacts were ordered without my permission or consent a year ago after I was told they were only looking into coverage. And a severely botched order for glasses before that where the staff made it to be my fault that the glasses came 3x thicker than the previous pair ordered there a few years before. Billing staff charged me a copay for a test that was covered in full by insurance. Then added another copay that was waived prior just to stick it to me then sent me a collection letter about it. I had been going here for two decades and never had a problem till recently. And I've held on for as long as I possibly can. To preserve my friendship with one of the owners, I need to go elsewhere.

Columbia Point Eyecare - Three pair of glasses that after 100 days still did not let me see as well as when I first made an appointment

Beware, dysfunctional business. I had an extremely frustrating 100-day experience at Columbia Point…read moreEye Care in Kennewick. After my October exam, I ordered three pairs of glasses. When they finally arrived nearly a month later, my distance vision was blurry. I was told to "adjust" to them, but they were never correct. At a follow-up, I was informed I'd need another copay for an issue already addressed. A second doctor later confirmed the original lenses were wrong. Then came six more weeks of no communication, I had to repeatedly call just to get answers. After 98 days, I finally received revised glasses, and two days later a screw fell out of the frame. Poor communication, incorrect lenses, billing confusion, long delays, and defective frames made this one of the most stressful medical service experiences I've had. I cannot recommend them.

After my exam their computer systems were down so we couldn't review insurance and frame/lenses. I had to make another appointment to discuss the frames and lenses. So more of my time to make their sales. Made the appointment a couple more weeks for 8:45am. I checked in at 8:40, waited 30 minutes and NO ONE came to help me. I take time out of my day to make the appointment and i don't get helped. They send me a text the day before saying if I don't keep the appointment I could be charged a $75 no show fee. Well, where is my $75 for your no show?? I'll be finding a new eye care team for my needs.
