Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Additionally, we were very stressed out because there was potential rain for our big day, and Gigi quelled all of our anxieties by offering us a last-minute tent if need be. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, but we knew that if it did not, Gigi had us covered. On top of her wonderful service, Gigi was incredibly kind to my vivacious and energetic little one who followed her around every time she came to our house. Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

Other company's I called weren't helpful and I felt like a bother. Here it was just the opposite. I rented a dunk tank and the process was a breeze. I reserved the dunk-tank a few weeks in advance and wasn't charged until it was picked up, that simple. Nothing pushy just helpful patient associates. The condition of the dunk tank was great, and the pricing was very reasonable. Although I myself didn't set it up was told it was very simple. Also, the tank came with everything. Everyone raved about how different and fun the dunk tank was and how my cookout literally was a hit! I will gladly rent from this company again. Thank you!
