I know I haven't been there majority of the time but the day I walked in to finalize everything I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing you will give us the best results. It was then, when I told my husband to put in a deposit without any hesitation. I was in awe for both the henna and wedding reception day. You and your wife did such an amazing job. You put a lot of creativity and fun in your work. Many of my family members asked who the decorator was and I forwarded them your page so hopefully they reach out to you for upcoming events. I want to take this chance to thank you again for your immeasurable contribution and hard work to one of the greatest moments and memories of my life.

Dezi is an expert in the wedding industry and you will leave here feeling confident that there will be no flaws in anything you buy here, not just invitations! I would go as far to say she has a bit of OCD (in a good way). I'll let my pictures do the rest of the talking.

Thank you to Mary Ann and her staff for providing me with fantastic service and product!…read more I used Finishing touch for White Linens & Silver Chair Sashes for my wedding in June 2016. The venue where I got married was more of a gold theme, where-as of course, we chose silver theme for our wedding colors. No worries though, Finishing Touch brought the whole theme together simply with the silver chair sashes. Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and I'm so happy I decided to go with that extra "Finishing Touch"! Highly recommend!!

This florist and experience is probably my worst experience in regards to my entire wedding…read moreplanning experience . From her staff not communicating and her company not executing what was promised is beyond heartbreaking. On my first encounter with the company we strictly said to them we had a budget of $5,000 because we wanted to leave room for additions once we got what was needed opposed to the things we wanted. Before any flowers are even purchased the company charges $1,000 just to COME OUT TO YOUR WEDDING !!! Still I choose to stick with the company , after sitting with different staff about 5 times we finally came to a contract for about $4,500 Then we added a stage ,sweetheart table and king chairs and a back drop that cost us an additional $2,000 That was when dana the owner herself felt like it was worth doing the florals for my wedding because we were spending more money. (Meanwhile EVERY WEDDING, you should want to be at) Then in addition to the florals and additional Add on's I called and emailed once again to add special carriages and crowns which she charged me $320 then I asked for a THRONE CHAIR and she sent what looked like a chair from the office and charged me $150 for it !!!! To not only add on to this disappointment we asked her to fill in the empty tiers of my wedding cake which was approximately 6 empty tiers and she was sent several pictures of the cake so she knew exactly what was needed and she told us $400 On the day of the wedding the Cake Baker had to reassemble the cake because she did not send enough flowers and then her staff said " she got what she paid for" HOW RUDE!!! IF more flowers were needed her staff could have reached out to my coordinator who was there and money could have been sent cards could babe been charged to make sure THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY !!! THIS IS THE WORST FLORIST ON LONG ISLAND!! AND IT GOES TO SHOW I EMAILED THE OWNER twice since August 30th and I still have not even received the least as an APOLOGY!!! So now it's the principle of SHE HAS OUR MONEY and now feel we are no longer important !! MEANWHILE!!!!!! Before the wedding she was BLOWING UP MY PHONE WITH CALLS AND EMAILS MEANWHILE!!! She was Nickle and Diming is along the way !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT !!!! She is THE WORST !!

Contacted Encore Rentals for a tent, tables and chairs for my wife's birthday party this past…read moreweekend. Tom (owner) responded right away and provided a detailed quote. Encore's pricing was better than other companies I had reached out to and their customer service was outstanding so I decided to contract with Tom for my party rental needs. Tom and his team arrived the day prior to the party to deliver and set up the tent, tables and chairs. The quality of the products was excellent (clean, well maintained and good condition). The team had the tent set up and the tables / chairs opened, positioned and wiped down in less than 20 minutes. Contrast that with our experience two weeks prior when friends of ours hosted a party for their son in our backyard. The company they used left the tables / chairs in a pile on my lawn, the quality was mediocre (tables were old and surfaces were tacky and splintered). Tom and his team returned the day after the party to disassemble and collect the rental items. They left my yard in original condition. Most importantly, Tom and his team were professional, cared about the quality of their work, and worked extremely well together. If I have need to rent tents, tables and chairs again, you can be sure that I'll be calling Tom and his team at Encore Rentals, NY. You should, too!
