Short version: pushy, small selection, and not helpful…read more I went to find a bra for my bridal gown. I didn't want anything fancy, just something comfortable that would work. I was hustled in to the back and told that the sales woman would be right back. She came back with a lace bustier, which was kind of what I wanted but not really. I told her and she said she'd have to order something so this would be better, and she also said I needed something in the cups to fill it up a little bit more. She came back with a little thing and said no, that's not right and came back with add-a-cup gel inserts. She told me that gave me cleavage she said I needed and they could take it in more so it would have more of a corset effect since I already had a small waist. I wanted none of these things and told her this but she didn't really seem to hear/listen and insisted that this is what I needed. I told her I'd have to think about it and she put the pressure on to make a sale that day, which made up my mind for me and I didn't purchase anything. I walked away bra-less, upset, overwhelmed, and fairly insulted that she was trying to make me in to Jessica Rabbit when that is not what I wanted. If you want to be falling out of your dress then this look would've worked but I'd rather keep some things in my dress...

I lost a significant amount of weight and bras were just not fitting properly. They would be gaping or I'd fall out of them. I tried on literally every bra in a store and couldn't find one that fit properly so I decided to get a bra fitting at Zar Mi. They accept walk ins for bra fittings and they really take their time to make sure you get a bra that fits you and you are happy with. Jackie was wonderful and so knowledgeable. She was able to determine my exact band size without even using a tape measure. She brought out bras one by one for me to try and based on how they fit, she was able to determine the best bra for my shape and fullness. In fact, Jackie was so knowledgeable that halfway through my fitting, my sister, who did not intend to get measured or buy bras, decided to get a fitting and ended up purchasing several bras! I have large breasts and the styles are often times lacking in color and sexiness, however, that was not the case at Zar Mi. I was able to find many bras in pretty colors and lace patterns in my size. The fit is perfect and I don't worry about double boob or falling out so my clothes look much nicer. One of the reasons I delayed in coming for so long was that I was worried about how expensive bras in a small boutique would be. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was on par with department stores/chain lingerie companies' regular prices. Because I bought quite a few, Jackie discounted some of the pieces and even gifted me a pair of the matching panties! I highly recommend Zar Mi. You will not be disappointed!

Ordered a dress online and provided all of my credit card information and personal information…read more Was provided a confirmation number and told I would be emailed but received no email confirmation so called numerous times and sent two emails indicating how unsafe it feels that I have not received a response (it's been over a week now). Phone number listed on site just rings. I cancelled my order and still have not heard back. Will report to BBB or Attorney General if my credit card is used by them. Will never trust this place again.
