I have a habit of coming here on the weekdays because finding parking is a cinch and I can quickly pick up items I want or need. If you come on Friday nights, a lot of people are walking around, especially students. I would be careful about crossing the blocks here because there are many drivers who speed through and don't check the pedestrians. My store highlights are: Doc Martens, POP MART, ZARA, Punchbowl Social, Dog Haus, and the Escape Game. I frequent these places the most! I have also been enjoying their newest addition: Marugame Udon. Sadly, there aren't as many deals here because these aren't the outlet stores. At the time of my review, the Apple Store is currently under construction but they have a pop up located near miniso and POP MART instead. Everything is still kept clean and it's fun to walk around at night. The lights are glittering and sparkling. Amazing outdoor mall.

The landscaping and open-air layout made for a relaxing shopping experience, and everything looked well cared for. There was a nice variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend a few hours here. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how tidy the common areas and restrooms were. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to shop, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a day outdoors. I'd definitely come back.

As I waited the cart was nicely organized and very clean ! When time came there was a young lady who was working there I walked up and was greeted with a huge smile and was kindly told she needed to get something really fast and it would be a lil wait. As I thought would I want to wait any longer (reason being me not reading open time) she offered to help me with what I needed she explained all the flavors and most popular came for 6 left with 12. They were all amazing and the service is what will definitely have me going back thank you for being helpful and understanding. Truly appreciate it made me feel like my business was wanted even though I was there for a small order.

The staff was helpful and explained that the macarons were $3.95 each, 6 for $22,and 12 for $37. I decided to try 6, so I chose raspberry, honey lavender, strawberry lemonade, birthday cake, mango passionfruit, and lemon meringue. In all honesty I kind of chose them by their colorful brightness as much as the flavors --- look how pretty they were! Apparently you can store them in the fridge for up to a week (in a Tupperware so they don't change texture), and in a freezer for up to a month. Guess what?! They didn't last even an hour because my husband, daughter, and I tried two each. I especially enjoyed lemon meringue. Next time I'll try dark chocolate and tiramisu! The store is at the Ontario Mills mall. Apparently it originated in New York and this Woops is the only one in California. Another store is coming soon to Sacramento according to the staff at the event last night. If you like macarons, check it out! Or go to buy someone a unique luxury treat! The store also sells other pastries.

I organize a photography group called SoCal Fashion Photoshoots, and when I first had the crazy idea of doing a fashion editorial inside Rainforest Café, I wasn't even sure it would be possible. Their team not only made it possible, they were absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end! A very special thank you to the Sales & Banquet Events team! I worked with Sierra Arteaga throughout the planning process, emailing back and forth to figure out how we could make this unusual event happen, and I truly appreciate all of her help bringing my crazy idea together! And a huge thank you to Maria Mendoza, Sales & Banquet Event Coordinator, for following up with me afterward and making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. We had a large group of photographers, models and creative team members, and the restaurant gave us such an amazing and unique environment to create in. Our group had SO much fun, and we came away with some truly beautiful images! Another huge thank you to Amy, our server, and Rosie, the manager on duty. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and made our unusual event feel completely at home there. We stayed for lunch after our photoshoot and had a wonderful time enjoying the restaurant together as a group. The atmosphere was incredible, the staff took great care of us, and it was such a fun way to finish an already memorable morning. And the food was amazing! We all enjoyed! As someone who organizes creative events in unique locations, I can't say enough about how much I appreciate a venue and staff willing to work with you to make something special happen. Rainforest Café absolutely did that for us. Thank you, Sierra, Maria, Amy, Rosie and the entire Rainforest Café team for helping bring one of my crazy photoshoot ideas to life! We had an amazing experience and would absolutely love to come back and create with you again!

We gave the host our phone number and waited for the text. After about 40 minutes, we still hadn't received anything--not even the initial confirmation that we had been added to the waitlist. I went back to the host to ask how much longer it would be, and I was told we should receive a text in a few minutes. So, we continued waiting. About 25 minutes later, I went back to check with another host just to get clarification and make sure we were actually on the list. That's when we found out that the original host had never added us to the waitlist at all. That explained why we never received a text. Thankfully, after a few more minutes, they were able to seat us. The food was pretty mediocre, but honestly, we weren't expecting anything amazing. We mainly went so the kids could experience the restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our service wasn't much better. Our waitress was not very attentive, and I had to repeatedly get her attention. It almost felt like she kept forgetting we were in her section. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the initial mix-up with the host and them trying to seat us wherever they could, but the overall experience was disappointing. We went for the kids, and I'm glad they got to experience it, but between the waitlist mix-up, the service, and the mediocre food, I don't think we'll be going back.
