I'm overweight, I eat bad, I drink too much... and this class almost killed me!! In a totally good way. It's hard, really hard. You work at a high intensity pace for 60 minutes and can burn up to 800 calories. It is no joke. You can make modifications of things if you can't do certain things, but you will still work hard. You will sweat like you never have before! The thing I loved the most was that it was a great work out, but I didn't wake up in lots of pain. I felt great everyday. The trainers are very good at their jobs and so welcoming every day. I recommend to anyone that wants a great workout in a beautiful gym with wonderful trainers.

It was just like previous times when in town visiting family.... she was CURT. Teaching style was OK, no personal touch. Very direct like Bikram, again, stale, as if it was a recording of forced directions, not genuine. The studio AGAIN was still extremely DIRTY. Women's room AGAIN extremely filthy ~ mirror looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks, hair all over the floor, could not have been mopped in the past couple weeks either. Smell was bad in the bathroom, mildew and some additional odor undetectable. The entrance to the studio had a couple random YOGA shorts and a USED YOGA mat that she was selling. Couple of sugary drinks in the fridge, no water, otherwise empty, felt nothing like a sacred space at all. This was my third time and last time. I believe in giving businesses a second try, but this studio just got worse and worse.
