It's just unfortunate that these are the 2 people that are representing the office right when you walk in I've been going to the dentist for decades and I have never ever experienced this poor Customer Service. In total, I paid approximately $50,000 for a full-lower dental implants under the assumption that I was receiving high-quality, long-lasting treatment backed by professional integrity and care. However, less that three years after the procedure, the implants have failed not once, but twice. This is completely unacceptable for a procedure of this magnitude and cost. Each time the implants have broken, I have been left not only dealing with the physical pain and inconvenience, but also with an emotional and financial burden that should never have been necessary - especially after paying a premium price for what was supposed to be permanent, top-tier dental work. To make matters worse, when I sought accountablity and assistance from your office regarding these failures, you and your staff have refused to stand by your work. I find this deeply unethical and disappointing. Patients who invest their trust - and signifacant financial resources - in your care deserve better. Frankly, I feel taken advantage of and cheated. It wasn't healing, had to have it reopened because there were bone fragments. Strange after I was told that there were no bones. I had to go and get another opinion, and they said that it was not done right and I had to see an oral surgeon. I'm back in my hometown, and went to a phenomenal, oral surgeon. He has totally corrected the mistake and even did a stem cell procedure where you take blood out of your arm and you put it into the gum area for faster healing. He had a very high tech cat scan that circles around your head and gets every view. When you first go to this practice, you pay $100 to get on their plan that the x-rays are free. However, when you want to make a time to get your teeth cleaned, they say they're booked 3 to 4 months out! I know two other people that went there and were totally unhappy.
