A few months ago we encountered problems with our garage door. As we never had garage door issues prior to this time, we asked for recommendations from our family & friends. Everything Garage Doors was the first to come through our feed with a glowing review. We contacted them hoping for the best and expecting the worst. He took the time explain the needed fix, why the parts had to be ordered, and the related costs (which was not much). This demonstrated his trustworthiness. The part was ordered and installation and full repair completed the next morning. I can see how this situation could have been a perfect opportunity for unnecessary "fixes." This, however, was not the case for Curtis. He did exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem - nothing more, nothing less. If you need work done to your garage door, definitely call this company! I'm a big believer of reading reviews before I use a company for repairs and I first called the business that had the most positive reviews, unfortunately, Rockwall was too far out of their service area so I had to find someone else. On a recommendation from another reviewer, and after reading all their good reviews on Google, I gave this company a call and Curtis answered the phone promptly and said he could head over to my locale as soon as he was done with his current call (I was impressed already). He called back to let me know once he was heading in my direction and was at my place in about 30 minutes and all done with the repair in about another hour!!! Thanks to my teenager not paying attention to how the car was parked, the back of my SUV was in the line of the track and both times when I lowered the garage door, the middle of the door buckled when it came in contact with the back bumper (unbeknownst to me at the time). Instead of stopping and going in the opposite direction, I guess it kept going down. I had nightmares thinking I was going to need an entirely new garage door but Curtis was able to straighten it out and replace the top bracket and gave me a 1 year warranty on the bracket and 30 days on the labor. Looking at the door now, you can't even tell there was damage done to it. He did a fantastic job making it look "right" plus he oiled everything and loosened the tension on the arm and it even sounds smoother & quieter than before. I've been taken advantage of before when I needed garage door repairs at my old house (stay away from guys with British accents), and I can say it's really refreshing when you deal with someone who's honest and doesn't try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. I was going to give this place 5 star rating, but not after the message I received on Saturday. They installed a section of my door in not the right manner. They told me that they had a one year warranty on parts and labor. They knew that it was not being attached properly, bc I watched them do it and even mentioned that it didn't seem like a good place to attach it too. The installer said "it would up fine just fine". We'll obviously it did not, and when I asked them to come look at it the messages me and told me it would be $125 to fix, you should t be charging me $125 since the section in question wasn't installed right to begin with. They were great on the initial call, but once you try to use the warranty, they want to charge you. And here I thought I found a great company. I was referring all my friend, and now I will not. I even asked as they were installing it if they could move the springs over, or to let me re enforce the 2x4, and the installer said no it will be just fine. I should've know better. He installed 3 lag bolts in the same 2 inch quadrant. read more

A friend of mine recommended I call Garage Service Management at 888-907-9664, because I had a broken spring on my garage door. Roger came out Saturday February 28 and replaced both springs. He recommended replacing the rollers on my door which was installed by another company in 2003. Roger then adjusted the door so the gap at the top was not so big when closed letting in cold air. Finally, he greased up the screw drive garage door opener. This will be the only company I call again. Great job, fair prices and service with a touch. read more

Excellent! Professional, came out on the most frigid day right in the middle of the holiday season. Tried the cheap fix (even though I was fine with a new one--my 24-year-old​ opener was due) first, then next day gave me the option of going and getting the opener myself, at a savings or providing the same one, costing a bit more.
