The first representative told me they only sell equipment (quoting me for a standard walker instead of a knee walker for $69.95 with part # 4090DW5), while the Nampa office later told me they only rent. Instead of helping me find a solution for my husband's mobility needs, the staff was dismissive and ultimately suggested I just buy the equipment on Amazon. While I appreciate the suggestion, I expected more professional guidance and consistency from a local medical supply provider. I recommend calling elsewhere if you need reliable information and help!
