This is the nicest, kindest, most gentle dental visit I have experienced. I broke a tooth and had not seen a dentist for a while. The receptionist who answered the phone got me right in. The assistants and the dentist were very kind - I was nervous about pain and they made sure my visit was pain free throughout my visit. They explained all the procedures, provided a cost estimate and made me feel like a valued patient. I feel grateful that I found this amazing dental practice. Highly recommend! read more

Just had a horrible experience with front office worker named Rosa. I had previous work done at this office for myself and had a great experience. I decided to take my son here since the care was outstanding and office was very professional. Today my son needed a filling which was 85.00. After it was completed, I was standing in line to check out. Rosa was helping another couple check out prior to me. While I was in line, another girl came to grab me and took me to one of the exam rooms to book next appt. After that, she said I was good to go so I walked out. 30 minutes later, I receive 10 calls from the office which I was unable to answer due to me being at the DMV up the street. I then receive a text message from Rosa telling me I was instructed not to leave and that she needed to complete payment. I left DMV to call her and told her I was told I was good to go from the other staff who checked me out so that's why I had left. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and was telling me that she didn't care what the "girls in the back" told me to do that they aren't the ones that can check me out. I was trying to explain to her that it was clearly it was a miscommunication and she proceeded to talk over me and be extremely rude. I have worked in healthcare management for over 15 years and have never once been treated this rudely or poorly from office staff before. Completely unfortunate since the dentist and rest of the office staff was so nice. read more

I found Dr. Hadjian on Yelp. I was visiting from out of town and had a bad toothache. I saw all the good reviews and thought I would give Dr. Hadjian' s office a try. I am so happy I did! The front desk staff got me right in the same day. Everyone was so friendly and efficient with a "how can I help" attitude. Made me feel relaxed and confident. The office is decorated with a very calm and soothing decor. Dr. Hadjian is very professional and knowledgeable, and she has good judgement! To determine if my tooth could be saved or needed to be pulled, Dr. Hadjian recommended I see a local endodontist. Her staff very kindly called the endodontist to get an expedited appointment, as I was leaving town in a few weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Hadjian and her very professional staff. They know how to treat patients! I now feel very confident that when I visit Palm Desert every year, I know exactly where to go for dental care if I have a dental problem in the future! I give them 2 stars only because my initial encounter with the person who booked my appointment was super accommodating and informative, or I would of only gave one star. The night before my appointment I experienced an allergic reaction. My face tongue and lips were all swollen. It was even worse the next morning. I ended up going to urgent care early morning. While I was in urgent care I completely forgot about my appointment, so I called as soon as I remembered. When I called, the girl who answered was not very understanding of my situation. She even repeats what I said to her in a condescending manner, "you had an allergic reaction?" The first thing she tells me is that they're going to charge me for not showing up. Then she proceeds to ask me what I was allergic to. I'm not sure how that was relevant to anything. Her tone on the entire phone call was a bit on the rude side and that's what was not appreciated. I was recommended to go here, but after that experience...I'll pass. read more

Upon recommendations from Next Door and Yelp, I made an appointment with Dr. Hadjian. I went to see Dr. Hadjian and complained that my teeth were turning gray and I hated them. She set up a plan to replace many of my old fillings and caps. Some of my dental work was done 30 to 40 years ago! I went to visit the office and it's immaculate! The staff is friendly and professional. First I went in for a consultation. She looked at my teeth, and made several recommendations. Before I left her office, the staff had an itemized quote for me, including what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for. Wow! No guesswork there. Today she did two fillings and a temporary crown. She was knowledgeable, quick and gentle. She explained every step along the way. Her dental assistant, Jacob, is wonderful. I had a temporary in my mouth from another dentist I just moved to the area in the middle of my dental work, then COVID hit and I pretty much stayed home. Dr. Hadjian was going to finish the work that was started, during this time the temporary fell out, REMEMBER 90% of the world is under some kind of stress and out of work, that's including me, I call her office and tell her front office lady, she tells me just come in tomorrow we can fix it no charge , the next day I wasn't feeling good So I wait a few weeks I call back to say I'm coming in, she tells me I miss the deadline and they have to charge me, I ask to speak to the Dr. she calls me back saying I spoke with the Dr. and she said she would give me a discount. So I never got to speak to the Dr. and then I emailed the Dr. and still no word. It's been since October, I gave her plenty of time to get back to me, so now I've decided to post this. I'm sure fixing my temporary would have not put her out of work. Kindness is the key we NEVER know what someone else is going through. Overall her back office is really friendly. read more

I feel somewhat guilty because I discovered Dr. Hadjian more than a year ago and I never took the time to write a review, until now. I had previously neglected my teeth and there was much work to be done. I have had several cavities filled and one molar extracted and I never felt any discomfort. Her office is warm and inviting and well equipped with up-to-date equipment. Dr. Hadjian and her staff of assistants are professional as well as caring and engaging. Woke up one day with a painful toothache. Called Dr. Hadjian office asap and was able to get an appt the very next day. Thought doc would give me a pill to relieve the pain and send me on my way ....to my surprise I needed a root canal. My very first root canal omg didn't know what to expect I was nervous, scared since it was my front tooth. Wow didn't feel a thing Dr. Hadjian explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease during as well! I walked out with no pain whatsoever ...heard horror stories that the 3rd day would be bad...it's my 3rd day and I'm feeling great and can finally eat without hurting! I first saw Dr Hadjian years ago when she was with Portola Dental, a coworker referred me to her for a second opinion since I had been told by another dentist I needed a root canal and sure enough I didn't need one. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. She put in a lot of freezing for a filling and I didn't want more. When I said that she yelled at me and said she was the one who got to decide how much freezing I got. I had to call the office when I was still frozen 6 hours later, because I was worried the freezing would never come out. There was not follow call of concern from her. It did eventually come out.
