I have a weird work schedule so I like to come here some weekday mornings, walk my dogs and charge. I did come one afternoon about 4p and there was a weird crowd. Not thugs or anything but just a bunch of random types, let's just say I kept my eye on them and my doors locked. I'm not sure if that was just that day but I never see them in the morning. There was also one afternoon I came when some woman was in a stall with what looked like all her worldly possessions scattered all over the place. It was a hot mess. Only in the afternoons I guess. There is a movie theater just steps away, it's in the large Victoria gardens parking lot, an outdoor mall with lots of shops and food, all within walking distance and there's a private security patrol that comes through every so often. Overall though these chargers are in a great spot just two minutes off the freeway! The rates are mostly good, especially off peak. It's almost always clean and well kept.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Plenty of stalls here, and the spaces seem to be slightly wider than the Supercharger locations I frequent. Plus I am the only vehicle in the section of stalls I decided to top off at. 4 Teslas charging at the moment out of the 24 available stalls. 5 out of 5. Pricing is also in increments not whole kWh like at Supercharger locations with a fixed price all day long.

Dear Eric, I am…read morewriting to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Tesla Upland Service Center. I scheduled my appointment through the Tesla app and arrived on time, expecting my vehicle to be inspected and repaired. Instead, I was told that the system should never have allowed me to schedule the appointment because the Upland location does not perform this type of repair. I was then directed to a third-party company without receiving any assistance. This experience wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. If the Upland Service Center does not perform this type of repair, Tesla's scheduling system should prevent customers from booking these appointments, or someone should contact the customer in advance to explain the situation. Turning customers away after they arrive is not the level of service I expect from Tesla. I have always appreciated Tesla's products, but this experience fell well below my expectations. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened, what steps Tesla is taking to prevent similar situations, and whether anything can be done to improve my experience moving forward. What I did not like: They do not offer drinking water at the lobby, they only offered it through the juice machine during the breakfast, which was served from 6-9am on Monday morning. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, boiled eggs (not peeled), sliced bread, plain bagels and breakfast sausage, packaged instant oatmeal, you could make your own waffle as well. All the food seemed very low quality for the hotel's price range. The muffins they had were very sticky, and the eggs overcooked. Nothing tasted good. They do not offer fruit on the breakfast bar and they do not offer free drinking water at the lobby. Before the check out, I went to the juice machine to try to serve myself some water and the machine was turned off. They have a fridge near the front desk and the price for each water bottle is $4. I checkout and a minute later I purchased the same water at the gas station for $1. I paid $162.60 for one night and included complementary breakfast. I have stayed at other hotels with same amenities and the breakfast is excellent, they provide water 24/7, and they are only $130/night. Bottom line is that if you are fine paying a $162.70/night and paying $4 for each water bottle you need throughout your stay, this hotel offers a very comfortable bed with elegant and crisp linens, but if you want to enjoy the food and love to drink water, I recommend you finding a different place.

Worst Charging Station Ever!!!…read more This place is horrible. I charge all over SoCal and this is by far the worst charging station I've ever been to. You have the option to tap or swipe to pay. I tried both and neither worked. I downloaded the app and added my payment information. I got an error message. I called customer service and the rep checked to make sure the station was online and the charger that I wanted to use was working. She said everything was fine on her end and insisted that I pay over the phone. I gave her my payment information and then she said their system was down. I waisted 30 min, never charged, and now I should probably get a new card. Also, the attached photo I posted is of the charging station I was trying to use. The other photos must be from the owner because they are not of this particular charging station.
