He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. She caused a huge scene, and I did my best to 'read' my book, so I wasn't in the conflict. The poor mechanic though, he just politely took it. Even as she left the store, she swiped all the stuff on the Front desk to the floor. I will say the mechanic handled himself professionally and nicely, he even asked if I was okay after even though I wasn't involved, I was just in ear shot.
