I had the best service at this location, the staff was attentive, suggestive and kind. They showed me several options to fit my color choice. I purchased a suit for my birthday party, which I love. I walked down to a local coffee shop and left my suit on the counter. I was beside myself, when I couldn't reach the coffee shop to find it for me. I called EBW. K was kind enough to walk down to the coffee shop in the rain and retrieve and suit. She went above and beyond and I appreciate it. She was so kind, not accepting a token of appreciation from me for her kindness I will definitely be returning to this establishment. Thank you so much! read more

As someone who is very insecure about bathing suit shopping, I usually dread it. When I walked in, there were so many options, but the employees were incredibly helpful and really knew how to guide me. They made the experience much less stressful. This place is pricey but if you need a nice swimsuit and coverups it is the place to come. The staff was very nice and assisted with whatever you needed even helped pick out options for you. Went in with the intention of leaving with a bathing suit, but unfortunately, due to the customer service in there, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was not greeted when I walked in (fine,nbd) and when I had a question about an item, one of the women was very dismissive and it appeared as if I was bothering her. I decided to go try on a dressing room on my own accord since no one was helping me to which the same woman had a snarky response. I came in looking for a swimsuit, and expected decent customer service given the reputation and prices at this place. There was no one present when I entered, and after waiting for a minute I had to call out for help. The saleswoman seemed unhappy that someone was in the store and needed help. I explained what I was looking for -- something a little more modest but still fun -- and was told that they didn't have many options for that. Fair enough, but I still wanted to see what they had. Instead of showing me, she left me to wander around the store, and whenever I pulled out an item, she would tell me that that is not what I was looking for. I honestly felt like she really didn't want to sell me a swimsuit, so I left. Disappointing, but fortunately there are swimsuits elsewhere! read more

Truly unpleasant customer service. I've been to this store several times and have always been met with great service, which is why this isn't a one star review. This experience was so unpleasant that it has completely tainted my past positive experiences. Oddly, the staff was super nice to other customers, just not me. I gave them a couple chances, was super nice and asked for opinions, but was met with complete apathy. I don't remember all the names, but Tosha was particularly unpleasant. I walked out with only one suit, when normally I leave with at least 3-4. I'd suggest the EBW in Phipps instead. read more

This store is convenient b/c it isn't in a mall. It is also very clean and organized. And that is it for the positive. The salespeople were somewhat helpful but I still had to walk out of the dressing room to ask for another size. Nobody likes to do that! It was extremely overpriced! I didn't realize this until I was checking out. A two-piece for myself and one pair of bikini bottoms for my 12 year old...came to the tune of over $400! What! Needless to say I ended up returning it all a few days later. I realized that I have a ton of black bikinis already and this was nothing special. My daughter is just fine with suits from Target that look just the same as the one from here. Now the kicker is....when I was returning these items, the salesperson was RUDE. She was mad/bothered/annoyed that she had to do her job. The store was empty so I'm not really sure what her problem was. I came to the store looking for 2 new bikinis the other day. I was assisted by Colleen and she did a wonderful job pulling different types of bikinis with coverups and shoes to try on too!! I love that all staff are prioritizing safety by still wearing masks and ensuring safe social distancing. I shopped here near closing time, but I was not rushed - I was encouraged by Tangh to take my time and try on so many cute things! She has such a great eye for style, and picked out items that were perfect for me. They rang me up for my bathing suit twice and I didn't notice until I left the store. Had to call and have them refund it to me. Then they told me I have 30 days to make a return for a full refund. So less than a week later I went to return the item I never wore and because it was on sale they told me there are no returns or exchanges on it. I told them that I was never told that when I purchased it and she didn't care in the slightest. I loved shopping here to get my suits and always recommended it but I won't anymore nor will I be a returning customer. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in the store with Natalie Holland! I haven't been swimsuit shopping in years and needed new ones ASAP. I told her what I was looking for and within 5 minutes she had so many options for me to try. She was honest and helped me narrow down the best fit for my body. Formerly Atlanta Swim and located in a small strip mall in the heart of Buckhead on Peachtree Rd. This location is especially convenient when you want to get in and out and not have to deal with mall parking and traffic. The brands these stores carry are higher-end, quality makers and stylish (Sea Folly, Vitamin A..). The actual selection from these brands can vary. It was difficult to find tankinis or any high necked swimsuits and at the times we went we couldn't find any of those trendy high waisted bottoms. Expect to spend $150+ for a suit. There is a sale rack in the back. The service is borderline terrible. The young sales associates could use more training in fit, materials, customer needs, body type, etc. The manager appeared bothered and reluctant to help. Customer service is lacking as is a friendly and welcoming vibe. Order online, you'll have a limitless selection, try suits on in the privacy of your own home and on your own time. read more
