We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I recently ordered a deep cleaning package from this service, but unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. When I returned home the next day, I noticed that several areas--such as the kitchen cabinets, the corners of the floors, and the kitchen hood--were not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the cleaners mentioned that certain stains on the stairs could not be removed. However, I was able to remove those stains myself afterward, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the level of effort put into the job. While I do appreciate that both the owner and the cleaners were responsive and friendly throughout the process, the overall quality of the service was not satisfactory. Given the relatively low standard of cleaning provided, I cannot recommend this service. read more

After striking out with two other companies, I can confidently say my search is over. I've found my permanent cleaning service. The first month, CleanFreaks sent a housekeeper named Maria. She arrived right on time, was incredibly kind, and did a fantastic job. My home was noticeably cleaner than it had ever been with the previous companies I'd tried. She was thorough, efficient, and somehow knew exactly what needed to be done without me having to give a long list of instructions. I was genuinely impressed. The second month, I requested Maria again, assuming it would be the same Maria. There was a mix-up, and they accidentally sent a different Maria instead. I was initially a little disappointed because I thought the first Maria had been perfect. Somehow, this Maria managed to raise the bar even higher. The attention to detail absolutely blew me away. I have a gold tray next to my stove that holds all of my cooking oils, sauces, and everyday condiments. Instead of simply wiping around it, she removed every single bottle, cleaned each one individually, cleaned the tray itself, and put everything back perfectly. She did the same thing with my bar cart, wiping down every bottle of wine and liquor before putting them back. Those are the little things that separate a good cleaning from an exceptional one. On top of that, the owner has been incredibly kind, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Finding a company that delivers this level of service at a fair price feels almost impossible these days. After two months, I can honestly say I'm beyond impressed. Things like dusting, baseboards, washing doors, and deep cleaning... is not. We decided to hire Fabulous to get some extra help on the harder tasks. We loved it! Dominique and Becca came to our house. They were friendly, super nice, and quick but they did a super thorough job. We did a walk through and then went shopping for a few hours and they were pretty much all set by the time we got home. 10/10 would recommend. I'll likely be reaching out to get on a monthly schedule. Thank you!!!

The communication between myself and the receptionist (?) was great in the beginning. She was prompt and handled the initial booking properly. We were promised an extensive list of services that would be done for a deep clean of the house (baseboard cleaning, walls, stain removal, window sills, window blind cleaning, etc.) On the day of the service, two nice ladies arrived on time. They only provided a very light house keeping service, something I could have done by myself for free. They were there for about an hour. My boyfriend was home at the time and was confused as to why they weren't providing a deep clean of the house as promised. After some back and forth with the cleaners, it seemed as if it wasn't communicated to them what service they were to provide. The cleaners reported that they had only been told to provide a light house keeping service. Even if that were the case, we would not have been satisfied with the cleaning anyway. We called the company and they offered a rescheduling to provide the deep cleaning service. On the day of the first rescheduling, we were called about 30 min before the cleaners were supposed to show up. We were told they both called out "sick", and the company offered to send someone else out in a week. On the day of the second rescheduling, one lady showed up, and after touring the house, she said that she would need much more time + an extra set of hands to complete the service. She rescheduled us another week out. On the day of the third rescheduling, two ladies showed up early in the morning and finally provided the correct service. They were thorough, very clean, and were exactly what we were looking for. No complaints there. My main concern with this company is the improper communication between the management and their cleaners. It seemed as if none of the cleaners knew what their expectations were prior to arriving at my house. I've had my house deep cleaned before, and they typically send in a team of multiple people very early in the morning, as it usually takes more than a few hours to do a good job. They were sending in one or two cleaners at later times in the day. My other concern is that it took 4 attempts to finally receive the service we were spending hundreds of dollars on. As people with busy lives and careers, it takes a lot of effort for us to move our schedules around to be able to accommodate cleaners being at our house for several hours. I was also in the process of moving in, and I had to push back my move-in date back 2 weeks, which impacted the rest of my month's schedule. We were also cancelled on only 30 min prior to our appointment. Management remained professional in their communication to us with our concerns. And they also offered a discount on the service for our troubles. The final cleaning was also great, so the debacle ended up being worth it. However, I would've gone with a different company had I known what I was in for.

This place was pretty dirty since the tenants didn't clean for their move out. 5 ladies showed up, which was unusual, so the whole job only took about an hour and a half. In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

Thank you for your consideration; despite the miscommunication it was always a pleasure to work with you and your team. ---Old Review--- Decent clean overshadowed by frustrating coordination... The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.
