Every time I took my car there it was never fixed properly and it had more issues then when I brought it in.

Neil is the best! Usually gets things fixed the same day. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

After spending way longer than I should have driving around without a spare tire, I decided it was…read morefinally time to buy a wheel, and looked around for a good place to get a tire. After a quick search I stumbled across premier car care. They had great reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. I stopped in without prior notice that morning, and was helped at the counter right away. They were able to order the tire I needed with same-day service. They didn't try to con or upsell anything, just asked me what I needed and what I planned to use it for. They found me a good deal, with the tire + mounting + tax coming in at about $165. I was able to pick it up same day. Overall this was an excellent experience. Highly recommended them.

Attention Larry and Everett: I had what I consider one of…read morethe worst customer service experiences I've ever had with Premier Car Care at 1171 Niagara Falls Blvd. I called simply to ask for a price on a brake job because I was looking for a new mechanic. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

True hidden gem of a business! Father- son operated auto repair shop in NT. A trusted colleague…read morerecommended them to me after hearing my woes on feeling ripped off by the dealer and another repair service. I'm very happy to have found these honest, knowledgeable, kind folks. Ladies, if you're anything like me ... know how to drive a car (that's debatable per my brother!) but know little about maintenance and repairs...go here! I hate to admit, I fall into the category of these type of women when it comes to the auto thing! I know many women are very smart in this respect but I'm just not. I'm "auto naive". I believe my colleague (who's father who passed away even did business with them years ago) when she says they will honestly tell you what service you need. They will not lie and tell you something else needs repair to make more money off you. There is no such thing as a "30,000 mile maintenance with a 30 point check" or whatever said the son to me when we discussed what the dealer service told me. He cautioned me: that's a way for dealers to tell the auto naive of "problems" that do not exist. Then get you to pay for parts/service you don't truly need. "You fix things as needed at whatever mile" per the son. So I drove 7 miles clear opposite direction from my way home after work to give this place a try yesterday. It's totally worth the trip!! I will be taking my car there from now on hands down. It's a feeling of relief I've gained. Priceless. I got an oil change plus inspection done for around $52. Very fair in pricing. Give them a try. You will not regret. PS: I scoped out a florist across the street while waiting for my oil change...see my other review!
